Cute house, open concept first floor was great for a weekend with our girlfriends! Hava was very responsive and kind!

A beautiful home on a beautiful piece of land. A river runs through this property and you can hear it flowing all day. The house is beautiful and full of unique pieces. It feels like you’re staying at a friend’s house, not just an airbnb. We will stay here again!

Canopy Hill House was a really lovely homebase for our family to explore the Catskills. We loved coming back from long days to soak in the hot tub, take in the view, and cook in the well appointed kitchen. The local recommendations that Amanda provided were really helpful, as it was our first time to the area. Our kids loved the selection of card games. The house was very comfortable and had a great aura.

Our stay at Susanna’s was perfect! We have zero complaints. Had everything we needed and more! We would definitely stay there again when in the area!

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

This listing had the most gorgeous view. We enjoyed eating meals out on the patio in the mild summer weather. The amenities really set this place apart. We enjoyed the games left in the living room, all the kitchen supplies, the bathroom niceties, and the wireless chargers in the primary bedroom. The hot tub was the biggest highlight. It has been well maintained and the instructions left on how to use it made things very easy. Omer was friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed for a weekend with my fiancé and dog. The studio was clean and spacious and included everything you might need. The property was beautiful, scenic and tranquil - and the pool was a definite highlight! The location was ideal as the town of Woodstock is just a quick drive away, which created a perfect balance of privacy and convenience. Definitely recommend and would love to return again.

This was one of the best Airbnb rentals I've ever stayed at. The photos really don't do it justice. There was plenty of space for my two sons and their partners. The windows provided a great view of the pond, and the spring peepers put us to sleep at night. My grandson was mesmerized by all the birds we could see and hear. My favorite room was at the top of the stairs, where the windows truly brought the outdoor feeling inside - a cozy place to read, lounge and sleep. This is a lovely home and Carin made us feel right at home with her proactive and welcoming communication. Thank you!

This was our second stay at Sal's place and it never disappoints. It had plenty of space for all the toddler stuff we travel with and it's pretty toddler proof. We took a fishing pole and entertained my grandson at the pond for a while. We're looking forward to staying here again next time we visit the Delhi area.

We had a great visit while at Dmitri's house. It rained and was cold while we were there at the end of May. But the house was so comfortable and the scenic location made up for the bad weather. The house was very clean, has many amenities, including great natural light throughout the home, spacious bedroom spaces, modern decor, a fully equipped kitchen, four full bathrooms, a sauna, and a hot tub. The surrounding property, deck, and outdoor space is beautiful; although we didn't have a chance to enjoy it fully due to the weather. We would definitely book this home again.

Mason was responsive and helpful. The cabin was close to many necessities and only a short drive to Cooperstown (about 30 minutes) while still being very quiet and peaceful. We really loved the covered porch and beautiful natural surroundings. We even saw a Bald Eagle!

We loved the house and the location. We were a little surprised with how far it was to Cooperstown Dreams Park baseball fields. It’s 20 miles and description says 10 but turns out there is another set of fields and they are not related so that’s on us not the property. If you don’t mind a little further drive (which we ended up being very happy with) this is the perfect house. It’s large and has great views. We saw bunnies, chipmunks, and a deer from the driveway. The drive to cooperstown was easy and had great scenery. Overall we were very happy. Thank you for a great time.

This house is one of the nicest AirBnbs we have every stayed in. We traveled from California for our Cooperstown tournament and loved the peaceful surroundings of this property. Kim was very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and well-maintained. We had 6 adults and 2 children and the house was so spacious that we never felt crowded. It provided a much needed break from the craziness of baseball and All Star Village. If this house is available during your week, book it now! You won’t be sorry.

The place was absolutely beautiful, well cared for, and fully stocked with amenities. There was a nice instructional binder and lots of information available. Catherine gave a very thorough tour of the home and explained all the nuances of the home to be aware of. We had a wonderful stay, and I would strongly recommend the house.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The panoramic scenic views were absolutely breathtaking! The house itself was clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The property is truly a dream. Acres of peaceful land with a serene pond and scenic hiking trails right outside the door. We even spotted some wild turkeys, which was such a fun surprise for the kids! Patti was so kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay special. She even left some local goodies in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. It was the perfect little getaway for our family and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our stay! Had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all our guests, everything was super clean and updated, kitchen was great and the yard was awesome for the kids to run around and play wiffle ball. We were there for a tournament at Cooperstown All Star Village and it was an easy 8 min drive to the fields. Grocery store, Walmart, Starbucks and plenty of restaurants within 5 min as well! Would definitely stay there again!

Great location with plenty of amenities in a beautiful location. Host communicated very well and we didnt mind the 15 minute drive to All Star Village.

Wonderful house in an absolutely breathtaking setting! Views from the living area are spectacular. We had a fantastic weekend hiking nearby trails and driving into Oneonta where we found some great restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and the house was perfect for my friends and I to have a girls weekend. We would definitely stay again and if you’re looking for a rental in the area look no further.
