I was there with a friend. We were both really amazed how beautiful the apartment is, when we came through the door we had to sit down and marvel, especially because of the large glass front that directly presents the sea. The accommodation was clean and modern, the small balcony invites you to linger in the evening. You had everything you needed for a few days by the sea. We will definitely book this accommodation again!

I had a lovely quiet stay @ this beautiful apartment! Everything was as I aspected…I needed a place to work and concentrate on a new project and this was perfect for that as it was very calm during the week!

Check in/out very easy and very well described. Beautiful view as in the photo. The beach and offers are all within walking distance. We wouldn't have to turn on the car. Communication with the host is smooth and fast.

We were here for a short trip over the weekend and it fit perfectly as it offered everything we needed for this short time. Just 2 minutes from the beach, offers the possibility to have nice walks. Information was always provided and anything else was prompt answered. Parking is possible near the place, but depending on the time of the year, you may have to pay for it.

The studio is very cozy and pleasant. The view of the city is unobstructed and the terrace allows you to enjoy it. The apartment is quiet and the elevator noise was not disturbing. The proximity of shops, the beach, the tram and parking lots are a real plus. I really recommend this accommodation for a stay for two. Personally, we'll keep the address for another stay. Great, cosy place near the beach. You have a nice view of the beach and the sea from the balcony on the side. The apartment was tidy and clean. The sofabed was comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen is well-equipped. Jozef and Chantal are easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place to stay at.

Great stay in a great apartment from a great hostess. We felt right at home. The beach is within walking distance, as are various bakeries, a supermarket and restaurants. Very good free parking, and also tram station within walking distance, Sensitive allergy sufferers could have problems with the few animal hairs in the carpet.

Marjan's flat was gorgeous and clean. Everything was according to the description. The kitchen was super well-functioning; I cooked every day. We were here with our 3-year-old son, who loved everything. The city center is a 15-20-minute walk along the seaside. A private parking spot in the garage is a big plus. And the ever-changing fantastic view... I am already homesick! I certainly hope we will be back one day.

Martina is a great hostess. From booking to check-out, she accompanied us perfectly with information and tips. Communication was great. The apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need. It is also perfectly clean. The view from the balcony is stunning and you can also look directly at the sea from the bed. We will be happy to come back!

Great stay. Everything was as described, and there was even more equipment than advertised (very well-equipped kitchen). Only downside, work in front of the building but that's coincidence and not the owners' fault. Luckily the apartment is quite well soundproofed. Great location (especially since I was by train), almost with my feet in the sand. Honestly, I'll come back.:-)

Very nice apartment in a very nice location

A tastefully furnished and decorated luxury apartment, in a quiet residence and in perfect condition of maintenance. The 32nd floor with two terraces gives you breathtaking views. The sun is there from morning to night. One side sea and the other side of town for breakfasts in the sun and aperitifs in the evening on the sea side, a treat. Linens are provided, up to the combo and slipper, for the shower or hot tub exit. The instructions before departure and arrival were very clear, thank you to Patricia for her warm welcome, discretion and instructions. We had a great weekend with the nice weather. I recommend it. Only downside, will be missing a parking space because be careful, parking on Ostend is very expensive. Thank you again. Christophe.

This flat was super clean and there was nothing to complain about! We were exactly 2 Minutes away from the beach ! Absolutely worth the amount that we paid ! 100% Recommended to everyone!!! Special thanks also to Anne-Helene for being so kind!

Our stay was perfect! Accommodation as described. Peaceful environment 2 steps from the sea, ideally placed for walks!

Kunstkot was an amazing place to stay! We loved the hot tub, the swimming pond and the animals. My daughter loved the bunk bed (though beware the top bunk is quite low so you can't sit up on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk has no rail on one side). The flat itself had the most amazing decoration - there was art work everywhere. The sofa was also sooo comfy! There's a little honesty bar on the farm which we also enjoyed. Olivier was a responsive and accommodating host.

Incredible views from the apartment, the place is very well located, clean, stylish and has everything needed. We only found it a little challenging with the baby pushchair due to a tiny elevator and narrow staircase. Otherwise It exceeds expectations and is just great. We would love to come back one day.

Ideally located between the city center of Dunkirk and the beach of Malo les Bains, the accommodation was spacious, quiet, clean and well-equipped. In addition, our host was available, responsive, welcoming and attentive to our needs. Perfect for exploring the area. Very nice stay.

Very good stay in this apartment, very clean, romantic, very nice furniture and amenities, comfortable bedding, beautiful colors. Incredible and very easy to use spa, same for the sauna. Beautiful shower. The host is very welcoming and friendly, he gives us all the tips and information to have a pleasant stay. He is very available and responsive.
