We had a great week at the town of Betina. The house is directly located in the old town, only some minutes to the old port - with restaurants, cafes, bakery in shop. The appartment is directly at the sea - you can look at the ships from your living room sofa. The space between house and sea is very private and not used by anyone else. We always sat there until sunset. If you look for a quiet and private accomodation, only some minutes to the center (or to the car - if you need it), with perfect and newly renovated appartment, funishing and kitchen, that´s it! Thank you Jere - and your Mum who makes the appartment shine!

Wir haben es in dem Villa vom Anfang an sehr gut gefühlt, vor allem wegen der Aussicht und sehr schön und mit Liebe eingerichtete kleinen botanischen Garten. Wir würden sehr freundlich von Maria und Nicola, die Eltern vom Katharina empfangen und würden wir auch mit leckeren keyks und Wurst versorgt. Also wir können es die Unterkunft mit vollem Zufriedenheit weiter empfehlen. Danke an Nicola und die Familie für Ihren Gastfreundlichkeit.

At our arrival the house was very clean and Bartol showed us immediately what needed. The house was very fresh regarding the use of air conditioner, there is all you need. The city center is just 5 minutes of walk from the house. The owner (Bartol) has always been very quick to reply and available for everything. The cuddly grey cat walking around the house is a big plus 😊

Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet the host, but we did meet her parents, who were very nice. Matilda arranged for us to pick up our luggage directly from the port in Vrgada with a small tractor. Communication with her was perfect. The place is intended for people who seek peace. We were lucky to have wonderful neighbors, I would like to say hello to them, it was very nice with you. If you have the opportunity to take a paddleboard with you, don't hesitate, because right in front of the house there are tiny steps into the sea, where you can board and paddle wherever you like. Thank you very much for the beautiful attitude that made our vacation so great 🌸

Mihaela‘s house is a real gem. In a secluded bay and still near to a variety of restaurants (reachable by boat). Extremely clean and with a very cosy and functional furniture. Some of the things are the great balcony & the outdoor barbecue-place. And moreover the friendlyness and flexibility of the hosts. We will definitely come back again 😊🖖

Séjour extraordinaire en plein cœur du site naturel des Kornati. Ivo est un hôte exceptionnel. Il est très réactif, humain et très arrangeant. Nous n'avions pas de voiture . Il est venu nous chercher et nous a aidé à trouver un transfert très rapide pour Split au retour. TOP ! La maison est typique, très bien située dans le village. Le cadre est idyllique. Nous avons vécu une super semaine ! Nous avons fait du kayack, du snorkeling et vécu à la cool. C'est idéal pour se ressourcer. Nous recommandons vivement !

I have to say this is paradise. Sime was extremely nice. He built a a real home with amazing care and great taste. We felt grateful to be there every minute. Our stay was perfect, peaceful, we loved the house and the nature. Sime’s house is way more than a holiday home. We will return for sure.

We spent a few wonderful days with our kids in this exceptional place. If you are looking for minimalism, a little bit of adventure, and would like to take a breath in a quiet place, then you can find it here. The house offers just basic amenities, but it's just enough to have a great time. Contact with Zoran was perfect. We arranged the shopping and travel by boat from Biograd to Žižanj (and back) and proactively amended that based on the weather conditions.
