Tiny house holiday rentals in Orange County

I had a great stay at Muriel's place. The spot is only a block off the water, which provides great backdrops for walks. It's a private spot that's conveniently located (not walkable, but only a 5-minute drive) near to the park neighborhoods (Thornton, Audubon, Winter Park, College Park), Mills 50, and downtown. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with easy access to I-4 and 17-92. This is a great, clean, and well-maintained spot, with a great host, that is well worth the price.

We wanted a Tiny House Christmas on the water and that is exactly what we got! We stayed in the Ritz and loved it. The lake was beautiful, the property was quiet and pristine, the residents were friendly, Adam and Rich were perfect host. We will be back to try out the other models! Highly recommend!!

Terry was a great host, and very responsive to messages. Very easy to check in and out of with very clear instructions. The place was clean and tidy, and very quiet. It was a great place to stay! It's also very close to everything downtown!

WOW!! We was In Orlando for a cheer comp and needed to stay an extra night and I found this place. I really got it kinda as a joke on my kids, the joke was on me. This is a beautiful place. So much to do and see, and SO peaceful.The people that live in the community are very friendly. My kids loved it. It is so peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely be renting here again in the future to be able to enjoy all the things there are to do. It was me and my 3 kids there.

Albia was amazing ! Super kind and welcoming , she made me and my guests feels so comfortable. Her decorating skills are phenomenal. She leaves snacks and stuff to drink , everything you need is right there and accessible. I would Recommend tiny cottage to anyone staying in the area weather it’s just for a peaceful get away or a business stay . Sitting outside feels like there’s nothing but peace around you . I can’t wait to come back and stay . Albia is one of the BEST hosts I’ve had so far . Thank you for all that you do to make you guests feel more than welcome and comfortable.

The green room was simple and all we needed to stay and take in some Orlando Florida sites..

Nice place right on the water. Beautiful trees with Spanish moss. Great bathroom and good air conditioning. Overall, very pleasant. Thank you!

Super clean, comfortable and safe. We loved our stay. The only issue we had was out of Maricela's control which was the loud cars and street noise throughout the night. But there was a white noise machine provided, which really helped. Other than that, everything was perfect!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay—10 out of 10, or honestly, even more. Check-in was super clear and smooth thanks to detailed instructions from Jason and Franni. The digital lock was convenient and secure, and check-out was just as easy. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos—maybe even better. It felt brand-new and well maintained, with no signs of wear. Truly hotel-level. The separate coffee lounge was cozy and spacious, great for couples or families, and had its own AC. Communication with the hosts was outstanding—they responded to every request within an hour and were always kind and helpful. The location was also excellent: 30 minutes from Disney and Universal, about an hour to Kennedy Space Center, and very close to the airport. The quiet neighborhood had plenty of parking and felt very private. There was a bit of freeway noise, but nothing out of the ordinary for a city. Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had—highly recommend!

Lovely little tiny home in a quiet neighborhood. Self check in was a breeze. We had an early flight and this was just 15 minutes from MCO so it was perfect. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but it looked amazing and had a hammock close by. Wife is saying she wants to go back to just relax when we have more time so I’m sure we’ll be back soon.

Some minor miscommunication with the check-in but the hosts were very apologetic and tried to make up for it. Really liked the experience of staying here and would recommend it

I am a country girl so walking into her back yard to the cabin was such a great experience. It was a hidden gem in nature back there!! She is so welcoming and kind. I enjoyed my stay and recommend her cabins outside and rooms inside. My favorite place to stay this far in my travels!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the creepy cottage for a few days and we loved it! We're huge horror movie fans so it was perfect for us. K was an awesome host, she's super sweet and friendly and took care of everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, the place was clean and it was a fun vibe. Definitely recommend!

Lavrentiy's place was immaculately clean, cozy, and conveniently located to many great parks, restaurants, and neighborhoods. They accepted my last minute reservation request which was very kind of them. The space was private and quiet and the neighborhood was lovely. The amenities and supplies were spotless, and bed up in the loft was very comfortable and cozy. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient place to stay during their trip to Orlando.
