Beachfront holiday rentals in Orient Bay

We loved Jonathan's place! The location in Orient Bay, close to the beach and the restaurants and small shops, was really fantastic. We were familiar with the area from a visit years ago, and we were happy to see that Orient Bay was as gorgeous as we remembered. We appreciated that there were arrangements with the restaurants on the beach to get discounts for chairs/umbrellas. The unit also included folding chairs if guests would prefer to go to the open area rather than one of the beach areas that were connected to the beach restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. Maeva, the local host, was very kind and responsive. She contacted us ahead of our stay to answer questions and make arrangements to meet us. She showed us the unit and made sure things were perfect for our stay. She also gave great recommendations and offered to help with reservations. I cannot recommend Jonathan's place highly enough! I truly hope we will be back in the future.

The space was spotless, clean, pretty, functional, in a good location. The small outdoor terrace is great, easy to access to the beach, the pool and the path by the pond for a stroll. We'll be back for sure!

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

Great stay right by the beach. Very well equipped apartment, clean and all good! Recommend if you are staying in orient bay!

Camille place is prefect ! Walking distance to downtown. close to some of the best beaches on the island , Less than a 5 -10 min drive! You can snorkel right out front! She also thought of everything, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, cool, ice packs. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We were able to pack lunches for our beach adventures. A grocery store is right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your rental car. We also had the pleasure of meeting Camille at check in, she was very kind and very informative. We can’t recommend her place enough. We moved to another Airbnb on the other side of the island and we regret it. You can’t beat a morning coffee with that view and sunsets with a drink on the deck

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully furnished apartment with our baby daughter. The playard/crib was not ready in the beginning, but the communication with the host was easy and so we quickly got it set up. Great location and lovely patio. The pool was also really nice. Fully recommend!

We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway. We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb right on Orient Bay Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the soft sand and crystal-clear water, with beach bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. The space itself was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed for a relaxing and romantic beach vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was wonderful, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoyed our mornings on the private terrace with an ocean view. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. They provided beach towels, chairs, and even an umbrella —every little detail was covered. Communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. This spot truly felt like a home away from home, but better—sun, sea, and total serenity

Stayed here for my gf 31st birthday and it was far more than perfect. It had everything you needed. My only hassle was the front door mechanism, just a little different than what we are used to. Every room essentially had their own bathroom which was great. The ladies that stood with us, their only feedback was “we wish there were more full body mirrors” lol Other than that, everyone enjoyed the area and the Airbnb. The pool was great, there were mosquitos but you can buy some repellant and be fine. The bbq grill was the best for us as we chose the first night in. Great place and location. Thank you so much.

Amazing stay!!

Beautiful place, right on the ocean and walkable to several excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The beach was beautiful, the condo was beautiful and equipped with basic kitchen necessities for cooking, making coffee, etc. Air conditioning was helpful because it was 80 degrees while we were there. Parking was easy and safe. The car rental company that Pierre recommended was fantastic. Highly recommend Banana Location car rental. Excellent place to stay!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Clea's place. The house is beautiful. She had cold beverages waiting in the refrigerator for our arrival and the scenery was beautiful from the veranda. our only concerned is that the pool is not clearly marked for depth. I'm about 5 ft and the pool all the way around is a little deeper than that which is over my head. There is no shallow end. Orient Beach is very nice. one drawback is the constant haggling for a beach massage by the locals. I had to exercise a gentle rudeness in order for them to leave us alone. Other than that we had a fabulous time. You must visit the African Market in Phillipsburg. You will find beautiful African artifacts at good prices. Anthony and Florence are the best.

We absolutely loved our stay here. A true hidden gem! The area itself is super nice, but we did have sea-weed on the beach, so we’d recommend having a car to get to other beaches if you’re also unlucky. There are many restaurants in the village, all super good and within 5 minutes walk. The pool felt a little older, but with the ocean a few minutes away, we didn’t really spent any time in it. Overall, would definitely recommend. Hands down one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed at!

Lovely accommodations. We enjoyed our stay. It felt like a high end hotel. The linens were clean and beautiful. I really like nice white sheets on the bed. The view was great and it was quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen was well equipped.

Terrace with such beautiful and quiet views that we preferred to cook and eat on our balcony rather than go to the restaurant. Dishes and kitchenware of quality. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. TV with French stations. Power socket adapters. Two small grocery stores within walking distance and a well-stocked super U (small formats suitable for short stays ) and what about the 3 km beach that is cleaned every day. In short, we had a lovely week!

Nice place to stay. Was here for a week and enjoyed my time. I spent most of the time on the balcony. I appreciated that it stayed out of the direct sunlight. And most importantly had a good view of the ocean. I would stay again.

We just got back from an incredible trip in SXM celebrating a milestone birthday with friends at this absolutely amazing villa! The villa is designed beautifully and so very comfortable. We were a group of three couples and it was the perfect amount of space. Melissa was an excellent host! We have traveled extensively and she was truly the best. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We hired the chef she recommended and enjoyed delicious gourmet meals! All of her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We also went on a magical boat ride with a captain she recommended. Lastly, the location is so perfect! It was easy to get to many of the main beaches and super close to shopping. The short kayak ride to Pinel Island was a highlight of our trip, not to be missed!! We loved the option for easy, quick kayak adventures to explore the beautiful surroundings. St. Martin was extra wonderful thanks to Melissa and this fabulous villa! We hope to return someday!

Wow what a magical place! Very secluded part of the island and peaceful. The place was spotless! Everything you need is within walking distance. Can’t wait to return with my family! The only thing is if coming from the US bring your own adapter/ outlet because the plug ins are different there!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Orient Bay, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The decor was tasteful, the amenities were excellent, and the overall ambiance made for a truly relaxing and memorable vacation. From my initial inquiries to any questions I had during my visit, they were incredibly prompt, helpful, and accommodating. We had a great time staying at Valerie’s place. Everything was comfortable and clean. For three women it was a great set up. Beach chairs were provided which was a nice touch. The balcony was the best part of the place. It felt like we were staying at the best apartment on the beach. Literally next door to all the amazing restaurants on Orient Beach. We liked not having to drive at night to get an amazing meal. Value of the rental was also great - very much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
