This was a great stay! The neighborhood is quiet and the place itself is very cozy with nice decor. The host communicated very well throughout the entire stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The only small downside is that there are quite a few small decorative items placed around, which might be a bit tricky for someone like me who’s a bit clumsy - easy to accidentally knock something over. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience!

Great place to stay if you’re in town for a few days. In my case, it was 2 days. It’s 20 minutes from just about everything in Orlando so it’s a prime location. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for an extended stay, but for a short weekend trip, it’s great.

There is not really a word that can describe Brandi. Her phenomenal hospitality and love made me feel safe and right at home. The property is private and secure making it easy to enjoy your stay with no worries! I have a bit of OCD and NEVER was triggered by anything! I would recommend her x10!!!

We stayed here right after our cruise before heading home, and it was perfect! Only about 10 minutes from the airport, so super convenient. I saw someone mention the neighborhood in a review, but honestly, once you walk into the house, it’s a total wow. The remodel looks amazing! The heated pool in the backyard was a huge hit our kids loved it, and the adults did too. There’s even a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, which my teenage niece thought was so cool. The house was super clean, modern, and really comfy. We had such a fun time. Thanks for a great stay!

Apartment on the 3rd floor, clean, good for 4 people. Great location, in the center of the parks (Disney x Universal x Icon), very good condominium too, good structure, clean and organized, free parking with several spaces.

Andrea Was a great host 😊 Very Responsive, The place was Beautiful and Comfortable I would recommend this Airbnb and the view was great was able to see the airplanes fly on the balcony. I loved it ❤️

We were in town for my sons baseball tournament and this place was perfect. It was in a very convenient location, close to many things, and only 35 minutes from Disney springs. We appreciate that animals were allowed and that it was easy to walk a dog through the neighborhood.

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

Liana’s place was amazing and the bed was so comfy. It was a nicely clean suite and was filled with supplies to help our stay feel comfortable and convenient. 17 mins away from disney springs and 8 mins away from Universal City Walk.

Great location to Disney - about 10 minutes about so close enough to get there quickly but far enough away to be outside of the craziness. Clean place, nice beds, great for kids.

Everything was lovely! My husband, daughter, and I stayed for my son’s graduation from UCF. It was so convenient and close to campus. Also, it was a peaceful retreat as described. Highly recommend!

Larissa & Rosely’s place was clean and stocked with everything they said would be there. It was centrally located, which was great because we planned on doing a lot of things. It was easy to find, had a private parking lot, and it was nice and peaceful. A great find and great stay!

Great Stay,Check In Was Easy You Go Right Up To Room With The Codes They Provide. Room Looks Just Like Picture, Everything Was Clean And Set Up Perfect For A Studio. Everything Is Also Close To Where You Stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

Kathy's condo at Floridays Resort was perfect for our needs. We were only there 2 nights for a trip to Discovery Cove. The condo is close to Discovery Cove and Sea World as well as tons of restaurants and shopping. The interior is clean and there are plenty of linens and towels. There were paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, TP, etc. for 2-3 days. The kitchen is equipped with the minimum: dinnerware for 4, 1 pot, 1 skillet, 1 spatula, 1 serving spoon, 1 baking sheet, 1 baking dish, etc. It was adequate for our stay because we didn't do any real food preparation. If you plan on doing any serious cooking, you may want to bring your own cookware and knives. The resort grounds are tropical and beautifully landscaped. The outdoor hallways are looking a little tired and could use a good cleaning. There is a small pool fairly close by. The main pool and pool bar/shop, is on the opposite side of the resort so a decent walk.

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect in every way; perfect location and easy to get to…as we used Uber a lot. Close to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs….less than 15 min Uber. There is a Starbucks next to the building which was awesome. Nicoleta is a fantastic host, replies right away and gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions. Communication was great and she is very attentive. Again, very impressed with the place. All the amenities you need and very comfortable and clean. Was also a huge bonus to have 2 bathrooms.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the condo. The views of the lake and fireworks at night were a highlight. It was a quiet and peaceful location. Visiting Disney was only a short drive away. The hosts, Jon and Melissa were very quick to respond and provide information. We would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Orlando!
