Villa holiday rentals in Općina Murter-Kornati

We moved in 3 families, a total of 15 people so not really easy, yet we had no space problems both in the apartment and on the outdoor terrace where we all ate together. Host present when needed, very friendly and accommodating

Everything is great! The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that bothered us was having to leave the car in the car park and walk to the house, which was a bit tedious with a lot of luggage!

We were a group of friends of 6 and had a fantastic stay. Hans is a super host; friendly, helpful and welcoming. The air conditioning worked well and the amenities in the house/apartment were great. Hans has a beautiful garden that we could use, we also had our own terraces. The car could be at the door and we were about 100 meters from the beach where we took a cooling dip every day. The accommodation was within walking distance of Murter (and Bettina) where we ate deliciously every day. Thanks for a wonderful stay Hans! And see you again :)

We spent a wonderful and relaxing week in this house! The hosts picked us up from the ferry in Tkon, the house can be reached in about 15 minutes (via partly unpaved roads and gravel paths) from the jetty. The house corresponds to the pictures and the description, it is quite new, very beautiful, is secluded and quiet, due to the elevated position you have a wonderful view of the Kornati, on the surrounding terrace you sit relaxed in the shade - it is also good to endure in great heat! The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are small but functional and very appealing, the mattresses exceptionally comfortable. The path to the beach is narrow and partly steep, but easily doable in 7-8 minutes - we spent the mornings and afternoons on the secluded beach. This offers good seating and lying possibilities with the flat rocks, the access to the water is easy, the water is very clean. We are happy to recommend the house!

loved our stay here! the place is small but has everything you need (inside kitchen, living room with all the necessities, but also outside a terrace with hanging bed, outside dining, outside fireplace, waterboard, outside shower and so on …), everything very clean, new and modern. we stayed here with 5 adults (one on the sofabed which was not ideal but ok for some nights :) ). the location is peacefull and beautifull, 40 m from the beach. highly recommend!

We stayed at this wonderful place for a week at Easter. The view on the sea is breathtaking The place itself is clean and has everything you need. If you want to relax, this is the place. There is ✨also a paddle boat in the accommodation. It was really fun on the sea 🌊😊

It was way more than what we’d expected! It’s almost a perfectly private beach, no one around just us and the sea. The house is fully equipped, and on the top of that, Marko was waiting for us with a lovely plate of ham and cheese - it was a very warm welcome. There were two kayaks and a SUP that we could use. It was really fun! 🤩

We stayed for 1 week in Tykon on the island of Pasman. Due to the warm welcome of Marina and her likeable manner, we felt right at home. We had a very nice time there and recovered mega. Marina and her husband are both mega personable and warm, so it makes you feel right at home. We were always able to reach them by phone. She recommended great restaurants and sightseeing to us right away. The apartment is mega beautiful and nicely furnished. I also had my small dog with me, she was greeted warmly. I can only recommend the accommodation. Best regards to Marina and her husband…. It's nice to meet you.

Had an amazing stay, 2 beaches only 5 minutes walk from the villa, supermarket near by. Great host who responded quickly and was really helpful. Would 100% recommend

We spent a fabulous 6 days in Ankica's house in Biograd. The pool and garden are so well kept, clean and perfect. The house itself is clean and has everything you need, we had more than enough room for 7 people. A huge plus and hit with the kids was a basket for basketball and enough space for playing with the ball. The house is close to an adventure parc, and Dalmaland aqua- and amusement parc. Biograd has a surprising number of good restaurants and large beach area. Ankica is a superb and responsive host and communication was a pleasure.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa MaVi. There were 7 of us and the place fully met our expectations. The house was spacious, very clean and well equipped – perfect for relaxing in a larger group. The biggest attraction was the pool, which provided wonderful refreshment and relaxation on hot days. The area is quiet, and at the same time close to the beach and many interesting places to visit. The host Adrian was extremely hospitable, helpful and kind – always available when we needed something. Villa MaVi was very much liked by everyone – we felt comfortable and welcome. We also thank Adrian for his kindness and for giving us a lift to the airport on the day of departure – it was very nice and helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend staying in this place and will gladly return in the future!

Very nice, modern villa in a very good location. Close to Pakoštane center with beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. The villa itself is modern, with great layout and a very pleasant outdoor area. Big swimming pool is great for swimming. Close to Biograd and Zadar.

Villa was amazing. Close by beaches and nice restaurants. We also used the location for getting to Outlook festival in tisno which was easy and reasonable to get to. Area is quiet and great for relaxing after partying!

The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location is pleasantly quiet with a beautiful view and plenty of privacy. The neighbors are nice, and there are many animals all around - overall very idyllic and relaxing!

Beautiful appartement, nice hosts. Beautiful garden!!! We loved everything. Pakostane is a nice place. Katarina and her parents are very nice, unfortunately we did not see them when we left.

upon arrival, very friendly welcome with a homemade drink. The owner was helpful and explained about the island and the most beautiful places. We were allowed to pick figs and grapes as much as we wanted. The Studio had enough space and amenities for us, a little outdated, but we don't make a problem with that. The location is great, within walking distance of shops, various beaches and restaurants. The pool is very pleasant and definitely large enough, there is also a safe area for smaller children. The owner is sufficiently present, friendly and certainly not disturbing. It was also noticeable that there were no mosquitoes. Top vacation

Nice modern house. Located near to the see. Pool and terace was amazing. Only one thing is uncomfotable. Walls are really thin so you can hear every small noise in the house. I recommend!

A real Robinson house in a wonderful natural setting, the pool is an added bonus next to your own beach. Ideal location, multi-functional terraces, outdoor space suitable for outdoor stays from morning to sunset. Recommended for those who are willing to compromise in return for a bit of a compromise: e.g. there is no indoor shower, there is no hot water inside, the solar shower outside is suitable for cleaning, although it is not very private due to the high boat traffic. The nearest village is a 15-minute drive away, which is hard to get around. Good walking and rowing excursions nearby.
