Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve chez Ljerka et son fils Franz ! Dès notre arrivée, ils nous ont accueillis comme des rois avec une assiette de charcuterie et des crêpes faites maison – une attention adorable qui donne tout de suite le ton. Ljerka est d'une réactivité exemplaire et, en cas de besoin, Franz est toujours disponible, souriant et prêt à aider. L'appartement est idéalement situé, au calme, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Zadar. Le balcon offre une vue splendide sur la mer, et l’accès direct à une plage quasi privée rend l’endroit encore plus magique. Un vrai petit coin de paradis, parfait pour se détendre au soleil. On recommande les yeux fermés, et même x1000, pour tous ceux qui cherchent une parenthèse de tranquillité au bord de l’eau !

Die Unterkunft war echt schön. Wir waren zu 7. dort und durch die getrennten Wohnungen hatte man auch abends immer seine Ruhe. Die Küchen sind super ausgestattet und hat das Kochen für 7 Personen sehr schön gemacht. Vor allem das Beach House bietet sich super dafür an. Der Pool war auch immer sauber und ist ein schönes extra gewesen. :) Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig 15-20 Minuten von der Fähre entfernt, was es uns einfach gemacht hat, auch mal einen Tag in Zadar zu verbringen. Einkaufen waren wir immer bei TOMMYS, der ist auch 15 Minuten entfernt aber es gibt auch näher gelegen viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden die Unterkunft bei Andrea auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! :)

Apartament znajduje się jakieś 12-15 min autem od centrum. Składa się z dwóch sypialni osobnych, łazienki i salonu z kuchnią oraz tarasem z bardzo ładnym widokiem. Apartament jest świetny dla 4 osób, są garnki lub patelnię potrzebne do gotowania oraz naczynia dla 4 osób. W apartamencie jest zmywarka. Niedaleko domu można wyjść na spacer lub dotrzeć na publiczną plażę. Właściciel jest bardzo miły i komunikatywny. Apartament był czysty i przestronny. Moim zdaniem warto. Polecamy

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, liegt ruhig gelegen und das Bett ist sehr komfortabel! Sanda war schon beim Check-In sehr lieb und bemüht mich auf alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel hinzuweisen. Als ich krank geworden bin und keine Apotheke in der Nähe mehr geöffnet war, hat sie mir sogar etwas von ihrer Medizin geschenkt. Der EINZIGE Nachteil ist (wie so häufig auf der Insel) das die kleinen Gassen nicht gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind und der private Parkplatz für größere Autos eher keine Option ist. Aber auch dafür konnte Sanda in Vergangenheit wohl eine Lösung finden. Ansonsten sind Wohnung und Gastgeberin ganz wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen! Persönliche Highlights der Umgebung: Fort St Michael und Srdela Snack ❤️

Frankos apartment was everything and more. Lovely size apartment spotlessly clean. Lovely views. Sun on both balconies so lovely to sit out and enjoy a meal. There is a lovely supermarket a stone throw away. Franko has the restaurant opposite and this is a must!!!. The staff are amazing so attentive 5 stars. And so reasonably priced. I can not reconnect this place any better. He is a lovely young man. Nothing was a bother. We are so booking again

Vi havde hele vejen igennem en god kommunikation med Tina. Rigtig god service. Tina hentede og bragte os til færgen. Meget sød vært. Boligen er helt unik og ligger i smukke omgivelser i fred og ro i lokalsamfundet på øen. Vi er blæst bagover af skønheden på øen og den helt fantastiske lejlighed med den skønneste terrasse hvor vi ikke kunne få nok af den smukke udsigt. Meget rent og pænt. Alt var helt over al forventning. Tina og hendes familie er virkelig søde og meget hjælpsomme. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen. Vi kan kun give Tina og hendes familie den allerbedste anbefaling. De fem stjerner er slet ikke nok!!

Petra’s place was perfect for our stay ! The view is amazing and Kali was really quiet and beautiful ! Her husband gave us really good recommendations of restaurants. They were both really kind and helpful, our stay was perfect

Wir waren zum Freundinnen - Urlaub dort und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder. Es sah so auf wie auf den Fotos und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles super sauber und ordentlich. Eins der Highlights war der beheizte Pool mit Blick aufs Meer 🤩 Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, wir hatten einen Mietwagen und somit war alles gut erreichbar. Auch mit Uber waren wir öfters problemlos unterwegs. Ein paar Tage vor unserer Ankunft haben wir eine Nachricht von Blazenko erhalten mit allen wichtigen Informationen. Obwohl wir am Anreisetag sehr spät ankamen, hat er sich viel Zeit genommen und uns alles erklärt. Blazenko war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft definitiv weiter.

Der Aufenthalt in Dijanas Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Dijana ist eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt – besonders der atemberaubende Meerblick war ein Highlight! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Dijana, für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Josipa's place was incredible. Upon arrival Josipa greeted us and spent about 20 minutes accommodating us and giving local tips about the area. She is very kind and helpful with anything you may need during you stay. As for the apartment it is located in a wonderful, yet quiet neighborhood where you really feel like home. The interior of the apartment was very clean with two amazing balconies each with their own view of the bay and the old town. You have access within 5 minutes walk to multiple beaches sandy or rocky. As well you have bus lines that run from nearby to the old town. This is one of the best flats you can book within Zadar in my opinion and based off my experience, the location is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or if you need a long weekend to chill at the beach. You can't go wrong and Josipa will surely accommodate you ever need. I would absolutely stay again :)

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hidden from busy main streets but close to everywhere, clean and with beautiful garden. Our kids loved feeding turtles in the garden and sitting in the swing ❤️

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

We had a lovely five nights in Preko. Vjeran met us at the ferry and it was a quick three minute walk to the apartment. Lovely bright spacious place with two big bedrooms, nice seabreezes and a shady terrace for afternoons. He had left us a lovely platter of prosciutto and delicious local cheese and cherries, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, quiet away from the busy center which thankfully isn’t very busy in June, but close to the beaches and walkable even to Kali. Our best dining experience was at Barbara Konoba just around the corner from the apartment. Definitely recommend for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle in a great central location.

Děkujeme za skvělou dovolenou v Kožinu, v moc hezkém a útulném ubytování, s možností procházek podél pobžeží a výběrem mnoha míst ke koupání. Stephanie reagovala na zprávy ihned a vyřešila vše co jsme potřebovali. Mohu jen doporučit.

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

Bardzo polecam to mieszkanie. Idealne dla 2 osob , miasteczko Diklo położone jest 15 min jazdy od centrum Zadaru, można się do niego łatwo dostać rowerem,które oferuje Filip, autobusem który znajduje się 5 min od mieszkania oraz uberem za 7-8€. Okolica bardzo spokojna, Filip oraz jego mama bardzo gościnni i mili ludzie 😊. Polecam☺️.
