Holiday rentals with a patio in Old Town, Bologna

Abbiamo trascorso il weekend di Pasqua a Villa Pallegoria e siamo rimasti entusiasti. La casa è su un colle a Monte San Pietro, immersa nella natura con una vista spettacolare. L’ultimo tratto di strada è sterrato, ma facile da percorrere e ne vale la pena per la tranquillità che si trova. La villa è piccola ma ben organizzata: salotto, cucina, bagno e camera da letto, tutto ristrutturato e arredato con gusto. Il vero punto forte è il patio coperto con tende che riparano dal sole e dal vento, perfetto per colazione o pranzo all’aperto. Il giardino è ampio e tranquillo, non completamente recintato, noi eravamo con il cane e non ci sono stati problemi. La zona è ideale per passeggiate nella natura. Monte San Pietro è vicino se si vuole visitare il paese. Daniela, l’host, è super gentile e disponibile, rispondendo subito a ogni richiesta e portandoci ciò che mancava per il barbecue. Un posto perfetto per staccare la spina e godersi la natura!

Appartamento tranquillo e ben posizionato, a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni. Il check-in è stato semplice e l’host davvero cordiale e disponibile, con tanti consigli utili su ristoranti e cose da fare in zona. Alloggio pulito e curato.

L’appartamento è pratico e pulitissimo. Si trova in una zona tranquilla vicinissima ai vari bar e ristoranti. L’host è affidabile, gentile e molto premuroso. Se dovessi ricapitare a Zola lo riprenderei senza problemi. Consigliato!

Alessandra was the perfect host, very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for restaurants and walkable into the centre, not far at all. It had everything you needed. It was a short walk from the train station, even with a suitcase. Would definitely stay again.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Ich hab eigentlich noch nie eine Ferienwohnung gesehen, die mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Wir haben Federicas Faible für Vintage-Möbel und Vintage-Accessoires auf jedem Quadratmeter gespürt. Ein echtes Erlebnis. Trotzdem war die Wohnung auch praktisch. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof, die Kühle der Wohnung, die Küchenausstattung sind auf jeden Fall erwähnenswert. Für uns hat es super gepasst. Schön war auch, dass Federica uns persönlich begrüßt hat. Federica ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Was wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen können ist die Benutzung von Insektenrepellent. In der Wohnung hat man durch die Insektengitter an den Fenstern keine Probleme, auf der Terrasse sieht es dann anders aus. Vor allem Abends. Aber das sollte kein Grund sein, die Wohnung nicht zu buchen. Alles andere war einfach super!

Wir haben uns bei Carlotta und Fabio von Anfang an total wohlgefühlt. Die beiden waren super herzlich und immer gut erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten, das hat den Aufenthalt richtig entspannt gemacht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Alles war zu Fuß erreichbar, was super praktisch war. Insgesamt war es wirklich ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, für den wir uns sehr bedanken. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Paola war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Steckdosen sind auch EU freundlich, relativ ruhig. Man hört die Vogelgezwitscher ständig von dem Park neben bei, was die Atmosphäre sehr entspannend macht. Auch nicht weit vom Center.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Unsere Zeit in Bologna war der Hammer! In der Küche haben wir immer unser Frühstück gemacht und draußen gegessen im Innenhof war es super ruhig, und die Nachbarn auch super freundlich! Es war eins A gelegen und super sauber! Danke🫶

"un posto celeste" si trova in un borgo tranquillissimo, immerso nel verde. la posizione consente di raggiungere Rovigo, Ferrara e dintorni in venti minuti. l' appartamento è grazioso, ben tenuto e pulitissimo. il plus è legato al fatto che gli animali sono ben accetti, che per noi è una discriminante nella scelta delle case Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche con Franca e i suoi pelosetti EsperyTop

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Io e i miei amici (gruppo di 6 persone) siamo stati bene. La casa è carina, ordinata e vicina a svariati sentieri dove fare passeggiate, e la cucina è molto fornita. La persona che ci ha accolto, inoltre, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Le uniche scomodità della casa riguardano i bagni, che sono piccoli, e la stanza-seminterrato che è dislocata dalla casa principale; per gruppi non numerosi e per soggiorni brevi è perfetta

Lidia e suo marito sono stato degli host perfetti! È stato come essere a casa, siamo stati accolti calorosamente e ci hanno anche dato diversi passaggi, visto che non eravamo automuniti. Davvero gentili e premurosi!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo B&B immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità più assoluta. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande calore e disponibilità: l’ospitalità è stata davvero impeccabile. La struttura è curata nei dettagli, pulita e perfettamente inserita nella natura circostante, ideale per chi cerca relax lontano dal caos. Il silenzio che circonda il posto rende il riposo ancora più piacevole. Pulizia eccellente! Consigliatissimo a chi vuole staccare la spina e godersi un angolo di pace autentica!

Valentina è stata molto gentile, per mio figlio ci ha fatto trovare seggiolone e lettino da campeggio... oltre che una scatola con accessori utili (saponi, bicchierini e piatti in plastica , scalda biberon e 2 librini). l'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione. I divanetti fuori creano un ulteriore spazio esterno riservato. Incantevole il giardino...Devo dire che siamo stati proprio bene. grazie!!!!

Lidia is a very warm and helpful host. Her apartment is located just outside the city centre, but is easily accessible by bus. The accommodation is wonderful, very clean and well maintained. There is even a tiny secret garden. We felt very comfortable here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bologna. In short, we arrived with a smile and left with a smile. And we would like to thank Lidia.

Daniele was a great host; it was easy to agree on check in time, she responded fast and was very friendly and helpful about showing us around the apartment and how to get to the centre of Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, ac is great, bed is comfortable. We loved that there is a nespresso machine! The location is also amazing as there is a big supermarket as well as fast food and a coffee shop 1 minute away by walk. More shops are also really close by if you have a car. Theres many parking options in front of the apartment too. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

Our stay here was perfect for our weeklong Italy vacation. The home is spacious, comfortable and gave us room to chill in between our Bologna adventures within walking distance or a short ride share. The private deck surrounded by huge ferns in the back is gorgeous & fun for morning coffee time. We were grateful for the AC on days in the high 80’s too! Highly recommend the Urban Jungle!

Perfect stay! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and made the check-in process a breeze!

Absolute 5 star communication & check in with Gianmaria ⭐️ I have never been so personally met & greeted on arrival as we were here! Extensive amount of detail provided as well as recommendations for restaurants etc! Ideally situated if coming by train, a 5 minute walk with excellent directions, even how to exit the station. Great little outdoor area to relax in, excellent black out blinds when travel weary & needing a sleep in! Everything that was needed was provided! Thoroughly recommend staying here

appartamentino carinissimo, letti comodi , pulitissimo bellissimo il gazebo esterno, zona tranquillissima nessun disturbo, bagno comodissimo con una doccia enorme. siamo stati benissimo consiglio vivamente . vicino a Bologna .

Appartamento spazioso, pulito e adeguatamente attrezzato. Il parco che circonda la villa è meraviglioso. Giulia è stata molto disponibile e gentile ci siamo sentiti ben accolti Consigliatissimo!!
