Einfach ein Traum und nich schöner und größer als es auf den Bildern erscheint. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Selbst Fahrräder um damit mal schnell ans Meer zu fahren. Aber eigentlich möchte man das Grundstück gar nicht verlassen. Franka ist immer schnell zu erreichen und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Außengrill, verschiedene Sitzbereiche zum Essen oder Chillen, einfach ein Paradies mitten zwischen Olivenbäumen und Weinreben. Die Betten sind super bequem. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had a great holiday in Murter. Villa Mare And Skye was perfect for our needs. It is exactly as per the photos, everything was of the highest quality. We were travelling as a family group, and to have the space of both apartments was brilliant. Two kitchens for breakfasts, snacks etc worked so well. The villa is beautiful and the views from the upper floor are lovely. The hosts were so quick to respond to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this villa and would all very much like to return. Thank you Chantal 😊

Andrijana und Mario sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Mit Abstand die freundlichsten und herzlichsten Gastgeber, die ich je erlebt habe. Andrijana war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns mit Tipps versorgt und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen und alles in Ordnung ist. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Die Sauberkeit war 1A, die Ausstattung super. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für Paare, Familien und Freunde. Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. 10 Minuten bis zur Bäckerei und Supermarkt. Was nicht ganz klar war ist, dass das zweite Badezimmer nicht im Haupthaus ist, sondern außerhalb neben dem Pool. Dies war aber überhaupt kein Problem, sondern eher super, wenn man den Tag am Pool verbringt.

Wurden direkt an der Fähre abgeholt und zur Unterkunft geführt - top! Die Lage ist toll und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen (die Straße ist ok, obwohl sie teilweise nicht befestigt ist). Ausstattung super, vor allem die Liegen und der Poolbereich.

Our stay in the apartment was complete, we enjoyed everything the apartment has to offer, Mark's mother was at our service for whatever we needed, the hosts are accommodating and helpful, we must mention that the pool is used by guests from all apartments... next to us in the apartment were guests from Germany who were supposed to rent an apartment with their own pool somewhere else just for themselves... and not us while we were enjoying ourselves...to remind us that they want peace and privacy... of course they didn't bother us... because love always wins...

What a place! Incredible location. Peaceful and relaxing. Pool is great and the beach across the road is lovely. Easily fit our family of five and the big win is the outdoor kitchen which made everything feel so much more spacious. If anything this place is better than the photos describe and the hosts are wonderfully friendly and responsive. We will hopefully be back again.

We had a great stay in this fine villa in Murter. Everything was very clean and in working order, and the location is also perfect with shops, restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Also, Lidija is a great host, and she was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. We can highly recommend this place. Thanks, Flemming and family.

Tijdens deze vakantie waren we met zn drieën. Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich 2 appartement en 1 aparte slaapkamer. Wij maakten gebruik van 1 appartement en de aparte slaapkamer. Bij het appartement zit een balkon, airco en een keuken met een kleine koelkast en inductieplaat. Het is op loopafstand van het centrum van Biograd. De zee is ook goed lopend te bereiken. Het is een rustige buurt. Zorka liet ons ontzettend welkom voelen en als er iets was waar we tegenaan liepen werd er snel gehandeld. Wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad en zouden nog een vakantie in dit appartement kunnen verblijven.

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos : propre, cosy, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. L’emplacement est idéal, calme tout en étant proche de tout. Mention spéciale pour l’hôte, extrêmement réactif(ve), attentionné(e) et bienveillant(e). Merci pour cet accueil si chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Der Aufenthalt in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Fischerhaus war wundervoll. Einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Mehr als genügend Handtücher, Dusch-und Strandtücher, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrtücher, Mülltüten etc waren vorhanden. Bettwäsche Wechsel und abholservice des Mülls hat uns Vesna immer wieder angeboten . Sehr aufmerksam!! Die einzigartige Lage zwischen den alten Olivenbäumen, 10 Schritte vom privaten Badesteg entfernt, ist perfekt um Ruhe und Erholung zu finden. Die Outdoor-Küche und Solardusche im Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln.. Eine vierte Sonnenliege wäre schön gewesen, Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern , und die Info, dass es wirklich sehr sehr viele Seeigel gibt. Die Anfahrt zum Haus war für uns ein bisschen abenteuerlich, aber machbar. Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit unseren Mädels 13+10. ohne w-lan geht es auch mal 12 Tage !

Esperienza ottima. Eravamo tre persone e due cani. Abbiamo soggiornato qui una settimana e avevamo noleggiato una piccola barca a Butina con cui abbiamo girato il parco della Kornati.Bartol ci è venuto a prendere al porto di morter dove ha caricato noi, le nostre valige e trainato la nostra barca fino alla casa. È bene portare tutti i viveri e acqua che si pensa consumare poiché non ci sono market nelle vicinanze. Il ristorante più vicino per un pranzo fuori era la konoba statival e si raggiunge in una mezz’oretta con mare calmo. Pescando pesci e ricci di mare abbiamo sempre mangiato pesce fresco cucinato sul bbq. C’è anche un amichevole gruppetto di gatti che abbiamo sfamato con teste di pesce e crocchette. Nei pressi della casa l’acqua è bellissima, perciò anche se non poteste spostarvi avrete soddisfazione nel godervi quella zona. L’isola di Zut non è quasi percorribile perché non ci sono sentieri tracciati. Abbiamo anche avuto la fortuna di vedere e delfini. Grazie bartol!!!

wat een fantastisch huisje met alles er op en er aan. we konden gebruik maken van het sup board, spelletjes, elektrische bbq etc. etc. En na dertig meter lopen sta je op het strand. (PRIVÉ strand wel te verstaan). Vissen, zwemmen, snorkelen. Wat een fijne locatie. Bernd, es war großartig!

