Holiday rentals with a pool in Oprič

Our stay was super nice! My children, my wife and grandparents were visiting and we felt right at home. Very pleasant that we could start and enjoy our vacation like this. We were very warmly welcomed directly and shown the accommodation. The vacation at Maja's is highly recommended! The amenities are great and very satisfactory! We had a very nice and relaxing vacation! We thank you very much for that!

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

Helena welcomed us very kindly. The arrangement when we arrived worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. Everything was already there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, taps for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and after a small storm, she asked the next day if we were okay and if someone should come to clean up. The pool was also cleaned once in between. It's also great there with a dog, because it's properly fenced, and walking the dog is no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! We had a lovely week with my family. The house was beautifully decorated and the amenities were nice. The pool allowed us to have a pleasant time with the children. Having a barbecue was a big advantage. The house was full of privacy. We had a calm, enjoyable time. The host was friendly and kind. We recommend it to everyone. A beautiful home with a location and amenities that you won't regret!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

Great accommodation with a fantastic view. We were incredibly well looked after by the hospitable hosts. Anamarias mother offered us delicious homemade lemonade when we arrived. We also got help ordering delicious pizza home as the children were hungry after the trip. The apartment was very clean and tidy. There was everything we wanted in the kitchen. Nice barbecue area. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. We had it completely private but if there was anything the hosts were available to help us at any time. We are very happy with our stay.

Would highly recommend Celestina’s apartment for your stay in Rovinj. Located in a quiet residential area around 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed. Celestina couldn’t have been more helpful, making our first holiday with our baby boy accommodating.

For check-in and checkout we were welcomed by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with this stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and its surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! Recommended without hesitation.

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great holiday :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

We were there as 2 families with 1 child each (2 years old) The villa is exactly as pictured. The location is quiet and remote, but everything is accessible by car. We had a great holiday!

We were there as a group of friends and had a great time. The owners were super friendly, helpful and always available. The accommodation is modern and very clean, as shown in the pictures. Everything you need is available. We would definitely recommend the place and book again.

The accommodation was very nice, it was exactly as in the pictures, the equipment also fit perfectly and it lacked nothing. We were able to communicate very well with the host and we were always answered quickly. The pool was even better than expected, it looks beautiful and the fact that it could also be heated suited everyone. We had a very nice vacation and would recommend the accommodation to everyone.

This villa is absolutely beautiful. It is even more impressive than the pictures. Everything was impeccably clean. It’s super spacious and lovely environment to spend time in beautiful Croatia. The location is mixed, there isn’t much close to the Vila and sadly you can’t walk to anything but you can reach many amazing spots in 30-40 minutes driving.

The house was a dream to be in. We spent the 7th New Year's Eve and enjoyed our time at Ana's place incredibly. The house is perfectly equipped with towels bathrobes, drinks and wine as well as a bottle of champagne. The sauna and the jacuzzi are super fun especially in winter and have beautified our stay even more. There really isn't anything to complain about. Ana is incredibly nice and comes in person for arrival and before departure and is always available. The house is incredibly well decorated and really no wishes remain unfulfilled. We will definitely return in any case. 🫶🏼
