Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Der Meerblick war traumhaft und der Whirlpool ein echtes Highlight zum Entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt – man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Die Lage war ideal: Die Stadt war schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Gastgeberin, die stets hilfsbereit und freundlich war. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung und Komfort suchen!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und eine schöne Zeit. Das Apartment war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auf dem großen Balkon konnte man in Ruhe frühstücken und seinen Kaffee genießen. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal - zentral und doch ruhig. Kleinere Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bademöglichkeiten waren fussläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in verlief trotz verspäteter Anreise reibungslos. Wenn mal nicht unterwegs war, lud der insgesamt sehr gepflegte Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool zum Verweilen ein. Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt, den ich nur weiterempfehlen kann!

House is such that one doesn't feel the need to go out for anything else. Had outstanding facilities and polite responsive attendant. Clear sea and hot pool. Amazing would return and recommend to friends

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Super ubytování v krásném prostředí, opravdu pár metrů od pláže. Před domkem je soukromý čistý bazén s lehátky a grilovací místo. Nikola a jeho dcera Kristina jsou velmi milí, Kristina mluví anglicky. Nikola nám během pobytu zapůjčil i kola zdarma, abychom se po ostrově mohli pohybovat bez auta. Doporučuji!

Marijana was an incredibly friendly and understanding host. If I ever return to Zadar, I would definitely love to stay at this apartment again. Thank you, Marijana, for being such a wonderful host🤗

Wir waren sehr gut mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Sie war sauber und für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 10 Mädels super gut geeignet. Der Weg nach Zadar ist wunderschön und das Meer mit schönen Bademöglichkeiten ist nah!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Our stay Villa Šimun was fantastic. It's a stunning Villa in a peaceful and beautiful location, the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The property itself is still very new, so everything was very clean and well presented. Lots of clean, fresh towels and bed linen. Both kitchens are very well equipped with a good selection ion pots, pans utensils and so on. The pool was the perfect temperature for cooling off from the hot sun and the sunbeds and chairs offered a great place to sit and enjoy the views. However, I would recommend some non slip shoes for the pool area if staying with very young children. The Villa is located a short walk up the hill from the peacefu town of Zaton, where we found everything we needed, restaurant, supermarket etc. A car is recommended if you wish to explore further. The communication from the owner, regarding our arrival was perfect and so was the assistance during our stay. I highly recommend Villa Šimun and we would love to stay again in the future.

Denis war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, der sich stetig um unser Wohl bemüht hat. Bei Ankunft hatte er einige Köstlichkeiten für uns bereit und während des Aufenthalts hat er und mit selbst gemachten Croissants überrascht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Ich komme gerne wieder und genieße die Gastfreundlichkeit..

Thank you for a cozy place for a pleasant vacation. Nice, clean and brand new apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. Quiet place near the forest, but at the same time 3 minutes walk from the center.
