Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Grubine verbracht. Das Ferienhaus war sauber und bot ausreichend Platz für unsere zwei Familien mit insgesamt 8 Personen. Die großzügigen Räume sorgten dafür, dass sich alle gut verteilen konnten. Der Außenpool war ein schönes Extra und wurde von uns regelmäßig genutzt. Besonders an den heißen Tagen war er eine willkommene Abkühlung. Der Vermieter war nett und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen stand er uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Auch die Lage des Hauses ist praktisch, da viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung gut erreichbar sind. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Katarina war wirklich perfekt. Alles Tip Top. Zimmer super, Klimaanlage, Pool der Hammer und zusätzlich war der Kühlschrank mit Bier, Wein und etwas zu essen gefüllt - perfekt!! Katarina hatte sich bei mir gemeldet, späterer Check-in, späterer Check-out. Die Kommunikation war super easy und ganz schnell. Katarina war immer zu erreichen. Danke!!:) Die Ausstattung in der Küche war mehr als perfekt für 9 Personen. Wissenswert für Gäste - allerdings möchte ich betonen, dass Katarina oder die Unterkunft da nichts für kann und die Bewertung nicht beeinflusst!! - Abends hat es immer zur selben Uhrzeit etwas strenger gerochen. Der Geruch war aber nach 30min wieder weg und war auch kein großartiges Problem. Des Weiteren gibt es dort viele Tiere, wie Raupen, Motten, Käfer und Insekten. Manche Stechen auch gerne mal. Vielen Dank, wir würden sofort wieder buchen!

The appartment ist situated in a quiet area, beeing a good starting point for visiting multiple locations, the drive to the sea taking arround 25 minutes. We very much enjoyed the pool, grill area, and the fully equipped kitchen. I also have to mention the hospitality of Ivana, Josip and their children. The peka they cocked for us was very tasty. Looking forward to visit them again!

Bella casa, host molto disponibile e presente in caso di problemi. Casa pulita e ben attrezzata. Esterni molto belli anche se non curati (confini della casa, siepi ecc) Per una vacanza di relax in casa è fantastica

bonjour, tout d'abord un grand merci à l'hôte, qui par What sApp à répondu à nos question rapidement, nous somme arrivée 2h en avance et nous a accepté. ils passaient tout les jours le matin de bonne heure,sans faire de bruit pour nettoyer les extérieurs et nous demander si ça allait et avait besoin de quelque chose. Nous à cuisiner un plat avec entré plat et vin. un soir nous a apporté des gâteaux. nous parlait comme si on étais de sa famille. nous à fait des câlins au moment de partir( triste) la villa est exceptionnelle piscine jacuzzi terrain de foot, même de tennis et basket. enfin bref que du bon allez y les yeux fermé je recommande à 100%. Ein tolles Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und zusätzlicher Schlafgelegenheit für weitere 2 Personen im Gaming Zimmer. Tolle Ausstattung, super Küche, Riesen Kühlschrank mit Eismaker, PS Gaming Zimmer, Spitzen Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Wahnsinns-Grillkamin. Die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Sofort zur Stelle wenn was benötigt wird. Wir kommen wieder.

We can highly recommend Martina’s place. It is perfect for a family with a car who are happy to explore from this lovely base. The other side of the mountain from the sea, you are twenty minutes from some fabulous beaches, but it was so nice to retire here in the late afternoon and cool down by the pool. Some of Martina’s family met us and were really lovely… showing the kids the amazing tree house and showing dad how to use the fire to cook a glorious Peka (a Dalmatian stew baked under hot embers). They left us with homegrown vegetables, and gifts of honey, chocolate and wine… and even a welcome antipasti platter in the fridge! The house and garden are great. Would love to come back.

Wir haben als Gruppe von 11 Freunden einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, sah aus wie auf den Bildern und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und unkompliziert. Auf beiden Etagen gab es eine Klimaanlage. Nicht alle 3 Küchen sind mit Utensilien ausgestattet sind, sondern nur eine, und auch recht spärlich. Wer also in allen 3 Küchen kochen möchte, sollte sich Töpfen, Pfannen etc. mitbringen. Auch die Spülmaschinen sind nicht sehr leistungsfähig, man muss das Geschirr meistens nochmal per Hand spülen. Ca. jeden 2. Tag kam morgens jemand vorbei, um den Pool grob zu reinigen und neues Wasser nachzufüllen. Es scheint aber irgendwas mit den Poolfilter nicht zu stimmen, denn das Wasser war ein bisschen trüb. Der Volleyballplatz ist ein absolutes Highlight gewesen. Da er direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße ist, muss man aufpassen, dass der Ball nicht über den Zaun fliegt. Es gab genug Handtücher und 2 Waschmaschinen. Insgesamt top!

Apartman je odličan, čist, prelijep. Jako smo zadovoljni, mislim da nikad nisam bila u boljem apartmanu. Gazde su jako ljubazne i možemo samo preporučiti ovdje doći za godišnji!

