We had a very nice holiday in Grubine. The cottage was clean and had enough space for our two families with a total of 8 people. The spacious rooms made sure that everyone was able to spread out well. The outdoor pool was a nice touch and was used by us regularly. Especially on the hot days, it was a welcome cooling off. The landlord was nice and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If you have any questions or concerns, he was available at any time. The location of the house is also convenient, as many excursion options are easily accessible in the area. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and can recommend the house.

A great place to stay with plenty to do. Quiet location away from the town.

The appartment ist situated in a quiet area, beeing a good starting point for visiting multiple locations, the drive to the sea taking arround 25 minutes. We very much enjoyed the pool, grill area, and the fully equipped kitchen. I also have to mention the hospitality of Ivana, Josip and their children. The peka they cocked for us was very tasty. Looking forward to visit them again!

nice stay, bit there are multiple new villas in this area. For the locals probably not the nicest addition. But the house was very nice like shown.

hello, first of all a big thank you to the host, who by What sApp answered our questions quickly, we arrived 2 hours early and accepted us. they spent every day in the morning early,without making noise to clean the exteriors and asking us if it was okay and needed something. We cooked a dish with a dish and wine. one evening brought us cakes. spoke to us as if we were from his family. gave us hugs at the time of leaving( sad) the villa is exceptional jacuzzi pool, even tennis and basketball field. well, in short, go there with your eyes closed I recommend 100%. A great house with 5 bedrooms and additional sleeping space for another 2 people in the gaming room. Great amenities, great kitchen, giant fridge with ice maker, PS gaming room, top outdoor area with lots of seating and an amazing grill fireplace. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. Immediately on the spot if needed. We'll be back.

We can highly recommend Martina’s place. It is perfect for a family with a car who are happy to explore from this lovely base. The other side of the mountain from the sea, you are twenty minutes from some fabulous beaches, but it was so nice to retire here in the late afternoon and cool down by the pool. Some of Martina’s family met us and were really lovely… showing the kids the amazing tree house and showing dad how to use the fire to cook a glorious Peka (a Dalmatian stew baked under hot embers). They left us with homegrown vegetables, and gifts of honey, chocolate and wine… and even a welcome antipasti platter in the fridge! The house and garden are great. Would love to come back.

We had a lovely holiday in the villa as a group of 11 friends. The place was clean, looked like the pictures, and communication with the landlord was easy and straightforward. There was air conditioning on both floors. Not all 3 kitchens are equipped with utensils, but only one, and also quite sparse. So if you want to cook in all 3 kitchens, you should bring pots, pans, etc. The dishwashers are also not very efficient, you usually have to rinse the dishes by hand. Approximately every 2nd day, someone came by in the morning to roughly clean the pool and refill new water. But there seems to be something wrong with the pool filters, because the water was a bit cloudy. The volleyball court has been an absolute highlight. Since it is right on a busy road, you have to be careful that the ball does not fly over the fence. There were enough towels and 2 washing machines. Overall great!

We absolutely loved staying here ! Our host was so nice and was always so helpful.

The hostess was most helpful and welcoming. They provided us with a meat and cheese platter with wine, bread, a fruit bowl, and water. The accommodation was ideal, with enough space for my 3 teens to move freely and practice for various sports. The kitchen was well equipped with all modern kitchen accessories. The parking place is protected from direct sun, the swimming pool is also really nice, about 170 meters deep. Beautiful mountain views. Smart TV in the 2 living areas with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The Internet is also very good. Best of the best, we were really impressed. I highly recommend the villa.

We would like to thank our host (Nikola)and his family again for EVERYTHING!We have never been greeted and treated so warmly throughout the holiday as this time. We were asked daily if everything was ok and if we need something. We have great wine,honey,ham and bread get everything from our own production. Nicola takes care of everything immediately,we felt very comfortable. Everything was just great!Peaceful location,very nice modern villa. The property itself is simply stunning!You can immediately notice that Nikola has put a lot of love into this house and property. The pool is beautiful,child-friendly with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas,on the property there is a small playground. Everything about it and super well maintained. Simply TOP!You can just feel comfortable and enjoy the holiday. We two families had an unforgettable holiday! Top house! Top landlords. Grade 1+. We would be happy to come back!!!

We had best impressions from the vacation at this villa! A clean, modern house has everything in a sufficient amount (dishes, towels, fresh linens). The hosts were very friendly and provided best service possible. If we needed something, they always helped us in a very short time. The villa is surrounded by the forest. Peaceful and quite atmosphere. The yard is very large and there is a good playground for children. The region is very interesting for sightseeing and only half an hour drive from best beaches of Croatia. We are very pleased with the villa and would love to come back again. We are very grateful to the owners!

Denis was tremendously welcoming and caring. During our visit he offered many services for our well-being. He also gave us vegetables from the on-site garden, which were amazing. He was very helpful and always answered our text messages within a few minutes.

My wife and our 2 year old visited in June 2024. We we were the first booking Via Air B&B and as it has no reviews it made us nervous and Novasol do not respond very quickly. 2 weeks before I had a message from Ana the owner and she was fantastic and answered all my questsions! The property is amazing and you will not be dissapointed! It is super clean and has just been refurbished. It is detached and has its own private pool and garden. The house next door is owned by her cousins but they do not live there and have no access to the garden or pool. Very private and well worth the money. Although it is inland the beach (Baska Voda) is 20-25 mins drive away and Imotiski with a Lidl and restaurants etc is 10 mins away. I would visit here again as felt super safe and relaxed here. The villa was really well equipped and was very clean, had a brand new cot for our little girl and a good high chair. The beds & pillows were comfy. Good wifi/ netflix. Would visit again! We enjoyed Danijel's house very much! Especially the beautiful large garden and the view were exactly what our baby and ourselves needed. There is a good barbecue and also inside the house has all the comforts. A fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Even the pool we used, despite it not being hot yet! We just had to get used to the smoke smell, so just keep that in mind. Furthermore, especially book this house and enjoy the peace, the view and the large garden!

Couldn’t have been better! Perfect, quiet location. There’s no neighborhood around. Some construction works were carried out nearby. It didn’t bother us, though. Seashore and splendid places to visit are relatively close. The apartment contains everything you need to feel at home - comfy beds, well-prepared kitchen, two bathrooms. The kitchenware, bedding, blankets, pillows, towels were present. There was an ice maker we liked in particular. The pool has a depth of 1.5m, we enjoyed it immensely. The hosts reached us out the day we checked in. They welcomed us with a delicious cake that made our hearts melt! <3 They were of great help to us since the beginning, available at all times whenever we had any questions. They were kind, warm and hospitable. We literally felt like visiting family. We have also been given some gifts. Sincere Thank You from the bottom of our hearts. You went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Would absolutely recommend staying there!

The house of Alen offers so many possibilities. Either you decide to take a day trip to Split, Dubrovnik, or Mostar, or Imotski, etc. Or you can just stay in place and enjoy the pool, terrace, playground, etc. Alen welcomed us in an uncomplicated way and explained everything to us in peace, although we arrived 40 minutes later as advertised. We highly recommend the place and area.
