Great flat Great location (20 min walk to centre) Bologna is a lovely place to visit and a great base for exploring further afield Hosts were available at all times and helped make our stay a lot more enjoyable with great recommendations also giving us a later check out which helped 100% will definitely be back

This apartment is lovingly designed, with every detail thought through for a comfortable stay. The building is clean, and it’s located in a quiet, green neighborhood - away from the busy tourist areas but easy to reach by bus or on foot. The host is very attentive and quick to respond, making sure you have everything for a pleasant stay. Also, there are three grocery stores nearby, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this cozy and peaceful place for anyone visiting Bologna!

Giovanni is communicative & supportive . He welcomed us & took us through his homely unit. He provided sound instructions regarding security & waste disposal. Whilst the unit is a distance from tho centre of Bologna, it is conveniently located near a bus stop & a large supermarket.

Fantastic AirBnB, very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen with all amenities and stuff to make a simple pasta meal. In good weather, you can sit outside on the terrace in the available (sun)chairs. With Isabella's instructions, it was easy to find. It looks like a small castle with beautiful views over the river and mountains. Parking at the door and a small restaurant within walking distance. By car 5 minutes to the village with supermarket and other restaurants, bars and gelateria. However, drive to Firenze (90min), Ravenna (75min), Bologna (60min) and Imola (30min). However, the roads are quiet and beautiful over mountains and passes. The region was new to me, but I'm particularly pleasantly surprised.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alberto's house. The park is beautiful and the house very comfortable and well-equipped. Alberto is charming and always attentive to make sure our stays go smoothly. The house is close to Bologna and around the house there are beautiful walks.

We had a really pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with attention to the smallest details. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace perfectly functional, with wood provided free of charge by the host. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

We had the best time! The pool was fabulous. And the pasta night was so much fun!

I have a large dog and it is always difficult to find suitable situations or that they accept it, so for me it was a remarkable oneplus, the house has a large fenced and private garden with shaded areas and not, Vania is a very kind and handy person, present if necessary, the road to get there is simple and parking is very convenient. that said, it's fine. In my opinion, it's a sweet place. You can rest easy if that's what you're looking for.

Our second stay at this place! Really enjoy the beauty of the location and the villa. Convenient to all the area offers.

We are experienced Airbnb customers and this is the most luxurious place that we have seen. It is very large with a beautiful kitchen, a comfortable leather couch & 2 big bedrooms with amazing bathrooms. I bathroom has a huge tub. The only downside is that the entire city of Bologna is not allowing the use of air conditioners until mid-June. This is no fault of the owner but it clearly should be noted in the description. I used AC on the Airbnb site filter and it indicated that this unit has an AC. I looked at the website after I got there and it lists AC in the description. I believe that should be understood as a working AC for the dates listed. This may be an Airbnb glitch. I don’t know, but enough about that. I am still giving this place 5 stars because Davide was incredible. We only stayed there for only 1 night and he allowed us an early check in after requesting a place to stow luggage and a place to store after check out. Location is perfect. Restaurants galore. Book it.

Perfect stay, top accommodation, I stayed for the Vasco concert and in 10 minutes on foot I reached the stadium, with the means (very close stops) you can reach the center of Bologna in a flash

The apartment is in a beautiful and quiet area with a bus that goes directly to the old quarter only a 2 minute walk away. There was a market, cafe, and pizza takeout within easy walking distance as well. The apartment was very comfortable for the 5 of us and very clean. Eda responded to all of my questions quickly and was a great host.

The communication was great - very friendly hosts. The accommodation looked like the photos and the bathroom is super modern. The location was perfect for us too. Inside, it is not noisy despite the construction site. I'd be happy to come back.