The hostess was most helpful and welcoming. They provided us with a meat and cheese platter with wine, bread, a fruit bowl, and water. The accommodation was ideal, with enough space for my 3 teens to move freely and practice for various sports. The kitchen was well equipped with all modern kitchen accessories. The parking place is protected from direct sun, the swimming pool is also really nice, about 170 meters deep. Beautiful mountain views. Smart TV in the 2 living areas with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The Internet is also very good. Best of the best, we were really impressed. I highly recommend the villa.

Wonderful Stay in Croatia! We had an amazing time at this charming house. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always sharing his fresh farm produce with us. The property is fantastic, with a great pool, a volleyball court, and a superb soccer field that we used often. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

Wir möchten unserem Gastgeber (Nikola)und seiner Familie nochmals für ALLES vielen lieben Dank sagen!So herzlich wurden wir noch nie begrüßt und behandelt im Laufe des ganzen Urlaubs wie dieses Mal.Wir wurden täglich gefragt ob alles OK sei und ob wir was benötigen.Wir haben tollen Wein,Honig,Schinken und Brot bekommen alles aus eigener Herstellung.Nikola kümmert sich sofort um alles,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das war alles einfach Top!Ruhige Lage,sehr schöne moderne Villa.Das Grundstück selbst ist einfach umwerfend!Man merkt sofort dass Nikola sehr viel Liebe in dieses Haus und Grundstück gesteck hat.Der Pool ist wunderschön,kindgerecht mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen und Schirmen,auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz.Alles drum und dran super gepflegt.Einfach SPITZE!Man kann sich einfach nur wohlfühlen und den Urlaub genießen.Wir zwei Familien hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub gehabt! Top Haus! Top Vermieter. Note 1+. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!!!

We had best impressions from the vacation at this villa! A clean, modern house has everything in a sufficient amount (dishes, towels, fresh linens). The hosts were very friendly and provided best service possible. If we needed something, they always helped us in a very short time. The villa is surrounded by the forest. Peaceful and quite atmosphere. The yard is very large and there is a good playground for children. The region is very interesting for sightseeing and only half an hour drive from best beaches of Croatia. We are very pleased with the villa and would love to come back again. We are very grateful to the owners!

Denis was tremendously welcoming and caring. During our visit he offered many services for our well-being. He also gave us vegetables from the on-site garden, which were amazing. He was very helpful and always answered our text messages within a few minutes.

My wife and our 2 year old visited in June 2024. We we were the first booking Via Air B&B and as it has no reviews it made us nervous and Novasol do not respond very quickly. 2 weeks before I had a message from Ana the owner and she was fantastic and answered all my questsions! The property is amazing and you will not be dissapointed! It is super clean and has just been refurbished. It is detached and has its own private pool and garden. The house next door is owned by her cousins but they do not live there and have no access to the garden or pool. Very private and well worth the money. Although it is inland the beach (Baska Voda) is 20-25 mins drive away and Imotiski with a Lidl and restaurants etc is 10 mins away. I would visit here again as felt super safe and relaxed here. The villa was really well equipped and was very clean, had a brand new cot for our little girl and a good high chair. The beds & pillows were comfy. Good wifi/ netflix. Would visit again! We hebben heel erg genoten in het huis van Danijel! Vooral de prachtig grote tuin en het uitzicht waren precies wat onze baby en wijzelf nodig hadden. Er is een goede barbecue en ook binnen is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Een volledig ingerichte keuken, twee badkamers en drie slaapkamers. Zelfs het zwembad hebben we gebruikt, ondanks het nog niet heet was! Alleen de rookgeur moesten we even aan wennen, dus houd daar rekening mee. Verder vooral boeken dit huis en genieten van de rust, het uitzicht en de grote tuin!

Couldn’t have been better! Perfect, quiet location. There’s no neighborhood around. Some construction works were carried out nearby. It didn’t bother us, though. Seashore and splendid places to visit are relatively close. The apartment contains everything you need to feel at home - comfy beds, well-prepared kitchen, two bathrooms. The kitchenware, bedding, blankets, pillows, towels were present. There was an ice maker we liked in particular. The pool has a depth of 1.5m, we enjoyed it immensely. The hosts reached us out the day we checked in. They welcomed us with a delicious cake that made our hearts melt! <3 They were of great help to us since the beginning, available at all times whenever we had any questions. They were kind, warm and hospitable. We literally felt like visiting family. We have also been given some gifts. Sincere Thank You from the bottom of our hearts. You went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Would absolutely recommend staying there!

Das Haus von Alen bietet so viele Möglichkeiten. Entweder man entscheidet sich für einen Tagesausflug nach Split, oder Dubrovnik, oder Mostar, oder Imotski, usw. Oder man bleibt einfach an Ort und Stelle und genießt den Pool, die Terasse, den Spielplatz, usw. Alen hat uns unkompliziert empfangen und uns alles in aller ruhe erklärt, obwohl wir 40 minuten später ankamen wie angekündigt. Wir können die Unterkunft und die gegend sehr empfehlen.
