Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos : propre, cosy, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. L’emplacement est idéal, calme tout en étant proche de tout. Mention spéciale pour l’hôte, extrêmement réactif(ve), attentionné(e) et bienveillant(e). Esperienza ottima. Eravamo tre persone e due cani. Abbiamo soggiornato qui una settimana e avevamo noleggiato una piccola barca a Butina con cui abbiamo girato il parco della Kornati.Bartol ci è venuto a prendere al porto di morter dove ha caricato noi, le nostre valige e trainato la nostra barca fino alla casa. È bene portare tutti i viveri e acqua che si pensa consumare poiché non ci sono market nelle vicinanze. Il ristorante più vicino per un pranzo fuori era la konoba statival e si raggiunge in una mezz’oretta con mare calmo. Pescando pesci e ricci di mare abbiamo sempre mangiato pesce fresco cucinato sul bbq. C’è anche un amichevole gruppetto di gatti che abbiamo sfamato con teste di pesce e crocchette. Nei pressi della casa l’acqua è bellissima, perciò anche se non poteste spostarvi avrete soddisfazione nel godervi quella zona. L’isola di Zut non è quasi percorribile perché non ci sono sentieri tracciati. Abbiamo anche avuto la fortuna di vedere e delfini. Grazie bartol!!!

wat een fantastisch huisje met alles er op en er aan. we konden gebruik maken van het sup board, spelletjes, elektrische bbq etc. etc. En na dertig meter lopen sta je op het strand. (PRIVÉ strand wel te verstaan). Vissen, zwemmen, snorkelen. Wat een fijne locatie. Bernd, es war großartig!

Toto miesto bolo naozaj krásne, mali sme úplne súkromie, užívali sme si pokoj, more, okolie. Určite sa ešte chceme vrátiť.

We spent a few wonderful days with our kids in this exceptional place. If you are looking for minimalism, a little bit of adventure, and would like to take a breath in a quiet place, then you can find it here. The house offers just basic amenities, but it's just enough to have a great time. Contact with Zoran was perfect. We arranged the shopping and travel by boat from Biograd to Žižanj (and back) and proactively amended that based on the weather conditions.

Miro and his family were very friendly and welcoming. Apartment is well located close to the centre and the beach and is equipped as described. and on top, Miro restaurant in front of the apartment is the best in the town! air-conditioning is OK in the main room but less efficient in the bedrooms. in the evening, some noises are coming from the center or neighborhood but it is to be expected in the center thanks Miro and his family for the stay

Einfach ein Traum und nich schöner und größer als es auf den Bildern erscheint. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Selbst Fahrräder um damit mal schnell ans Meer zu fahren. Aber eigentlich möchte man das Grundstück gar nicht verlassen. Franka ist immer schnell zu erreichen und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Außengrill, verschiedene Sitzbereiche zum Essen oder Chillen, einfach ein Paradies mitten zwischen Olivenbäumen und Weinreben. Die Betten sind super bequem. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren zu Beginn etwas skeptisch da wir noch nie auf einem Campingplatz gewohnt haben. Aber wir sind äußerst positiv überrascht von diesem tollen Konzept. Das Mobile Home ist aber äußerst komfortabel und es ist alles vorhanden was man so für den Tag braucht. In jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage, das macht es bei 35°C im Schatten doch etwas erträglicher. Der Campingplatz ist sauber, Geschäfte sind gut erreichbar. Es sind drei stände nahe liegend und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser kleiner Hund, 14kg, wurde sogar am Strand geduldet. Alles in allem war das ein toller Urlaub für unsere vierköpfige Familie plus Hund.

Das Haus ist genau, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Man ist sehr privat und hat einen großzügigen Außenbereich. Es liegt nah an der Natur, in der Nähe ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein richtig leckeres Restaurant. Mit dem Auto sind aber auch die großen Supermärkte, die Innenstadt und die Strände schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren zwei Familien mit je einem Kind, so dass die Zimmeraufteilung mit 3 Zimmern, je 2 Doppelnetten und einem Zimmer mit Einzelnetten, echt ok war. Ein Mank war leider, dass das Wlan nicht funktionierte. Mauro hat sich zwar bemüht und war mit uns in Kontakt, aber aufgrund der Feiertage, war der Internetprovider nicht in der Lage sich zeitnah zu kümmern.

We had such a lovely time in this beautiful villa in Murter. Everything was amazing from the first step inside the doors. The house is so well equipped, comfortable and clean. The pool outside provided so much fun and a much needed cool off from the heat. What a special treat to be welcomed with a lovely feast on top of it all. We had the perfect stay and will definitely be back.

We had a lovely week in Zorica's home. Everything was in perfect condition and as described. Most of all communication with Zorica was always so easy and quick, any questions answered on the spot thanks. The camp is lovely and quite new. Everything needed is on site and all the staff are really friendly. We can only recommend Zorica's home for a lovely,quietholiday and hope to return in the future.

