Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

You will find on our 23 acre homestead farm our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house. Relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub, year around. Enjoy the sounds of nature & experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, & breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, chickens & fish you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, & much more nature. Sylvan Beach is a 5 minute drive for great dining and night life. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Verona Beach State Park for great family picnic or romantic walk on the beach at sunset. Full kitchen with everything included, as well as linens, towels, and a laundry area.

ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
