Waterfront holiday rentals in Old Town, Dubrovnik

Si tous les logements pouvaient être aussi agréables à vivre que celui-là ce serait merveilleux. La terrasse avec la vue mer est tellement appréciable. Le logement est accueillant et très propre. Michael nous a reçu très cordialement et nous a donné des conseils de visites. La bière rafraîchissante nous attendait dans le frigo ce qui est fort appréciable par cette chaleur. Merci encore pour ce bon séjour.

숙소는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 저는 렌트카를 가지고 있었고 주차구역을 지정해 주셔서 만족했습니다. 주방에 음식을 만들수 있는 기본적인 조리도구들이 준비되어 있어 음식을 만들어 먹었습니다. 화장실은 제가 이용해본 에어비앤비 중 가장 청결하며 에어컨이 각 방마다 설치되어 있어 쾌적합니다. 발코니는 두보르니크의 환상적인 일몰을 여유롭게 즐기기에 최적의 위치입니다! 단, 운전이 어려우시거나 경사도가 심한 곳을 걷기 어려우신 분들은 접근이 제한됩니다. 숙소를 가기위해 마지막 경사도는 거의 70도 이며, 길이 한개입니다. 밎은편에서 차가 오면 비켜주어야 합니다. 운전이 능숙한 저는 문제 없었어요! 다음에 두보르니크를 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 지내고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Ivana was always very quick in responding to any questions we had. The place was very clean, spacious and the view from the balcony was by far the best part of the place. It was an easy 15 minute bus ride the the old town and when you came back the whole area was peaceful. Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walkway, beach a few minute walk. I would highly recommend Ivana’s place.

Marijana was great! Whilst I did not have the pleasure of meeting her, she was always helpful in responses, and quick too! The location is great, the number 6 bus gets you to old town in about 10 minutes, 10/10 would recommend!

Domenika was a fabulous host! Very responsive, kind and helpful. The apartment was exactly as described, right on the city wall with a view of the sea. It felt very special to have such an amazing location. Despite being along the wall where tourists walk along all day, it was still quiet and very peaceful. We loved it and would absolutely stay there again when (not if) we come back. One note: travelers should pack light as there are many stairs and cobblestone paths to get to the apartment. It was not a problem for us with carry-ons and backpacks and it wouldn’t deter us from staying here again. Highly recommend!

Das kleine Apartment ist sehr schön gelegen zwischen Cavtat und Dubrovnik, beides super mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Auch Mlini und Srebreno sind mindestens einen Besuch wert und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist perfekt - ruhig und gut angebunden. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, da das Apartment neuer und modernen eingerichtet ist, als auf den Bildern. Alles, was man braucht ist da, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum, der Pool super sauber und quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Die Gastgeber sind zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und reagieren sehr schnell. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch mitten in den Nacht wieder hingefahren - vielen Dank! Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

The lovely place was as described ,it even exceeded our expectation ,two regular buses not even 7min walk from the lovely place .Anka is a fab host ,we are upper grateful to her for allowing us to stay in her beautiful place and experience a week in an amazing country! Recommend it highly and will definitely go back 🤗🤗

I had a wonderful stay in this Airbnb! The location is about 4 km from the Old Town, but it’s very well connected by public transport — the bus stop is just a short walk away. The highlight was definitely the stunning sea and hill view from the property, which made the stay even more special. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with air conditioning that kept it cool during the warm days. Everything was exactly as described, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 11 nights in May 2025, highlight was the beautiful green patio area. Everything we needed for the stay was catered for. Great central location. Iris was at hand for any questions/information we needed. Everything was as described. Thank you Iris!! 😊

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Nane und ihrer Familie. Die Kommunikation lief super, wir konnten schon früher in die Wohnung und am letzten Tag länger bleiben, alles war für unser Baby vorbereitet und die Wohnung war modern und sauber. Die Lage ist einmalig! Nur getrennt durch einen kleinen Weg direkt am Meer. Nach Cavtat rein und zu vielen Restaurants ist es ein schöner Fußweg am Meer. Die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer war einfach toll. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft!

what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

Een volle week verbleven in het appartement! Een erg fijne plek om het onderste deel van Kroatië te verkennen. Strand op loopafstand. Fijne plek om de auto te parkeren. Heerlijk koel en schoon appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht! Ik wil weer terug!

Located about 30 mins by bus outside Dubrovnik it us definitely worth the extra effort. The view from the patio is stunning and there is everything you need provided. If you are looking to escape the manic main areas and don't want an all-inclusive experience this is it. the villa is on a main route direct to the old town and if you buy the dubrovnik pass the bus is free. There is a faily steep walk and a fair few steps to reach the villa so you need to be fit but you can use bolt or taxi to the property. great value for money

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a lovely stay. It’s in a great location, it is exactly how it looks in the pictures, and Mario is quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

The apartment instantly sets you in a blissful mood. Natalia is an outstanding host, thoughtful and caring. The location is another highlight - you get to the house walking through gardens, just a short walk to a sandy beach. The beach has beautiful view, it's peaceful in mornings and late afternoons. And when it's more busy - you have your own patio to enjoy. Koločep is a little paradise, all green, paths with beautiful views, many spots to relax... Staying overnight let's you experience it's full tranquility. And Natalia's place is absolutely perfect for that!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'hôte est très accueillant. Le logement est idéalement situé avec une très belle vue sur la mer et beaucoup de végétation, de quoi se sentir pleinement en vacances. Le logement était propre et bien agencé, il possède la climatisation ce qui n'est pas une option dans ce beau pays ensoleillé. Je recommande !

This Airbnb is absolutely perfect. Extremely clean and about 15 minutes away from old town. Anita and her family are extremely welcoming and kind. There are two supermarkets within walking distance and a couple of restaurants. The best part of this place is how close is it to the water. Literally steps away. This is the perfect place to be if you want to be right on the water but also quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of old town. If you are thinking of booking this place, do so!!!

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment was clean, well-located, and matched the description perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the city, but for a short stay, it was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!
