Fabulous place to stay in Dubrovnik- out of the crowded old town, amazing view from the terrace ; Helen is so helpful & friendly- absolutely recommend

Amazing home in an incredible location. As long as you’re able bodied to move your luggage into the city walls, I highly recommend staying here, within the city of Dubrovnik. We were so close to anything we needed and Daniela provided fantastic recommendations and can help organize everything from an airport or ferry transport to day long excursions and tours.

Had a great stay! The location was super handy, just a few metres from a bus stop and a little shop which was perfect for picking up essentials. It was also within walking distance to the Old Town, which made exploring really easy. The outdoor sitting area was a highlight, with a lovely view that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host Danica was lovely and very accommodating. she gave me lots of helpful information when I arrived which made everything so smooth. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed having access to the patio with table and chairs to sit out. The location worked really well for us as it is a quick walk to Dubrovnik old town which meant we could go there early morning and evening to avoid the busiest and hotest parts of the day then pop back for lunch.

This is the best price you’ll get for the area— the view is incredible and 100% worth the stairs. The apartment itself is super clean and comfortable.

Ivana’s flat is really quite special. We chose it for the location and views and it did not disappoint. The beach out the window was delightful…we will hold such special memories of this place! The location was perfect…just outside the walled city, but 80% less crazy than i sode the walls. The flat is small (we are a family of four), but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we spent most of our time outside or looking out the windows at the gorgeous views. Ivana was such an incredible host. She is so friendly and helpful, which we appreciated so much! She arranged for transport to and from the airport and answered every question. We felt like guests and appreciate Ivana and other locals sharing their beautiful country with us!

Amazing place to stay in Dubrovnik. The terrace is absolutely incredible. We spent so much of our time up there enjoying the scenery. Near everything you’ll want to do while in Old Town.

Great location + super helpful host!

To me, this was the perfect place where to stay in the old town of Dubrovnik. Mia was just extremely accommodating and helpful: one of the best Airbnb hosts I had. The apartment is truly nice for single or a couple. Ample, charming bedroom. comfortable bed. AC works. The living area / kitchen is on the smaller side but when you visit Dubrovnik, it does not really matter: what matters it that you are tuck away in a small quiet alley 40 meters from the main street so walking distance to all the museums and attraction of the old town. You really feel like living in this historical place and still enjoy tranquillity and comfort. All was very clean, wifi fast and reliable. To be noted: one easy flight of stairs. I highly recommended this apartment and Mia as a host.

Beautiful place right in the heart of Old Town. The suite was very clean and super spacious. Perfect amount of space for 2 people. The wall to the suite next door was quite thin so sound traveled quite easily. Anton was very responsive and accommodated our early arrival and later departure.

Katrina and Ivan were fantastic hosts, great communication, very clean appearance, perfect location…the patio was just relaxing! Wear comfortable walking shoes! The stair climbing is extra!!! Thank you so much!

Location was perfect with a stunning view of the city! Would highly recommend anyone divisions dubrovnik to stay here. The space was spotless and Alenka even met us early to let us in so we could leave our bags as we explored. 10/10!

What an incredible place to stay, we arrived and was greeted by the lovely Diana. She immediately made us feel at home, walking us round the estate showing us all of the amenities. We stayed in the guest house with it's own private balcony shaded by a veranda covered in beautiful Wisteria. The guest house itself is lovely, well presented and incredibly clean on arrival with plenty of hot water and an extremely comfy bed,with lovely white soft bed sheets. The grounds to the main Villa are gorgeous with orange trees and well maintained all round. The pool is immaculate with warm water, seating areas and kitchen with fresh ground coffee available free for guests which is a lovely touch.Overall we recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik. It is a short 10 min walk to the old city and there is a very nice restaurant nearby (Fratellos) that does amazing cocktails. Best start of the summer and we will definitely be back!

Jasmin was an excellent host who provided clear instructions and was very helpful in getting acquainted with the area. This apartment has nearly 300 stairs down to the old town, but for able bodied individuals, the view is well worth the stairs. You can also uber to and from the old town. Highly, highly recommend this apartment in Dubrovnik.

The view is spectacular. Perched in Kings landing, waking up to the ocean view and the inner old city was surreal. Great location, tons of restaurants, and did I mention that view?

The apartment is very well located, with quick access to the Old Town by shared ride, just a few euros, a few minutes away, and infinitely less crowded than Old Town. Bakery and basic store across the street. Excellent communication. Highly recommended.

Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Beautiful view. Aircon working properly. Nice jacuzzi. Clean. Good kitchen. Great location. Soline is far less touristy than the areas nearby. Also you could’nt hear the road next to, only nature voices. Staff is friendly. Made us feel welcome. Recommended.

Simoneta is a perfect host. Could not ask for a more helpful accomodating lady who went out of her way to make the stay great. Gave us lots of help in restaurant and transport suggestions. The handover was totally comprehensive. Everything supplied in the apartment for every appliance , outstanding. Hot tub fantastic and apartment beautifully presented . Totally recommend to anyone. However the walk to the property is reasonably steep so if you are not good on your feet bear that in mind.

We stayed here to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary, our first holiday without the children! We could not have picked a better place ☺️ The apartment was spotless with the most incredible view across the sea from the leafy veranda and hot tub, so romantic ❤️ And loads of little touches in both the kitchen and bathroom, plus a comfy bed and effective air con 😅 Gina was so responsive and helpful with all my questions before we even arrived and gave loads of recommendations & met us there. The location is great, about a 40 minute walk or an easy direct bus trip to the old town from right by the apartment, we walked it most days cause we’re quite active. We were so happy we stayed outside the old town cause it was very busy with tourists and expensive, and by the port where we were was much quieter and a beautiful view. I was so happy we picked this place as it really was what made our stay in Dubrovnik perfect, I would recommend to everyone. Thanks guys!x

Great location, across the street from the harbor. Easy access to public transport to the Old Town.

I can’t say enough nice things about Davor’s home!! It is incredibly well located, right in the old town. Easy to access, countless restaurants everywhere, and 2min walk to the ocean!

Super host, good amenities, especially appreciated the jacuzzi. Great location if you have a car, tho local transport is also handy.

This is an excellent place, its luxurious, private and has excellent facilities and the view is stunning, we use dthe Gym, pools and Sauna which are all really great. The place is spotless, and Ivo and Minja are very helpful. If you are looking for an escapare for a few days to relax, then this is the place, 10 mins from the airport, amazing views over Mlini Bay, where there are restaurants and bars, and you can simply hop on a ferry which will take you to Dubrovnik Old Town in about 30 mins. locations also accessible if you interested in some road trips which we did to Bosnia and Montenegro - a great place, great hosts - Thank You - Noel & Caitriona !
