WOW! Book it now. We literally waited the entire stay to write this review, and since there are millions of reasons to book this place we will focus on the highest- first Andrea is a true superhost. What a lovely person, caring, attentive and very proactive. The house is the most unique place we’ve been to, and you will fall into the 60s-70s vibes of it right away. It’s enchanting! Every room in this house is decorated to perfection, the kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a great place to view the sunset. Other than that’s it a great place for families (great variety of sleeping options for the young ones) with lots to do around. Andrea, thank you so much for everything, we can’t wait to come back.

We stayed two nights to visit Bologna. The apartment is excellent for that matter because it is close to the city center and you can easily do everything by foot. We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything you might need. Highlights of our trip were the recommendations by our host Caterina, she really made our day by giving very good tips on restaurants. From the beginning, she made us feel really welcome and is definitely among the best host we’ve ever had. We really had a great time there!

Roberta’s place is a true gem - one of those rare Airbnbs that instantly feels like home and makes it hard to leave. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, the apartment is about an 18-minute walk from the train station and 30–35 minutes from the city centre. There’s also a bus stop just across the street (though keep in mind that Bologna’s buses can be a bit unpredictable). Every room, including the kitchen, has air conditioning - a huge plus in the summer. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, from a dishwasher and washing machine to sewing kits and spare batteries. There's also a lovely little balcony - perfect for a quiet breakfast, a coffee break, or a glass of wine in the evening. I 100% recommend staying here and truly hope to come back someday.

We had a great stay. Very close and walkable to the city. Many great restaurant close by. Clean and very comfortable beds and the best pillows to sleep on.

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

Everything is great! 15 minutes to the center on foot, shops and cafes nearby. There is no washing machine, it would be a big plus. The apartment is clean, cozy, thanks to the hostess👍

Had a wonderful stay at Bologna thanks to Elena. She was super responsive, waiting to greet us and then showing us around the place and provided us information booklet with a lot of helpful tips that she had collected. She even had a surprise treats waiting for us. Elena was super responsive and helpful with all that we needed. Loved our trip mother daughter trip to Bologna and having Elena as our host was icing on top.

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun.

Maria and Stefano were wonderful! They went over the city map with us and showed us where all the sites were as well as great restaurants!!!

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

I had the pleasure of staying in this charming studio apartment in Budio and I can only highly recommend it. The apartment is beautiful, with attention to the smallest details and tastefully furnished. You can immediately breathe in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for those seeking tranquility and comfort.

Alice and Marco are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and responsive to messages. Apartment is great - bright, clean and spacious. 30 minutes walk or an easy 5 minutes bus trip into the city centre.

Lorenzo was a delight. Everything at his apartment was clean and well maintained and the location is amazing, especially if you like to visit local restaurants. The apartment had even more space than I anticipated and was very comfortable and homey.

Great experience, although it was initially difficult to check in, an alternative was immediately found. Spacious and clean, if we go back to Modena we will definitely book here again.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

The place is wonderful, beautiful views from every side. The apartment is also beautiful and finished in a great style. Very clean both in the apartment and around the building. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We'll be back!
