House holiday rentals in Općina Preko

Wir haben uns im dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft war echt schön. Wir waren zu 7. dort und durch die getrennten Wohnungen hatte man auch abends immer seine Ruhe. Die Küchen sind super ausgestattet und hat das Kochen für 7 Personen sehr schön gemacht. Vor allem das Beach House bietet sich super dafür an. Der Pool war auch immer sauber und ist ein schönes extra gewesen. :) Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig 15-20 Minuten von der Fähre entfernt, was es uns einfach gemacht hat, auch mal einen Tag in Zadar zu verbringen. Einkaufen waren wir immer bei TOMMYS, der ist auch 15 Minuten entfernt aber es gibt auch näher gelegen viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden die Unterkunft bei Andrea auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! :)

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

Logement très sympathique, piscine et terrain très agréable, propriétaires sympatiques et souriants! la maison est dans un endroit calme et avec une très belle vue mer. on recommande le logement! merci de votre accueil!

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Diklo hat uns sehr gefallen. Die schnelle und einwandfreie Kommunikation , die Ausstattung des Hauses, etc. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Man hätte deutlicher formulieren können, dass der Pool mit dem Nachbarhaus geteilt wird. Dies bleibt aber die einzige Kritik. Uns hat der Urlaub im Yellow House sehr gefallen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay! Krunoslav was a fantastic host – communication was excellent from the start, he was always available and very helpful. The villa is absolutely stunning: modern design, high-quality amenities, spotlessly clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. The pool was a true highlight – perfect for relaxing, surrounded by beautiful scenery and offering plenty of privacy. We were especially impressed by the amazing sea view, which can be enjoyed from the upper house area. The location is great – just a few minutes’ walk to the sea. Overall, a very fair price for such a high-quality accommodation. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this villa!

We had an amazing time in the house. It looks even better than on the pictures. It's very clean, has all you need to feel at home. Pool was great. The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful. They left some welcome soft drinks, biscuits and fruits which was a nice touch.Thank you very much Marta and Family!

Marin was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us great local tips and made everything easy. The house was comfortable, quiet, and perfect for anyone looking to stay away from the crowds, yet still with quick access to the centre of Zadar. It had everything we needed, was clean, and the balcony was great for outdoor meals. Definitely recommend!

The house is comfortable with everything you need on your vacation. The owner of the house is really amazing, she helped with everything we asked and was in contact twenty four seven.

We had a very good stay! The host was very friendly and attentive, even complained we were too nice so she didnt have anything to help us with haha. The surroundings were great, two great beaches in walking distance just downhill from us. A good place to bring a dog as well. Zadar was easy to visit and big grocery stores were easy to find. Overall a good stay and we definitely recommend it!

Ho alloggiato in questo appartamento con la mia fidanzata per una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è ottima in 1 min a piedi si arriva al mare, ci sono spiagge più ampie a 5 min a piedi e le località fuori Zara sono tutte raggiungibili in macchina in 15/20 min. Per raggiungere il centro di Zara non ci si mette più di 15 min in auto, veramente comodissimo. La casa è impeccabile, molto pulita e ben curata. Si presenta bene e rispecchia le foto, molto carina e offre servizi come lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Infine Franica è gentilissima e molto disponibile, ci ha aspettato per il check in e ci ha fatto trovare, acqua, birre e biscotti oltre ad averci offerto della torta, davvero sempre sorridente e amichevole. Consigliatissimo, quando torneremo a Zara sicuramente sceglieremo l’appartamento di Franica nuovamente!

L'Adriatique au pied du jardin : un rêve éveillé. La maison est petite mais fonctionnelle, et comporte tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner, y compris les accessoires pour le barbecue à l'extérieur dont nous avons profité. La jardin est enchanteur, le cadre idyllique et les couchers de soleil inoubliables. Quartier calme très bien situé. Vrai coup de cœur. Merci également à Lady Mayers pour sa gentillesse.

Our stay at Shima was great. They are extremely kind people and hosted us very nicely. Hospitality in every possible way. The house is beautiful, one moment to dip in the sea and rest in peaceful place.

Geinko è un host meraviglioso: generoso, gentile. Ha veramente a cuore il benessere dei ospiti e ti fa sentire come a casa. È amichevole, di compagnia ma mai invadente, è stato un grande piacere conoscerlo. Ha cucinato una specialità croata per noi e ci ha fatto tanti regali. La casa è bellissima, pulitissima con una vista mozzafiato. I letti sono comodi, la cucina è dotata di tutto e il mare è vicinissimo. È stata una settimana stupenda e ritorneremo sicuramente

La casa e in una posizione splendida con un terrazzo ampio e con vista mare meravigliosa. Appena fuori dal cancello c'è un accesso al mare, una piccola piattaforma di cemento che affaccia su mare cristallino. Il paese di Savar non ha negozi né servizi, in compenso é in uno scenario naturale meraviglioso, con una chiesetta sul mare e un piccolo promontorio con pineta. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni di vacanza con la famiglia bellissimi. Host gentile e disponibile. Dugi Otok e un'isola incantevole. Cucina molto fornita e funzionale. Ampio tavolo sul terrazzo. Arredo un po' datato ma funzionale. Eccezionale!

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with a beautiful view from the large balcony. It is tucked in a quiet corner of the small island village, very private and charming. A divine swimming cove with sweeping views of the mountains is steps from the apartment. Deniza is a gracious and helpful host. We would love to visit again!

Silvana ist äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie hat uns ohne zu stören immer Handtücher und wichtige utensilien vorbeigebracht. Sie war immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit! Das können wir nur weiterempfehlen!

C'était parfait! Le père du locateur était celui qui nous a reçu. Quel bon monsieur 😊 Vous direz un bonjour de la part des Canadiennes. Il était vraiment gentil et nous a fait sentir comme chez nous dès l'arrivée.

Such a good house in great location. Couple of bits of wear and tear, big sliding door wouldn’t move, sunshade broken and pool took days to get sorted after a massive rainstorm - didn’t really spoil things. Really chilled with the sea on the doorstep.

Wir waren eine Mädelstruppe und hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa hatte alles was man braucht und war genau so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war unkompliziert und schnell. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Very beautiful home, also very recomended to come here if you want to go for a chill vacation. The balcony view is amazing and the island is just so peacefull but adventuras at the same time! i higly reccomend the house and the host!

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables dans la petite maison de Danijela. Elle est très bien située, à 5 minutes à pieds de la baignade, du port, des commerces et restaurants. Il y a une place de parking dédiée. La maison est très bien équipée, et très propre. On s'y sent bien. La petite terrasse privative est un peu dans un passage (le village est fait de ruelles aux maisons très proches les unes des autres), mais il est bien agréable de s'y reposer, à l'ombre du beau figuier et dans la délicieuse senteur des plantes aromatiques qui la bordent. Nous remercions chaleureusement Danijela et son mari pour leur accueil attentionné et très sympathique !

Everything great and as advertised. We traveled with three small children and very much enjoyed the stay. We especially liked the possibility to walk to different locations to swim and to the beach bar. There is also a larger sandy beach in Preko (5 min drive) which the children loved. Tanja and Ankica were fantastic hosts and we followed their advise for restaurants, boat hires, and a lot more. We will definitely come back.
