Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Walkable to the city center and also to the windmills and restaurants. Easy check in, and Olivier also was proactive by giving advice on how to arrive. The tuin area was a perfect and peaceful way to start the day. The place was larger in person than expected and from the time we first walked in to the end of the stay we wished we could stay longer than 3 nights! Olivier was a great responsive host and made me feel taken care of and welcome. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay for six in the spacious, bright and very comfortably furnished accommodation. Isabel is a very likeable, friendly hostess who greeted us personally and showed us everything. We felt very comfortable.

The three of us felt comfortable in the studio. The view of the sea and the location are great. However, it must be aware that there is no bedroom and no full bed available, but a closet bed and two sofa beds.

We were seven girls two nights at Davy and Aaike and we felt super comfortable. The communication in advance and also during the stay was great and easy. You get all the information you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment was perfectly suited and the location is great. Many great restaurants are nearby and you can see the beach from the living room. 🏖 The train station is also within walking distance and the apartment's parking garage is clean and also suitable for slightly larger cars. The layout of the apartment is great for a larger group and the elevator in the hallway makes it much easier to arrive with luggage. We will be happy to come back ☀️

A super located and clean apartment with everything you need for a cozy stay. We immediately felt comfortable right from the beginning. From the apartment you can easily get everywhere: to the beach 2 minutes by foot, as a starting point by bike in all directions perfectly located, small shop and two restaurants + pizzerias right next door. So it feels right in the middle of it all with a view of the church and field and completely quiet. Everything is also easily accessible by light rail (2 minutes' walk). In addition, a private garage (very helpful, as parking space not always provided), which also fits the bikes and a very helpful and responsive host: We couldn't have imagined a better place to stay for our stay. An ideal quiet location between both parks for hiking. Everything is easily accessible near shops. You can quickly and easily reach Nieuwpoort bad as well as Nieuwpoort centrum. It is a very nice apartment that is fully equipped with everything you need for the stay. The spacious garage is also a plus. The contact and communication is perfect and in all kindness. We are very satisfied with our stay and it is an ideal apartment for an apartment with children. The apartment is definitely recommended and we will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful quick getaway at Tina's place! She was so responsive, and the apartment was spotless and looked just like the photos. The views were truly amazing, and the morning beach walks were such a treat. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Ieper. Natalie was a very considerate host and communication was excellent. We had a longer stay and it really felt like home. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed - modern, sleek and stylish. The lounge is very comfortable and the balconies also offer another way to enjoy the flat. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everything is high quality. The toilet is upstairs from the bedrooms so may be an issue for the very young or old or if there are mobility issues. The garage was extremely useful as we had a car and the location couldn’t be better - just two minutes from the centre. We had a wonderful time in Belgium and our stay in Ieper was made all the more enjoyable thanks to Natalie’s outstanding flat and her hospitality.

Everything was perfect!! The house is very well located, 15 minutes walk from the sea, in a quiet area. Clean house, warm, many board games, outdoor games, darts, going from the toaster to the hair dryer, there really is nothing missing in terms of amenities. Very good bedding too. Thank you for the gifts, it's nice to be so welcome. Looking forward to returning to this stunning home! Thank you and happy hosting!

we had a nice time by the sea and the west corner. The cottage is cozy and warmly decorated, also on the terrace it is lovely. we really enjoyed it. only point of attention: if you are tall (1.98m) it is a bit bent on the sides in the house and at the gate to enter.

Everything was great and the host was nice and approachable. The accommodation area was noise-free. I recommend it 👌

We stayed at the Manor for 4 days: 8 adults, 4 teenagers and 3 grandchildren. Everyone found their place very quickly because the place is incredibly welcoming! The outdoor spaces are full of small corners or activity: jacuzzi, pétanque, BBQ, large tables, garden shed, fire pit and so on are a real plus! The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, tastefully furnished! Bedding and sheets smell good , we sleep very, very well! The different lounges are super beautiful, the billiards and darts occupy the larger ones pleasantly. And finally: the kitchen: optically, a return in time but technically: impeccable. Dishes in abundance, all the equipment is present and the large stoves are super convenient for cooking for large families! Really, nothing missing! And François... a host cream, discreet but ultra responsive when necessary! A 10/10 for us!

Beautiful house, incredibly beautifully designed by the architect/owner, both inside and outside and with an eye for detail. Moreover, in the middle of an oasis of greenery and within walking distance of the sea with nice addresses to discover as well. Here we really found everything that makes us happy! This gem is now at the top of our 'even-road' list ;-)

Well we had the most fantastic stay in this accommodation the view could not have been better and the location was spectacular. The place was completely spotless and had everything you could want, with the most comfortable beds. The host was so quick and responsive/ patient with any request or questions we had. Would definitely book again if we came back to Belgium