At our arrival the house was very clean and Bartol showed us immediately what needed. The house was very fresh regarding the use of air conditioner, there is all you need. The city center is just 5 minutes of walk from the house. The owner (Bartol) has always been very quick to reply and available for everything. The cuddly grey cat walking around the house is a big plus 😊

A wonderful spot! We have very much enjoyed the quiet place, staying mostly in the lovely garden, going swimming, snorkeling, exploring the islands around us on the SUP. The sea is directly in front of the garden, there's not even a path in front, just stones and maybe 5-10 people passing by per day. Even though there are a bunch of other similar houses next to it, you'll have your privacy, and your own little pier. On the sea it can get quite busy though - in the mornings after 9:30 and in the evenings after 5pm there are a lot of boats passing by, also some larger and loud motor boats. If you swim over to the island, better go early or in the evenings - after 7pm it gets super quiet and we have experienced wonderful sunsets. Pašman is a much more visited island than Dugi Otok and we found the east side not really worth to visit, but on this spot and on the whole west side of the island, you'll find tranquility. There's everything in the kitchen and Marijana & Nela were very kind!

We spent a few wonderful days with our kids in this exceptional place. If you are looking for minimalism, a little bit of adventure, and would like to take a breath in a quiet place, then you can find it here. The house offers just basic amenities, but it's just enough to have a great time. Contact with Zoran was perfect. We arranged the shopping and travel by boat from Biograd to Žižanj (and back) and proactively amended that based on the weather conditions.

We had a great stay! The host was very helpful, kind, and responded quickly. She even assisted us with things beyond the apartment itself. The place was clean, spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. We felt great throughout our stay and would definitely come back!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux, suspendu dans le temps, dans cet endroit magique. Dans ce petit hameau, vous êtes entouré d’eau, de montagnes, de soleil. La maison simple possède tout ce qu’il faut pour vivre. Nous avons adoré le petit bateau mis à disposition pour explorer les environs. Sur le barbecue en plein, nous avons fait cuire les nombreux poissons que nous avons pêchés grâce aux casiers mis à disposition. Suncana et son père ont été très disponibles, à l’écoute de nos besoins, ce qui a rendu le séjour très facile d’organisation. Nous pensons déjà à revenir ! Mille mercis !!

Nevenka stond ons bij aankomst op te wachten, we werden heel vriendelijk onthaald. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een vakantieverblijf was aanwezig. We kregen van haar regelmatig heerlijke verse vijgen en tomaten en paprika's uit eigen tuin. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad bij haar.

bonjour le logement de Anica est tres confortable. situé à 5 min du port et est directement située sur la'olace central du village, lieu de convivialité. la maison dispose de tout l'essentiel de base, cela est très appréciable. quelques fourmis viennent partager le logement mais cela n'est pas trop dérangeant. la climatisation est au 1 et étage avec la cuisine. les chambres au rez de chaussé sont plutôt fraîches et garde la fraîcheur. Merci a Anica pour l'accueil.

Die Villa Kona kann ich wirklich jedem empfehlen. Sie bietet viel Platz ist sauber und die Nähe zum Wasser und der private Strand sind einfach traumhaft wenn man abschalten möchte. Danijel ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber der auf fragen sehr schnell antwortet. Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Abschließend bleibt zu sagen es waren wunderschöne Tage und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Für uns perfekt gelegene nette Unterkunft mit toller Dachterrasse. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in eine schöne Badebucht und 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen. Das Haus ist ein traditionelles Steinhaus in der Nähe der Kirche. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Damir ist immer erreichbar gewesen und Seine Eltern haben uns sehr unkompliziert die Schlüssel übergeben und alles gezeigt. Tipps von uns für einen schönen Urlaub: Die Bucht Chigrada Beach und dort die Pizzeria Lantana, auch am Abend zu empfehlen. Wenn eine Runde Billard oder Dart am Abend spielen will oder auch nur einen Drink zu Musik sucht: Caffe Bar Reful Essen gehen in Betina: Konoba Kanata ❤️

Savršena kućica na savršenoj lokaciji, za ljude koji traže mir i tišinu ovo je pravo mjesto za njih. Bili smo 7dana, suprug i ja sa svoja 3 psa. Bolje od ovoga nismo mogli poželjeti, odmor za dušu i tijelo. Svakako ćemo opet doći!

Świetne miejsce, genialna lokalizacja. Domek bardzo czysty i wyjątkowo dobrze wyposażony. Jedyny minus to ilość miejsc do spania - na pewno nie na 6 osób. Na 6 osób po przyjeździe 2 nie miały gdzie spać (rozkładana kanapa nie nadawała się do spania). Plus dla gospodarza, że po zgłoszeniu problemu od razu zareagowal i zakupił dodatkowy materac. Jednak spanie przez 9 nocy na dmuchanym materacu za taką cenę pobytu - troszkę słabo. Niemniej jednak spędziliśmy cudowny czas, przestronny taras z pięknym widokiem, blisko do plaży, cisza i spokój to główne atuty tego miejsca!
