House holiday rentals in Oprič

We hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad met ons gezin in dit huis. Super fijn weer gehad en alles wat je maar kan bedenken was aanwezig in het huis van Natalija en haar familie. Vlakbij Labin, ik denk een van de best gelegen plekken van Istrie! We hebben genoten van het strand in Rabac, goede restaurantjes vlakbij en van hieruit heel Istrie verkend, Rovinj, Pula enz. Ook de plitvicemeren gezien en dat is 5 uur op en neer maar de moeite waard. Hele fijne tijd gehad! Dankjewel!

You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Anwesen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, in einem herrlichen blühenden Garten, einem gepflegten Pool, einen Steinwurf von einem schönen einsamen Strand entfernt. Die verschiedenen Terrassen ließen keine Wünsche offen, der Außengrill ist fantastisch, die umgebende Natur (wir trafen Rehe, Schafe, eine Schildkröte und Wildschweine) ein Traum. Wir wachten vom Pirolgesang auf und wurden morgens von Schmetterlingen begrüßt. Wandern, Radeln, Schwimmen, Chillen... in die Stadt (und damit zum nächsten Supermarkt) sind es 30 Minuten. Danke, liebe Maja, für das nette Begrüßungsgeschenk - und dass du mir mein vergessenes e-Book hinterherschickst! Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder in dein Paradies.

alloggio fantastico in tutta la sua completezza, pulito e ordinato, completo di ogni cosa di cui si possa aver bisogno, host molto simpatici e cordiali non ché anche disponibili per ogni eventuale necessità, discreti nel fatto di non stare a monitorare i loro ospiti. Insomma consigliatissima come location per ferie, molto propensi per una eventuale esperienza estiva in futuro, grazie di tutto.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

Es war eine super Unterkunft für eine Woche! Man benötigt auf alle Fälle ein Auto, damit man zu Buchten, Märkte. etc kommt. Sehr cool, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Auch der Griller und der Pool auf der Terrasse sind echte Highlights. Einzig der Lärm von der Strasse ist etwas störend.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war super schön, sehr sauber und top gelegen. Die Übergabe lief reibungslos und bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen war sofort jemand erreichbar – immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön fanden wir die vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen von Benjamin zu Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung – das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus von Nejc. Es ist einfach eine Wohlfühloase! Ein tolles Haus, das mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Es ist alles da was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Der idyllische Garten hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue erfreut und auch unser Hund liebt es dort. Um an die Küste zu kommen muss man 20 Minuten mit dem Auto einplanen, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Nejc ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist und trotzdem absolut die Privatsphäre seiner Gäste bewahrt. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen! Danke Nejc!!!💖

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

Wir waren Ende Mai mit unseren Hund für eine Woche an diesem schönen Ort. Bei der Ankunft liegt es etwas versteckt, trotz Navi aber die Fotos aus der Vogelperspektive von Ivan waren sehr hilfreich und wir haben es schnell gefunden. Die im hinteren Teil wohnende, liebe Inhaberin hat uns mit netten Gastgeschenken empfangen und wäre bei Fragen oder sonstigem Bedarf sofort da gewesen, war aber sonst sehr zurückhaltend. Das Haus hat eine gute Küche mit allem drum und dran und verfügt über ein neues und sehr schönes Bad. Ein herrlicher Garten und das Meer vor der Tür, was will man mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Woche genossen.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Smestaj je odlican,cisto,SVE Sto treba je tu,dvoriste je prelepo i zaista Su se potrudili da se gost divno oseca! Mi smo prezadovoljni i svima toplo preporucujemo mesto. Mi cemo sigurno opet doci! Hallo Renato, Mira und Martina, Eure Villa ist wirklich ein seltenes Fundstück. Innen- sowie Aussenbereich sind liebevoll mit vielen Details ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir verbrachten 8 wundervolle Tage bei euch und haben jeden Tag in der Abgeschiedenheit von Poljane genossen. Wunderbare Strände befinden sich maximal 25 Minuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation von vor der Buchung, nach der Buchung, der Anreise wie auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war vorbildlich. Liebe Grüße, Dieter und Margareth

Schitterende en rustige plek op korte afstand van stranden, restaurants en andere voorzieningen. Het appartement van Deni was super compleet en daarnaast konden we volledig gebruikmaken van de buitenkeuken. Hierdoor voelden we ons helemaal thuis. Wij zouden deze accommodatie zeker aanraden!

We hebben met ons drietjes (koppel met 15j dochter) een prachtige vakantie beleefd in het mooie huisje van Dubravka. De vakantiewoning was kraaknet en van alles voorzien (keuken en voorzieningen, afwas, was,…). Buiten was er een enorm goed onderhouden en proper zwembad. Er was tevens een buitenkeukentje en een bbq aanwezig. Dubravka is een superlieve en vriendelijke dame die haar taak als host met veel passie uitvoert! Wanneer we een vraag hadden kregen we telkens snel antwoord of kwam ze gewoon even langs, we kwamen hier niks tekort! We konden er ook genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op de zee, die er op vogelvlucht enkele honderden meters vandaan is. Dit is een echte aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar!

La maison de Meri est chaleureuse et joliment décorée, elle dispose d'une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. le lever du soleil est magnifique ! Une autre terrasse dans le jardin pour manger quand il fait très chaud. Meri nous a accueilli personnellement et nous avons passé de bonnes vacances au calme. Attention toutefois, les routes sont escarpées et les plages assez chargées en août ! nous avons profité du calme de la maison et de sa fraîcheur lors des fortes chaleurs. visite à Rovinj, rafting en montagne, restaurants de poisson et expérience de plongée sous marine ! Merci Meri !

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und 1 Baby) haben eine Woche in der wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus, die zwei Terrassen, der Pool und der Garten bieten wirklich alles, und es ist für jeden was dabei: für unseren Sohn war das große Trampolin ein Highlight, die Liegefläche am Pool ladet zum ausruhen ein, und der Meerblick ist sowieso absolut atemberaubend. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt genug Handtücher und Decken, und wir waren wunschlos glücklich. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war total unkompliziert und sie ist sehr zuverlässig! 100 % empfehlenswert!

Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und kamen umgehend als wir ein Anliegen hatten persönlich vorbei und lösten das Problem. Es hat alles gepasst und wir hatten zu 4 eine entspannte Zeit. Ein Auto sollte dennoch vorhanden sein,da die Unterkunft relativ weit oben liegt. Die Unterkunft ist in jedenfall empfehlenswert und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.
