Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Omišalj

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The path to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach is also within reach. However, the return journey in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

The house is very quiet and offers complete privacy. It was super clean, lots of towels and bed linens provided. The pool is cleaned once a week. Maja was always approachable, gave tips for the area, great hostess! Caution when arriving: The entrance to the property is very narrow and there is no way to turn around.

House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

Very nice villa with large rooms and great amenities. We enjoyed the huge terrace and the heated swimming pool. It is also well located for excursions to Risnjak National Park.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Kakov is a superb host (co-host), professional and kind in communication. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb platform. It was perfectly prepared for the new guest: clean and equipped with everything listed in the description. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, with a magnificent view of Kvarner. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with super-fast internet, which is great in a case you need to handle something work-related. My husband and I just spent 18 days in this great place. Everything was wonderfully clean, the view from the terrace to the sea just great. Petra's parents also live in the house and are totally lovely people. They were very attentive. We got new linens and towels after a week. We were able to lock the terrace because we had two dogs with us. We felt very comfortable and at home. Thanks again at this point. We highly recommend it.

Cozy little place with really nice view from the balcony, where we ate all our meals. Place is lovely, and someone put a lot of handmade effort into it, so it looks homey. Beach and everything else is 5 minutes walk away, which is nice.

The apartment with the covered terrace overlooking the sea is very nice and modernly furnished. You have direct access to the beach and promenade. It invites you to take short walks. It was 12 wonderful days.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Since the apartment is not new, modern and sterile, we enjoyed the charm and nostalgia of earlier decades. It had everything we needed, cozy beds, kitchen equipment, plenty of space. The view of the sea from the terrace and from some rooms is very nice. Barbara and her family are extremely likable. A beautiful accommodation. The view is a dream and the beach is practically at your feet. If you have any questions, Marina was always very quick to reach and very nice. We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back!

We had such a comfortable stay at Ivana and Cem‘s place. The communication was very easy and fast. The apartment was so clean and had everything that it needs. We could not have asked for more! Very recommendable

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

The best thing about this studio: the location!!!! close to everything, supermarket, bakery, small market, beach... with access via stairs. Very nice terrace, even if a little noisy.

They’re truly amazing people and hosts! I guess it was our best Airbnb experience ever :) (most probably we will come back to Rijeka and stay there again)✨✨

Beautiful home with an amazing view of the sea. The kitchen has all the conveniences, the bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. The host is very friendly and extremely responsive. Short drive to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and all the riviera beauty.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!
