Séverine is very responsive and very friendly All instructions are meticulous, attentive to the smallest detail. The apartment is perfectly equipped. I don't see what Séverine could improve, because she thought of everything! However, I love excellence, and I find it at Séverine! As for its location: first-rate location and view, & delicious and very comfortable decor. We'll be back, that's for sure!!

Great apartment and especially fantastic location - from the house, directly on the beach and a playground on the other side (and the block in the morning from the window <3). That was great for our needs. Clean apartment and very well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need for cooking. Apartment looks like in the pictures, clear recommendation, we had a good time.

We stayed here with our children aged 3.5 and 4.5 years old. They loved the fact that there were toys they could immediately start playing with. The apartment was very clean and fully matched the photos. Elle had also left good instructions in advance. When we arrived, she also sent a message to ask if we could find everything and such. Very good communication! Nice apartment, very close to the sea! Definitely recommended!

Very spacious, very pleasant and bright apartment. We had a pleasant stay of 3 nights. It is quiet and the view is very nice for those who appreciate nature. The garage is a big plus because street parking is not always easy to find. The presence of bicycles is very appreciable for walks. We highly recommend this accommodation to lovers of tranquility and comfort who want to spend a stay by the sea.

The apartmen great for us and our three kids (9, 7, 4): very clean and well maintained just a few meters from the beach. Check-in and check-out is all self service and very easy with Sam’s instructions sent the day before. Finding parking is challenging during tourist high season but you can park the car in front of the place while you temporarily unload. Had a fantastic stay and the apartment has everything you need!

Very nice accommodation with a fantastic view and the sound of the waves. An absolute insider tip. We were skeptical at first because of the house complex (large concrete block by the sea) and were greeted by a dim, poorly lit hallway on the 10th floor. The adventure of the underground garage was also an experience, since I do not own a small car and the garage dates from a time when people did not plan for such large cars. The charm of the underground car park is also very "special" :-) But.....as soon as you enter the apartment on the 10th floor, any skepticism disappears. The decor is very nice and tasteful. Modern kitchen with good amenities, the folding bed is really very cozy with a mattress that is not laid out. We were very positively surprised. The bathroom is a dream, great furnishings and absolutely clean! The view and the permanent sound of the sea transformed the stay into a dream weekend. -> Very happy to come back <-

Very nice brand new apartment. Very nice location with a very soothing sea view. Very bright apartment with two beautiful terraces. I fell badly on the cleaning side because the windows - windows of the bodyguards and outdoor furniture had not been cleaned while we were announcing a bright sun. The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned as well. This is the only downside of my stay. Shops are within walking distance . However, there is no direct access to the dike . In conclusion, very pleasant stay, with a magnificent view of the sunsets in a comfortable apartment. Recommended.

Listing as described. It is located 2 steps from the sea and the shopping street. It has private parking space. Linen was available, and it smelled freshly cleaned. Handing over the keys in person, so be careful with the timing. Very pleasant stay and recommended.

Very pleasant and functional apartment with a magnificent view on the seafront. Very accurate access information and underground parking space which is rare on the coast! Very nice and bright living room but the rest of the apartment is a little old-fashioned. But great exotic stay

A tastefully furnished and decorated luxury apartment, in a quiet residence and in perfect condition of maintenance. The 32nd floor with two terraces gives you breathtaking views. The sun is there from morning to night. One side sea and the other side of town for breakfasts in the sun and aperitifs in the evening on the sea side, a treat. Linens are provided, up to the combo and slipper, for the shower or hot tub exit. The instructions before departure and arrival were very clear, thank you to Patricia for her warm welcome, discretion and instructions. We had a great weekend with the nice weather. I recommend it. Only downside, will be missing a parking space because be careful, parking on Ostend is very expensive. Thank you again. Christophe.

We came to Marie Hélène's to accompany our little one to the soccer tournament in Dunkirk this weekend! Ideal and very heavenly place to rest and relax! We enjoyed spending time on the terrace with the little sun we had! A big thank you for the comfort provided during this short stay (extra bed) We will come back I think but as vacationers to enjoy all the amenities! A superb 5 star apartment furnished and kitted out to a very high standard. So comfortable and very quiet with easy access for parking. Would love to stay again when we are next in that area in Belgium and hopefully use the outside space which looked delightful when the weather is better,

Kunstkot was an amazing place to stay! We loved the hot tub, the swimming pond and the animals. My daughter loved the bunk bed (though beware the top bunk is quite low so you can't sit up on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk has no rail on one side). The flat itself had the most amazing decoration - there was art work everywhere. The sofa was also sooo comfy! There's a little honesty bar on the farm which we also enjoyed. Olivier was a responsive and accommodating host.

Incredible views from the apartment, the place is very well located, clean, stylish and has everything needed. We only found it a little challenging with the baby pushchair due to a tiny elevator and narrow staircase. Otherwise It exceeds expectations and is just great. We would love to come back one day.

Despite our adventures, Tito always kept smiling and that welcoming warmth that made us feel good as soon as we arrived. From the mojito to the atmosphere, from the decor to the cleanliness of the accommodation, there is nothing to say but "when are we coming back?"
