Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Oliva

Antonio's house is really beautiful. What we liked incredibly well is the very good equipment of garden furniture! There was a place to sit everywhere and if it is too hot downstairs, you can go to the roof terrace where there is always a breeze from the sea. Furthermore, the basic equipment was more than available. e.g. kitchen appliances and spices, enough towels, various cleaning agents, etc. The only thing that was not so good was the cleaning of the toilet and the dishes were partly not quite clean but that can happen and since we do not make a big problem out of it, that was also settled in no time. We will certainly recommend it and will be happy to come back!!!!

If you get a chance to stay here jump at it. This is our fourth visit to Oliva and Puris house was the best of all. Puri is so helpful and always made herself available to us. Her house is literally 100 meters from the best beach I have ever seen. We will definitely be back. Thank you again Puri for a wonderful holiday.

Accommodation completely in line with the listing! Stefan is very responsive and available! the cottage is really very close to all amenities! namely the beach and shops less than 2 km away! What can I say about the tranquility and calm of the place! What happiness! We would highly recommend!!

Perfect Villa and location.

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

Beautiful apartment very close to the beach / restaurants. Still quiet. Everything very clean. Jorge was very helpful and recommended some restaurants to us. Easy check in and out. We will be happy to come back. Highly recommend.

Great little town. The apartment was great, plenty of room with the suitcases. Fully matched the photos and ad. Quiet at night, neighbors were hardly heard or seen. It was told in advance that there were no grocery stores nearby, so we were able to prepare for that as well. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine. The drying rack on the balcony is a little small.

We spent a week in Gandía and it was a good thing to stay in the attic. I went with a baby and they offered us a crib and highchair to make us more comfortable. The apartment is very nice and we were very comfortable. It is centrally located and close to the station, so it was comfortable to arrive.This summer we will spend another week in Gandía and we will definitely repeat.

During the stay, I had contact with Jorge, he was always attentive to everything and with clear instructions on check-in. The apartment is on the beachfront, spectacular, clean, tidy and with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We had welcome gifts. Without a doubt, if we have to return to the area, I would rent it again. It even had chairs for the beach. They have thought of everything, I definitely recommend it. Thanks to Antonio for this listing! He welcomed us on our arrival and explained everything clearly. The beach is 100 meters away, you only have to cross the dune. The water is warm, and it's easy to find space to fit your parasol. The pool is very large, and not very busy, it's very pleasant after a day at the beach. The residence is very well maintained, clean and quiet. The accommodation is well-equipped, clean and functional. Air conditioning is a plus for a month of August in Oliva. Parking and the adjoining room are also welcome to park the car and store beach gear. We had a great time, and recommend this rental!

The house is perfect for two adults and a girl. Everything is clean, tidy and very well cared for. The terrace is amazing. The pool is very nice. the beach is a ten-minute walk and a three-minute drive away. All in all great.

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Victor was a great host who already contacted us before our trip and provided us with the most important information about arrival, keys, accommodation and information about the area. He was always quick to reach and responded directly to all inquiries. His apartment was as described and shown in the photos. Small sufficient kitchen with direct hatch to the living/dining room, beautiful balcony and good roof terrace and good bedrooms. The complex around it is good, with lots of greenery, pool and direct access to the sea We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
