There are only few terraces like this: Dubrovnik's Old Town in front of you and the clear Adriatic Sea behind it. The apartment is situated at the top of the house, it is perfectly romantic for the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. We offer accommodation which consists of one apartment, 50 m2 large (suitable for 2+2) with an amazing sea and Old Town view. It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. I would be happy to provide any information and help! The apartment is situated in Ploce district offering amazing Old Town and sea view. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and perfect for morning running or for night walks. Old Town is just few minutes walking distance, as well as the closest beach and many restaurants. Excellent place to stay, close to everything and the view is spectacular. Easy access to local buses and the Old Town within walking distance, Supermarket is near the apartment. There are a lot of stairs but we are seniors and managed them very well. Dijana is an excellent host, could not be more helpful and her response time was amazing. Fresh coffee in the morning was a lovely treat that Dijana provided, can't say enough about this lovely lady.

We had amazing time, Nico really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay and everything you need. The place is really clean, modern and has all the amenities. The location was great for views and a peaceful stay away from the traffic and hussle of the old town. I actually really enjoyed the up and down the hill, it was great exercise. There are plenty of direct routes via stairs to both the nearest beach and the old town.

Daniela was a warm and gracious and extremely welcoming host (and human being:-)). She created a lovely atmosphere in the apartment…delicious homemade coffee cake and fresh flowers from her gorgeous garden completed the wonderful welcome. The views from the balcony are spectacular and have comfortable seating to take it all in. The apartment is perfectly equipped with both essentials and extras and was in an ideal location for walking to the nearby old town/city (lots of steps but taxis are available nearby if the climb isn’t an option). You’ll love it!

A perfect experience from start to finish! Niko reached out prior to our arrival and helped coordinate a private shuttle from the airport. The apartment is pristine with amazing views from the balcony and the hot tub is a great perk! Niko was very friendly and communicative and offered a ton of recommendations for food, drinks, and things to do around Dubrovnik. The stay made our trip that much better and we would highly recommend for couples!

This Airbnb is in the best location, and has a beautiful view of the walled city. The apartment was small, but it was a perfect size for two people. Also, having a washing machine in unit was a huge help. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.
