Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Old Hickory Lake

Debbie was perfect host, and delightful person! She thought of everything anyone would need, plus wonderful homemade goodies. Exceptionally clean and organized apartment; decor was exceptional as well. She was quick to respond to any questions. Emmy Lou, her dog, was a bonus, adorable! The area was peaceful and quiet, lovely wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.

Jeffrey’s place was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood the house is in is pretty and very walkable to many things. We took suggestions from the book he left for us and found some places of our own we wanted to try while walking back and forth to the Five Points neighborhood. It is in a very convenient location and the house was perfect for what we needed. We will definitely stay here again when in Nashville!

I wanted a quiet place to sleep away from the city life while I visited Nashville, and Charlotte’s Airbnb fit that perfectly! She was very friendly and open to communication as needed. The place was spotless and felt like home. She even included a map of Nashville with different activities to do, which was very helpful during our stay. I definitely want to come back the next time I visit the area!

The area is a basement so upon arriving there was a slight musty smell but that dissipated. We basically used the place for sleeping only, but could have eaten there if we wanted. Our goal was pretty much hanging out along Broadway. Lyft prices ranged from 18 to 50 depending on time of day. There is always traffic so ride time is about 30 mins on average to get downtown Next visit I would stay closer if that is the goal. The room darkening drape that is used to cover stairway does let quite a bit of morning light in. Bed was ok. Did not see owners. Area was quiet and safe

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

This was my second time staying at Julia’s place and it was just as I remembered! Welcoming, clean, and convenient to so many of East Nashville’s restaurants. We got to walk down to the local coffee shop on our last morning and it was so enjoyable. Her place had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway with our baby and two dogs.

If we could rate it 6 out of 5 we would. This place was so welcoming and had everything we could possibly need and more. From the welcome song playing on the TV to all the beautiful touches throughout the house, this was the place to be. This is exactly what I want to experience when staying away from home. You can tell the host really took her precious time to cater to all her guests. Everything was smooth and simple. Thank you so much!

We just returned from a wonderful weeklong visit! This is a true home away from home. Clean, cozy, private and inviting from the minute you open the door. We went kayaking, enjoyed waterfalls and nice restaurants and visited with family and friends. Every day we fed the sweet little animals and it was hard to say goodbye to them. Our week went way too fast! The host has a heart of gold 💛 Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

A beautiful and spacious home that truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, and the house was tastefully furnished with lovely furniture and artwork. The basement was full of fun activities, and the backyard and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Highly recommend!

It was a great place to stay and close to downtown. It was also very clean and private.

Shannon’s home is awesome, and beautifully decorated. She had a welcome basket of snacks on the counter which was very appreciated. She also had personalized messages in the kitchen which made us feel right at home. The home was very well equipped with all of the essentials. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood which is quiet and peaceful.shannon was very responsive and easy to deal with. The beds and furniture were very clean and comfortable.

This home was so clean and decorated so well. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything! The backyard was great for the dog! Chris was super helpful in every way. I loved all the books and unique art. Two blocks away from an amazing coffee shop and market! Too cute!

Location of this home is in a very safe neighborhood. Owner is super-responsive and thought through all the amenities. My grandkids do not have device addictions and are easily entertained with developmental toys. Lots of things for the kids to exercise their curiosity and artistic natures.

This spot is such a gem! We wanted to get away for a peaceful getaway but also spend a day in Nashville. It was a super easy drive to get downtown. The house is super spacious, clean, bright, peaceful, and most of all the beds are so comfy! It has just what you need without having to leave(unless you want to 😜). The hot tub on the covered porch was lovely, especially in the rain. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great place to relax in Nashville! Very nice rooftop deck that sets the scene of a Nashville sunset with the city skyline!! We love this place!!

This is a great spot. it is very close to a bus stop and a short walk from downtown. it was clean and had everything we needed.

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

Dollys Penthouse was absolutely adorable & the highlight of our experience! It was my boyfriend & I's first time in Nashville. From the moment we walked in, the place gave major Dolly Parton glam-fun, vibrant, and full of personality. Every detail of the decor was thoughtfully curated and made for such a unique and memorable stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better-close to all the best restaurants, bars, and live music spots. All the main attractions were about a 5-minute drive away! Perfect for anyone wanting that over-the-top Nashville vibe. The host was very sweet & communicative, check-in was seamless, and we felt really taken care of the whole time. We took soooo many cute photos both inside & outside the patio! Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Nashville! Would absolutely stay here again! :)

The hostess with the mostest. Everything that would be required for a great stay was there. Beautiful surroundings and a great view of the river. Easy access to all the local attractions, maps, ice - the list just goes on and on. I recommend this AirB&B to all who are going to Nashville. 6 stars out of 5.

The room was perfect and I loved the location. We walked to 12th street and to Hattie Bs. Walter was quick to respond! Had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Jimmy’s place. Jimmy was very nice and easy to communicate with. The location is fantastic and close to the “happenings “. The AirBnb was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The overall experience was great. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the perfect place to stay! Great location, away from the noise but close enough to walk to restaurants, Broadway and other local attractions. The pool was one of the highlights. Abigail was a great host. Extremely responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything needed. Highly recommend.