Pobyt był bardzo udany. Miejsce piękne, idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi. Dom i taras bardzo czyste, basen to świetny dodatek - dzieciaki nie chciały wychodzić :) Dodatkową atrakcją, był żółw wędrujący po ogródku :) Minusem są zazdrośni sąsiedzi, co można było odczuć w ich zachowaniu - natomiast nasi gospodarze, byli przejęci i skutecznie sobie z tym poradzili. Postawa naszych gospodarzy była wyjątkowa, to co zapamiętamy, to na pewno uśmiechniętych i zawsze pomocnych Rodziców Antonia :) Odebrali nas z promu i pomogli przetransportować bagaże do miejsca zameldowania i z powrotem. Na koniec każdemu z nas zakręciła się w oku łezka pozostawiając ciepłe wspomnienia po tym niezapomnianym pobycie. Za strącone winogrona przepraszamy ;) Wyspa przepięka, warta zwiedzenia w każdego zakątka, każda z plaż inna, w morzu pełno "skarbów", a społeczność Vrgady sympatyczna i uśmiechnięta. Na każdą z plaż - spacerem 10 minut drogi, a do zabytkowej cerkwi 2 minuty - super! Przez cały pobyt było co robić! :)

Martina fanns alltid tillgänglig. Väldigt trevligt och fint boende. Det ligger på landet med djur och natur runt huset. Skönt med egen pool att kunna svalka sig på Morgonen och på kvällen. Gick snabbt med bilen in till Pakoštane där det finns många olika stränder och Restauranger. Kan varmt rekommendera att ta en privat båttur ut till naturreservatet som ligger ca 1h ut med båt. Finns nere i hamnen i Pakoštane en väldigt bra guide med båt och allt. Kommer gärna tillbaka till detta boende ❤️ Mvh Niklas med familj

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est parfait pour acceuillir 4 personnes. Les terrasses sont agréables. Il est idéalement situé pour découvrir les beaux paysages croates.

We had a great week at the town of Betina. The house is directly located in the old town, only some minutes to the old port - with restaurants, cafes, bakery in shop. The appartment is directly at the sea - you can look at the ships from your living room sofa. The space between house and sea is very private and not used by anyone else. We always sat there until sunset. If you look for a quiet and private accomodation, only some minutes to the center (or to the car - if you need it), with perfect and newly renovated appartment, funishing and kitchen, that´s it! Thank you Jere - and your Mum who makes the appartment shine!

Tolle Wohnung in Strand und Innenstadt Nähe. Viel näher am Strand geht nicht!

Sehr angenehme und saubere Unterkunft mit netter kleiner Terasse und Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, Supermarkt und Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Durch die vorhandene Klimaanlage waren die Nächte sehr angenehmm. Tolle Lage, in ein ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer und bei Restaurantes. Ivanka und ihr Mann sind ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Zuerst möchte ich mich bei marija, ivo und roko bedanken für die liebenswerte Gastfreundschaft. Die Insel ist Natur pur und ich konnte mich vom Alltagsstress so richtig erholen und neue Energie tanken. Das Haus hat alles notwendige und mehr, ist sehr sauber und macht die „Insel der ruhe“ Perfekt. Es war wirklich alles perfekt von den lieben Gastgebern bis zur Insel. Ich freue mich schon aufs nächste mal 🤗

Mihaela‘s house is a real gem. In a secluded bay and still near to a variety of restaurants (reachable by boat). Extremely clean and with a very cosy and functional furniture. Some of the things are the great balcony & the outdoor barbecue-place. And moreover the friendlyness and flexibility of the hosts. We will definitely come back again 😊🖖

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und ich kann mich allen vorigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Lage, das exklusive Terrain mit Blick aufs Wasser und eigenem Steg, Kajak, SUP, den verschiedenen Plätzen zum Ausruhen, die Liegen und die Terrasse: dieses Domizil ist was ganz besonderes und wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir konnten für uns sein, aber Ort und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah genug. Und nachdem wir uns mit dem Boot vertraut gemacht hatten, drehten wir unsere Runden und sind auch öfter rüber gefahren, um andere Strände oder Gegenden zu erkunden, selbst zum Joggen um den einen oder anderen Zipfel der Bucht. Empfehlenswert der Spaziergang durch Alt Murter hoch zur Kirche St. Rocco mit einem grandiosen Rundumblick über die Bucht mit den vorgelagerten Inseln. Eine wunderbare Auszeit vom Leben in der Großstadt.

our journey began by boat from beautiful Murter. it took us around 2 hours, the journey was great - views were breathtaking. we arrived and had 1-2 hours with previous guests to chat and drink coffee while host was cleaning up. the house is located in a bay, surrounded by 3-4 other houses and one restaurant - so do not expect full privacy. still, the place is pretty quiet because people respect the privacy of each other. facilities were quite comfortable, water heats from sun - so on a rainy day it can be true robinsony:) the electricity available literally for gadget charging and waterpump, also depending on sun. fridge is working from gas. so, for me it was a time to remember how lucky am i to have all the comfort at my house and be thankful for that:) the sea and nature around were the main attractions and entertainment for us. we liked to hike on the island and swim to nearestbays. it was a very memorable experience for us and we definitely recommend it to those who are ready to challenge themselves a bit:)
