Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The path to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach is also within reach. However, the return journey in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. fantastic accommodation in all its completeness, clean and tidy, complete with everything you might need, very nice and friendly hosts as well as available for any need, discreet in the fact of not monitoring their guests. We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We were very happy with the accommodation. Everything looked like the pictures.

We stayed almost 2 weeks with Josip and Ivana with our familiy of 4 (2 little children) and it was perfect. The apartment is pretty new, very clean and very good standard and has everything what we needed. In addition, Josip and Ivana were great hosts, gave tips, frehs fruit from the garden and were very kind. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and are happy to come back. Many thanks!

We were already in Nejc's beautiful house for the second time. It's simply an oasis of well-being! A great house that was furnished with a lot of taste. Everything you need to feel comfortable is there. The idyllic garden has delighted us every morning and our dog loves it there. To get to the coast, you have to plan 20 minutes by car, but it is definitely worth it. Nejc is a great host who is always available and yet absolutely preserves the privacy of his guests. We will definitely come back! Thank you Nejc!!!💖

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Reccomend this stay and in Senj to! We stayed with a 6 8 and 14 year old and they all had a great time. We took nanny with us and the set up of the smaller apartment on ground floor was perfect for that! Thank you again for your wonderful home to stay in.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

I loved it! We only stayed one night, but the place is clean, very well located, comfortable and beautiful. It has a super nice vibe and a beautiful terrace. I would totally recommend and would like to stay there again. The only two “buts” we found was 1) check out time is very early and 2) one as a guest has to take out the trash and go throw it in one of the containers at the end of their stay? I had never really read anything like that on an airbnb and considering that we were going with bbs, carriolas and suitcases, if it was heavy also carrying the garbage and dividing us to go for the containers. We were super in a hurry to get out on time and also stressed about garbage😅. Outside of that, the truth is that everything is very good and Katarzyna is very attentive to offer us crib.

We had a wonderful stay in the small Casa of Ingrid and Daniele. Both are always very friendly and open to questions. We enjoyed the location, really a small private place with wonderful views, pleasant loungers on the property, and the bay for swimming in front of the door. There are also many opportunities for short hikes around the bays, on the Premantura (by car), good restaurants and a beach bar, which are also within walking distance, and Pula for sightseeing just a few kilometers away. A great place for us to relax!

We spent 8 wonderful days with you and enjoyed every day in the seclusion of Poljane. Wonderful beaches are a maximum of 25 minutes away. Superb and quiet place a short distance from beaches, restaurants and other amenities. Deni's apartment was super complete and in addition we could make full use of the outdoor kitchen. This made us feel completely at home. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

We had a wonderful holiday with the three of us (couple with 15y daughter) in the beautiful cottage of Dubravka. The vacation home was sparkling clean and equipped with everything (kitchen and amenities, dishes, laundry,...). Outside there was a very well maintained and clean swimming pool. There was also an outdoor kitchen and a BBQ. Dubravka is a super sweet and friendly lady who performs her job as a host with a lot of passion! When we had a question, we always got a quick answer or she just stopped by, we didn't miss anything here! We were also able to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, which is a few hundred meters away as a bird's eye. This is highly recommended and worth repeating!

Jadranka’s house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is the perfect place to relax and have a break from the daily life. The communication was very smooth and Jadranka warmly welcomed us in person. A few things to keep in mind: you need a car to access the house and explore the surroundings. The house is well equipped, but don’t forget to bring your own basic products (salt, pepper, olive oil, detergent for the laundry). The swimming pool will help you cool down on warm days (even if the air conditioning in the house is already a big plus!). Overall a very nice stay!

My family, friends, and I were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this owner's place. The house was perfect for our group, and everything was just great. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay right at our fingertips. I especially want to highlight how clean and cozy every room was. The owner is an incredibly kind person—he gave us great recommendations, treated us to some cold beer 😄, and was always available to help with any questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We’ll definitely recommend this place to all our friends and hope to return someday!

Meri is a wonderful, sweet and kind person. She greeted us with homemade juice and liquor. Also she gifted us some delicious brownies during our stay. Meri was very helpful. The streets to the Airbnb are very steep and narrow, you should not be an inexperienced driver. It was at first not super easy to find but Meri picked us up and showed us the way. All in all, we had a beautiful and peaceful vacation with a gorgeous view.
