Welcome to villa Cottage, a house in the dunes and near the sea, equipped with all the luxury and comfort. Here you can enjoy in all seasons! Very peaceful and quiet, and as soon as there is sunshine you enjoy life outside. Panoramic views, spacious terraces (with sun from morning to evening), barbecue, outdoor shower.... There is ample free parking for 3 cars. The villa, renovated by a top architect, has been named one of the finest 10 vacation homes for rent on the Belgian coast!

The lodge is on the edge of a nature reserve with many hiking and biking routes. The historic cities of Bruges and Ghent and also the coast are nearby. Discover the beauty of our surroundings for yourself.

There is no better place to recharge those batteries and upload your vitamin "sea". Although there is one, you will need no television with this phenomenal view! Our apartment has been recently renovated (04/2022) and offers all you are looking for. It's ideally located on the "zeedijk" or "the dike" on the 7th floor (elevator is present!). Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

An idea: book quickly to get away from it all

Rural location in a village square next to a church (bell rings every half hour). The house is fully at your disposal with its own entrance. You will not be bothered by us, we live next to the house. The house features a living room with built-in kitchen, stairs to the upper floor where there is a bedroom. Next to the living room, there is a toilet and bathroom with shower. Welcome to the "Aperol & Parasol" studio located 200 m from the dike in Koksijde/Sint-Idesbald! Ideal for a romantic getaway, the studio is available for a minimum of 2 nights off-season and a minimum of 4 nights in high season. Perfectly equipped, with a side sea view terrace... ideal for enjoying the charms of the Belgian coast! We also have 2 bikes available :) For the rest, the photos speak for themselves! Rustiek één-slaapkamer-appartement op eerste verdieping met douche en lavabo in de slaapkamer. Living met streaming tv (YouTube of inloggen met eigen abonnement op oa Netflix) en uitgeruste keuken. Geen lift. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn voorzien. Ligt pal in het historische centrum van Nieuwpoort. Op 200m van tramhalte Nieuwpoort-Stad en 3 km van het strand. Ideaal voor 2 personen, babybedje kan voorzien worden. Roken en huisdieren zijn niet toegelaten.

Duinenhuisje 4 to 10 people.

The dune house is uniquely located, on the edge of an ancient dune reserve , 2 km from the sea. The large south-facing garden is fully enclosed, ideal for kids. The cul-de-sac makes there an oasis of peace in our dune cottage. We rent out per weekend , midweek, week or more. Weekend always starts on Friday night. PLEASE DO: WE ONLY RENT OUT SCHOOL HOLIDAYS PER WEEK: Friday to Friday. Two regular bicycles are available. Cozy enclosed gas fireplace (no wood)

Sun, sea and dunes! Spacious studio with frontal sea view, 1st floor residence Artan, Oostduinkerke-Bad. Double bed with premium mattress, 1 sofa bed, a relax chair, a dinner table with 4 chairs. Bathroom with spacious shower. Kitchen with cooking hob, fridge, free Nespresso coffee and tea. Wi-Fi. The dike is about fifty meters from the studio. A maximum of 3 adults is allowed. I work with a key box. I do not offer any extra services. No TV.
