House holiday rentals in Omišalj

If you don’t like overcrowded hotels and locations, this I a place to stay. Private, quiet yet in a walking distance of the beach and restaurants in close by villages. Our host helped us with everything we needed. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw away from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! A huge thank you to Lucija and her family ♥️

The house is very nice, clean and maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – modern bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and our highlight: the outdoor kitchen. There is also a lot for children – playground, large pool, foosball, billiards, table tennis and more. The host René was always available and helpful. When something broke, he came by quickly and fixed it. During the stay, he also cleaned the pool once. He was already waiting for us at check-in, we were even able to check in earlier. As a welcome, there was a large cheese and sausage platter, bread, cake, wine and drinks - very generous. He also brought cake later. The late check-out in the middle of the night was also no problem. The location is quiet and somewhat remote, the access over the mountains a bit curvy – but the sea can be reached in about 15 minutes, Opatija in about 20 minutes. Overall a great stay, we would come back.

We had a great time in this beautiful, quiet holiday home on the mountain with a group of seven. The pool was refreshing, the whirlpool cozy and warm. Our hosts were always available to us for questions and problems. For our last evening, they recommended a delicious fish restaurant in nearby Klenovica. In the evening it was often very windy, but there were enough covered retreats in the house and in the lower area. There are numerous beaches, pretty villages and a visit to the Plivice Lakes National Park (2 hours' drive) is worth a day trip. Thank you for everything and best wishes from Fürth/Nuremberg.

Very great house for a mountain escape!

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

We spent a short family vacation on this beautiful island, from our accommodation in a very quiet area, where peace and silence regenerate you, you can still reach by car and in a short time the many beaches and cities of krk. Accommodation equipped with every comfort with impeccable cleanliness. We really liked it. Our host was always very kind to provide us with all the necessary directions.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

We had a great time at Irena's place. the welcome is perfect, the beauty of the accommodation, cleanliness, hospitality with local fruits and products, cool drinks even for children, sea view, accessibility to different places to visit as well. a very peaceful place with magnificent views. Željka was a wonderful host and the accommodation was exactly as pictured and described. Every detail was looked after, and pristinely clean. To list things off: The beds were very comfy, heating and cooling was easy to use, kitchen had all the necessities, two bathrooms with plenty of towels. We loved enjoying a morning coffee on of the many balconies with relaxing, quiet, private, views, except for the sound of the kindergarten across the street. The small new grocery store has everything you’d need. Željka also recommended a local spot called Konoba pod prevolt, run by the nicest lady called Katica. Highly recommend this place.

Great place, down to earth and original!

We had a wonderful week at Lara's place. It's very close to a croatian-style beach (concrete, clean, shower, resto, sand place for kids), excellent and clean sea, the road goes close by - but it does not bother at all. There's lots to visit in the area, we like the island Krk - there the water's even better with lot's of fish for watching and snorkeling, historical towns and ruins, if you are interested in hiking - a climb to Veliky Rysnyak is a good 18-km walk up and down just in a half an hour drive. The place is enough for two adults and a kid, but if you have a kid of 14 yo and 180 cm high, consider looking for another place as the length of the sofa is too short :) Lara is a very helpful and responsible host, thank you once again!

The place had everything we needed, plus a spacious terrace and beautiful surrounding gardens. It was very clean and thoughtfully equipped. We stayed with our little one and felt at home right away. Big kudos to Tonka and her lovely family for making our stay so comfortable – and thank you for the big bag of cherries!

The stay was great Doris and her daughter were very enthusiastic and helpful. We received delicious cookies that she had baked herself. The view is beautiful, in short, everything is ok.

fantastic location and lovely house. great for swimming and biking. the house is very neat and confortable. little problems with wifi and unfortunately not recycling in such a delicate ecosystem place. highly recommended

Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for letting us stay at Villa Mirabilis. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for an unforgettable stay in Croatia!

Barbara was a wonderful host, always very helpful and gave us great tips. There were also delicious things from her own garden for us to taste. The location was fantastically quiet, the garden wonderfully maintained and the pool magnificent! Thanks for a special vacation!! ☺️

Everything as described in the advertisement. There was no reason to complain. The children found plenty of opportunities to occupy themselves, which also gave the parents more relaxation. The place with its small alleys was descriptive and there were several places, cafes, bakers and shopping. On the outskirts is a larger shopping market where everything for daily use is available at reasonable prices. The property manager (Branko) was super nice and helped in the best possible way with all questions. He was always available by phone. He also informed us about the events in the village, which we gratefully accepted and also visited them. All in all, it was an all-round successful holiday in a wonderful house. We are already considering whether we should book this house again for a future vacation.

Beautiful location. Communication was very easy and quick. The pictures and the description of both the pictures and the description were fine. Unfortunately, only the jacuzzi was not really heated. Otherwise 10/10

The hosts were helpful, the apartment was nice and clean

Beautiful apartment with large balcony overlooking the sea. It is a very short walk to the beach and to the few restaurants. At check-in, we were greeted very nicely by the mother-in-law. Staying here is highly recommended!

We all loved staying at Domagoj's house. This has been lovingly restored and furnished. The outdoor area is very nice and the pool was actively used. When the weather got worse, we were able to relax in the hot tub and sauna. The house is a little remote, which did not disturb us. In the village there is a small Konzum and about 6 kilometers away you will find larger shopping opportunities. In about 20 minutes you are on the island of Krk, you drive along the coast you will find wonderful villages and towns in both directions. Unfortunately, the two weeks passed far too quickly. Domagoj and his brother were very helpful and kind hosts who responded very quickly to our requests. We can highly recommend this accommodation.
