Newly renovated cottage close to beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

Cabin Grå near Djupvik

Here you can hang out with loved ones in this family-friendly place between Borgholm and Löttorp. You have access to a large plot for wonderful outdoor activities. This nice cottage is within cycling distance to Djupvik with lovely swimming and beautiful nature. The evenings offer fantastic sunset over our beautiful Kalmarsund. Djupvik also offers a nice restaurant. To Sandvik with, among other things, the year-round open shop, it is barely a mile. The rent also includes the possibility to charge your electric car.

Inglasad pool 4x8m, jacuzzi Tre olika altandäck med cafébord, solstolar, solosängar och lounchfåtöljer. OBS Uthyres endast till barnfamiljer. I anslutning till bostaden finns en liten lägenhet som också hyrs ut till andra gäster

Starta grillen och njut! 13 bäddar delar på två hus. 1 hus med 7 bäddar, fördelat på tre sovrum och ett genomgångsrum. Ett hus med 6 bäddar fördelat på två sovrum. Vill ni ha äventyr finns det mycket att utforska och uppleva. Här bor ni centralt ca 28 km till Borgholm, 3 km Ölands djurpark och badland. Färjestadens hamn med restaurang, minigolf och bad 1,5 km

Stay with your own pool and orangery with wonderful views and close to the sea! The south house has a large living room/kitchen, a bedroom with 160 bed and a bedroom with a 140-bed and bathroom. The north house has a 160 bed and a sofa bed (140) in a common area with kitchen and a bathroom. Right outside there is Halltorp nature reserve with several cozy walking loops. A stone's throw away is Halltorp's guesthouse with a restaurant and dining, as well as a WIDE art museum.

There is a possibility to increase the accommodation by another five places in apartment buildings on the property. You have access to several bikes that can easily take you to the swimming and shop but also to Borgholm.
