Holiday rentals with beach access in Općina Murter-Kornati

We had a great week at the town of Betina. The house is directly located in the old town, only some minutes to the old port - with restaurants, cafes, bakery in shop. The appartment is directly at the sea - you can look at the ships from your living room sofa. The space between house and sea is very private and not used by anyone else. We always sat there until sunset. If you look for a quiet and private accomodation, only some minutes to the center (or to the car - if you need it), with perfect and newly renovated appartment, funishing and kitchen, that´s it! Thank you Jere - and your Mum who makes the appartment shine!

Wszystko znakomicie i zgodnie z opisem. Betina to przyjemna mała miejscowość, jak dla mnie idealna, jeżeli mówimy o Chorwackim wybrzeżu. Dzieciom bardzo podobała się marina za oknem oraz wieczorne występy na placu przed domem.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet the host, but we did meet her parents, who were very nice. Matilda arranged for us to pick up our luggage directly from the port in Vrgada with a small tractor. Communication with her was perfect. The place is intended for people who seek peace. We were lucky to have wonderful neighbors, I would like to say hello to them, it was very nice with you. If you have the opportunity to take a paddleboard with you, don't hesitate, because right in front of the house there are tiny steps into the sea, where you can board and paddle wherever you like. Thank you very much for the beautiful attitude that made our vacation so great 🌸

Sehr gute Kommunikation vor und während dem Aufenthalt. Gastgeber sprechen gut deutsch und sind sehr freundlich. Lage ist excellent, 2 Gehminuten zum Strand. Parkplatz vorhanden, auf einem Grundstück 20 Meter entfernt. Küche zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Matratze vom Bett eher weich. Insgesamt sehr gute Unterkunft!

Gospođa Mirjana je iznimno gostoljubiva, uvijek dostupna i srdačna. U apartmanu je dostupno sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Plaža, restorani, trgovine, pekara i središte mjesta su na par minuta hoda i sve potrebno se može obaviti pješice. Gđa Mirjana preporuči najbolje lokacije prilikom dolaska. Ne trebate se pripremati za razgledavanja ili odabir najbolje plaže, sve dobijete od nje. Naša preporuka! Vraćamo se.

Extremely high quality, modern, apartment in the heart of the old town with fantastic views and loads of space on the balcony. We Had plenty of sunset dinners! The AC was a massive bonus and the massive TV with huge sofas was used by the kids. We would highly recommend this apartment and we would love to come back! The beaches are 5 minuets walk and the old town is just outside the front door. Biograd is a lovely place to relax and do day trips from. Thank you for having us Denis 🙏😊

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, und das absolute Highlight war der tolle Poolbereich – eine echte Oase der Ruhe. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Man erreicht sowohl die charmante Innenstadt von Murter als auch das Meer in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die durchgehende Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Perfect tranquil spot in nature. Stunning. Well equipped house, gorgeous outdoor space and garden - olive groves, beach, jetty, eating area. Close to a sandy beach if that’s your thing. The road from Tkon to the house is paved which is great. Stock up in Tkon with food and supplies - recommend cooking fresh local fish on the grill. Mmmmm!

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos : propre, cosy, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. L’emplacement est idéal, calme tout en étant proche de tout. Mention spéciale pour l’hôte, extrêmement réactif(ve), attentionné(e) et bienveillant(e). Merci pour cet accueil si chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Esperienza ottima. Eravamo tre persone e due cani. Abbiamo soggiornato qui una settimana e avevamo noleggiato una piccola barca a Butina con cui abbiamo girato il parco della Kornati.Bartol ci è venuto a prendere al porto di morter dove ha caricato noi, le nostre valige e trainato la nostra barca fino alla casa. È bene portare tutti i viveri e acqua che si pensa consumare poiché non ci sono market nelle vicinanze. Il ristorante più vicino per un pranzo fuori era la konoba statival e si raggiunge in una mezz’oretta con mare calmo. Pescando pesci e ricci di mare abbiamo sempre mangiato pesce fresco cucinato sul bbq. C’è anche un amichevole gruppetto di gatti che abbiamo sfamato con teste di pesce e crocchette. Nei pressi della casa l’acqua è bellissima, perciò anche se non poteste spostarvi avrete soddisfazione nel godervi quella zona. L’isola di Zut non è quasi percorribile perché non ci sono sentieri tracciati. Abbiamo anche avuto la fortuna di vedere e delfini. Grazie bartol!!!

wat een fantastisch huisje met alles er op en er aan. we konden gebruik maken van het sup board, spelletjes, elektrische bbq etc. etc. En na dertig meter lopen sta je op het strand. (PRIVÉ strand wel te verstaan). Vissen, zwemmen, snorkelen. Wat een fijne locatie. Bernd, es war großartig!

We had a very wonderful time. If there would be an outdoor shower and some pool ladder or stairs to get into the water it would really be 100% perfect. The restaurant next door is just great, nice, competent staff and great food for very reasonable prices. Would book again.

I have to say this is paradise. Sime was extremely nice. He built a a real home with amazing care and great taste. We felt grateful to be there every minute. Our stay was perfect, peaceful, we loved the house and the nature. Sime’s house is way more than a holiday home. We will return for sure.

We spent a few wonderful days with our kids in this exceptional place. If you are looking for minimalism, a little bit of adventure, and would like to take a breath in a quiet place, then you can find it here. The house offers just basic amenities, but it's just enough to have a great time. Contact with Zoran was perfect. We arranged the shopping and travel by boat from Biograd to Žižanj (and back) and proactively amended that based on the weather conditions.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Andro est très accueillant et très réactif. Il est très disponible et nous a gentiment donné des informations. Le logement est très bien et il et bien situé,c’est un point fort. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Unser Aufenthalt bei Matea in Sukosan war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war blitzblank sauber und bestens ausgestattet – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern ist dieser Ort ideal. Die Gastgeberfamilie war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat sogar Spielzeug für unsere Kinder geteilt, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Supermärkte und alles, was man braucht, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder bei Matea buchen und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!♥️

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

To miejsce jest dokładnie tym czego szukasz jadąc do Chorwacji. Blisko plaża, piekarnia, restauracja, jednocześnie brak miejskiego zgiełku. Pani gospodarz jest bardzo miła, pomocna i łatwo się z nią porozumieć. Apartamenty na wysokim poziomie, sprawiają jeszcze lepsze wrażenie na żywo niż na zdjęciach. Myślę, że wrócę w najbliższych latach!

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Iain And Joyce una decina di giorni in agosto. Direi tutto perfetto, la location è bellissima direttamente sul mare nella proprietà privata del residence quindi senza macchine o traffico ti godi in pieno la natura. L'appartamento arredato in maniera essenziale ed è un valore aggiunto per una casa vacanza, luminoso e spazioso. Noi eravamo in tre e le dimensioni erano perfette. La terrazza è magnifica per cenare e vedere gli splendidi tramonti. Si trova all'interno di un residence dove si può usufruire di tutti i servizi dai vari ristoranti al market. Il contatto con i padroni di casa nonostante non siano presenti in loco è sempre stato immediato. L'unico difetto è che è talmente rilassante che passa la voglia di muoversi dalla location. Super consigliato !

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!
