Logement très propre et fonctionnel. Martina est très réactive et présente si on a une question. Pour atteindre le vieux Zadar, les plages ou la gare routière, il faut compter 30-35 min de marche. La piscine est bien entretenue et il y a suffisamment de chaises longues pour s’y relaxer. Merci pour tout, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Wir haben vier Nächte bei Ante in Sukosan verbracht und sind mehr als zufrieden! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das grosse Bett war für uns sehr bequem und das Badezimmer hatte eine tolle Dusche. Die Küche war mit grundlegenden Sachen eingerichtet (sehr leckeres Olivenöl zum selber Salat anrichten). Ante war ein grossartiger Gastgeber und hat auf unsere Anfragen immer zeitnah reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke!

Melita est très réactive et flexible. L’appartement est situé à 5-10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Tout était conforme à la description.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Apartment hat alles was man braucht und das Zentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit Mariana war auch sehr gut. Würden es weiter empfehlen.

The apartment was so beautiful and looked brand new , very clean and free of clutter. Lots of windows with pretty views of old town-we walked everywhere as everything is so close.

The house is spotless! It is located in the most convenient street. You could offload your luggages off the street and parking is 5 mins walk away in a public car park (which is free but just be aware to park in the right place as we didn’t however it still wasn’t much). Serena checked us in and she couldn’t be anymore helpful in answering any question you might have! Such a lovely lady! Thank you.

Magdalena & her husband were such fantastic hosts and very quick to respond and support us with anything we needed. The apartment is fantastic and we felt it was even bigger and better than in the pictures. There are three good size double bedrooms and one has a great en-suite. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and relax (as long as you bring insect repellent in the evenings!). The pool is a perfect temperature and has plenty of sun-loungers. They have the best BBQ of any AirBnb we have ever stayed in, so if you like to cook outdoors then you won't be disappointed. The property is close to several lovely beaches and you can be in Zadar old town within 30-minutes plus it's also a good starting point for visiting the island of Pag. The small local supermarkets are very expensive so I would suggest doing a big shop at the Interspar in Zadar before arriving as we found it to be about 20% cheaper. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Magdalena's place.

Extremely great view, Josep picked us up from the Airport and was very nice and responsive as well, giving us restaurant recommendations all around the city. The owner of Belmont Realty is also extremely responsive and ensures a great stay! 10/10 can recommend

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Bebinje är en väldig trevlig kustby med ett flertal restauranger och fina bad. Huset ligger bra beläget med gångavstånd till allt. Maria som bor ovanpå var mycket trevlig och behjälplig. Hennes trädgård vid vår uteplats är mycket fin med många fina suckulenter. September var en bra månad att vara här - varmt i vattnet, soliga dagar och gott om plats på strand och restaurang då det inte är högsäsong längre. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub mit Hund. Die Villa ist ein kleiner Traum mit wirklich allem, was man braucht. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur und ist sehr sauber. Das Haus ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier Pudelwohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist fußlaufig erreichbar. Es gibt auch einen Hundestrand, jedoch mit viele. großen Steineb, dafür tolles Wasser. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kann man mit dem Auto innerhalb von ein paar Minuten erreichen. Zsusanna ist eine super freundliche Gastgeberin. Hat all unsere Fragen immer schnell beantwortet. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had a great stay at this accommodation! The location is very convenient—just a 3-minute walk to the central bus station, about 10 minutes to the beach, and around 15 minutes on foot to the old town. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Miroslav is the host, he was friendly and helpful, making check-in fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Very nice experience, close to airport, city and nice beaches. Ample amount of parking space.

Ostatnie dwa tygodnie spędziliśmy w wynajętym domu i był to nasz najlepszy urlop od lat. Marko i Branka wraz z rodziną okazali się przesympatycznymi, pomocnymi i bardzo ciepłymi gospodarzami. Dom, który wynajęliśmy, był przestronny, czysty i idealnie zgodny z opisem oraz zdjęciami, co jest szczególnie ważne dla 4-osobowej rodziny. Lokalizacja również była świetna – piaszczysta plaża znajdowała się zaledwie 500 metrów od domu, a kamienista plaża jeszcze bliżej, bo w odległości 400 metrów. Okolica była spokojna, idealna na relaksujący wypoczynek. Dodatkowym atutem pobytu były swojskie pomidory i ogórki, którymi nas poczęstowano, oraz nalewka, która była naprawdę smakowita. Serdecznie polecamy ten dom każdemu, kto szuka spokojnego miejsca na wakacje. Marko i Branka sprawili, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Dziękujemy za wspaniałą gościnę!

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt, aber ruhig genug, um erholsame Nächte zu genießen. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders praktisch: Klimaanlage, schnelles WLAN. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Zadar – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Luka's place was even better than we expected - the Airbnb was spacious, modern and the rooftop deck was huge and had a view of Zadar old town! We walked into old town in less than 1/2h, used the secure underground parking and has a great time in the place.
