Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Općina Murter-Kornati

The location is incredible. The property is close enough to easily access the sea or the lake, but also far enough away to make you feel like you're alone in the world. The activities and amenities on the property leave no one wanting for anything. One of our best stays anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

Andrijana and Mario are wonderful hosts. By far the friendliest and warmest hosts I have ever experienced. Andrijana was always available, provided us with tips and repeatedly asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was excellent, the amenities great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Had a great time and would come back any time. An absolute recommendation for couples, families and friends. Beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. What was not entirely clear is that the second bathroom is not in the main house, but outside next to the pool. But this was not a problem at all, but rather great if you spend the day at the pool.

We really loved our stay. We were there in September, so it was quite calm in general but should be great getaway from the crowded beaches during high season. Vesna was a great host.

lovely place... the house is perfect and site is gorgeous... we had a wonderful holidays. it takes 3 hours to go by boat from the coast (zadar).Ante can arrange the transfer (see détails section for the additionnal cost). we drank the rainwater from the tab (and add some micropure to be sure at first but after we even drank it without micropure and it was perfectly drinkable. kitchen is convenient. bathroom small but at 6 it was enough because not need to stay long. the small boat is convenient to go and visit others places. we recommand this place !

We spent wonderful days with our children at Ivana's house. The location is particularly great, right on the lake with private access and perfect for the children to swim as it is very shallow on the Shore. In the garden you will always find a shade spot during the day.

We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything. Our hostess is totally sweet and helpful - it doesn't get better. The place Betina is also highly recommended, not so characterized by tourism A small note: the car must be parked about 5 minutes away from the house - but not too bad Conclusion: highly recommended

Perfect cottage in a perfect location, for people looking for peace and quiet this is the place to be. We were 7 days, my husband and I with my 3 dogs. We couldn't have asked for a vacation for the soul and body better than this. We'll definitely be back!

Nice accomodation with a great view and a very helpful Host

The little beach house was absolutely lovely—very well-kept and cozy. Everything you’d expect or need was there. The pebble beach is just a one-minute walk away. The beautiful terrace is perfect for relaxing. Ana was very welcoming and helpful. We would love to come back anytime!

We had a great week at the town of Betina. The house is directly located in the old town, only some minutes to the old port - with restaurants, cafes, bakery in shop. The appartment is directly at the sea - you can look at the ships from your living room sofa. The space between house and sea is very private and not used by anyone else. We always sat there until sunset. If you look for a quiet and private accomodation, only some minutes to the center (or to the car - if you need it), with perfect and newly renovated appartment, funishing and kitchen, that´s it! Thank you Jere - and your Mum who makes the appartment shine!

The apartment was furnished as described. In the hot temperatures, we enjoyed the air conditioning very much. It was also nice to lie by the pool or cool off in it. The landlords are totally friendly and helpful. We all felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend this place.

Great plače in Berina. A beach nearby. Loved having a dedicated parking place. It made it easy to explore the island.

We had an amazing stay here, the hosts were incredibly kind to us and helpful with anything we needed. This stay forms a very relaxed, slightly more out the way holiday, but still easily walkable to all the amazing places nearby. Only thing to note is the company doing the AirB&B side is separate to the actual hosts at the house, so make sure to get in touch with them directly!

Amazing vacation, the nature is beautiful, the apartment is wonderful and very comfortable, the owners Alberto and Gabriella are incredibly friendly and pleasant to communicate with.

It was way more than what we’d expected! It’s almost a perfectly private beach, no one around just us and the sea. The house is fully equipped, and on the top of that, Marko was waiting for us with a lovely plate of ham and cheese - it was a very warm welcome. There were two kayaks and a SUP that we could use. It was really fun! 🤩

Everything was perfect! House is looking even better than on the pictures - everything clean and full equiped. You have privet access to all facilities like swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, grill and many many more. View frome the terrace was amazing. Host prepared for us dinner with local fish, fridge has been full of beers and some drinks ,two bottle of wine and host served to us also some local sprits-everything included price. Definitely recommend and for sure we will come back in the future. Thank you!

The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location is pleasantly quiet with a beautiful view and plenty of privacy. The neighbors are nice, and there are many animals all around - overall very idyllic and relaxing!

We moved in 3 families, a total of 15 people so not really easy, yet we had no space problems both in the apartment and on the outdoor terrace where we all ate together. Host present when needed, very friendly and accommodating

We were a group of friends of 6 and had a fantastic stay. Hans is a super host; friendly, helpful and welcoming. The air conditioning worked well and the amenities in the house/apartment were great. Hans has a beautiful garden that we could use, we also had our own terraces. The car could be at the door and we were about 100 meters from the beach where we took a cooling dip every day. The accommodation was within walking distance of Murter (and Bettina) where we ate deliciously every day. Thanks for a wonderful stay Hans! And see you again :)

We had a wonderful time at this place with four adults and a baby. Even before arrival, we had contact with Diana, who gave us all the necessary information about check-in and also helped us to bring our boat into the water by crane upon arrival. In the accommodation itself you will find everything you need for a nice vacation on an island, it is clean and offers a lot of activities (SUP, pool, table tennis, etc.). Diana was always available and had a solution and an open ear for every situation. Transportation from the island to the mainland (or vice versa) also worked great. The property is quietly located and rewards you with the most beautiful sunrise every morning. All in all just perfect and great to switch off and well suited for a nice family time or time with friends. Thank you for everything, dear Diana! We will be back :-)

We spent a wonderful and relaxing week in this house! The hosts picked us up from the ferry in Tkon, the house can be reached in about 15 minutes (via partly unpaved roads and gravel paths) from the jetty. The house corresponds to the pictures and the description, it is quite new, very beautiful, is secluded and quiet, due to the elevated position you have a wonderful view of the Kornati, on the surrounding terrace you sit relaxed in the shade - it is also good to endure in great heat! The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are small but functional and very appealing, the mattresses exceptionally comfortable. The path to the beach is narrow and partly steep, but easily doable in 7-8 minutes - we spent the mornings and afternoons on the secluded beach. This offers good seating and lying possibilities with the flat rocks, the access to the water is easy, the water is very clean. We are happy to recommend the house!
