A rural and cozy cottage on Öland - with its own patio, barbecue, pergola and views of meadows. The cottage is located on the edge of our private garden – sometimes you can see us from a distance, but we respect your stay 🌿 Totally renovated in old-fashioned style with a bedroom and small sleeping loft. 1000m to the water and 9 min to Ölandsbron. Close to nature, but still close to the center. Note: Low ceiling height (2 m) in bedroom and bathroom. No separate living room – only what is shown in the pictures. Small BUT incredibly cozy 🫶🏼

Gästis, Eriksöre Bygata 1

The accommodation is located on Eriksöre bygata, a terraced town with well-preserved farms under the country estate. Landborgen is a limestone slope that stretches across the whole of Öland. The grounds are green and hilly. The house is a small red cottage, in the middle of the historic buildings in Eriksöre. There are older wind turbines, chargers and stone cellars. By car or bike, you can quickly get to Öland's beaches, sights such as Capellagården's craft school, the World Heritage Site for South Öland's agricultural landscape and Alvaret.

Guest house on beach property with a high holiday feeling. Here you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony and watch the sun set over the water, or have a morning coffee on the front patio with morning sun. Private jetty with swimming ladder. Quiet area close to nature. In the area, there is a swimming area with barbecue area, outdoor gym, playground, boule court and hiking trail. You share the garden & jetty with the host family (2 adults, 2 children). Cleaning is not included. Bed linens and towels can be rented at an additional cost.

Cozy log cabin near the castle ruins and Solliden

Welcome to a cozy accommodation near Borgholm, Alvaret and Solliden. You will stay in a nice farmhouse on a shared plot. Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

Here you can stay in the apple room on our private property. Great location overlooking Kalmarsund. You have 120 meters to Kalmar's most popular beach with 180 meter long jetty and also a sandy beach with shallow sandy bottom. You have Kalmar Castle and the Old Town in the immediate vicinity. Right between the city center and nature and outdoor area. Just 500 meters to the nearest restaurant beautifully located in the castle hall. There are two bikes that can be rented for a smaller amount.

Centralt beläget gårdshus i pittoresk gammal miljö på torget där husen ligger tätt.Gångavstånd till fik, mysiga butiker, hav, hamn och skog. Gårdshus nära ägarbostad med ett rum och kokvrå.Badrum med dusch. Det finns en 140 cm säng och en liten bäddsoffa på 110 cm som passar till små barn. Katter finns på tomten och Katter o hundar vistas i huset ibland så inget för allergiker. Medtag egna lakan och handdukar alt. hyr för 75 kr per person. Nivåskillnader o trappor på tomten. Man städar själv.

Modern oceanview cottage near Kalmar City

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Completely renovated cottage in 2024. Come and enjoy your holiday with your partner/family in a cosy place. The cottage is about 9km from the city and we are close to excursions on foot, bike and with car. The cottage is the accommodation for you who want to stay and enjoy your holiday as we have a fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine. If you are a bigger family, you can book our Attefallshus next door, so you have the whole plot and all the patio to yourself.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Completely newly renovated house with parking, air conditioning and patio in central Kalmar! Close to both Kalmar center and Kalmar castle! Perfect for Ironman: The cycling goes in both directions right outside the house! In addition, about 250 meters to the running distance and walking distance to the start for swimming! About 1500 meters to Bike Park. The Ironman week is booked in its entirety at least 6 days 13-19 (or 14-20) August.

Djupvik is characterized by a long rocky coast with fantastic cycling and hiking trails. The guest house is about 80 meters from the beach and has a wonderful view of the water. In the evenings, you can enjoy amazing sunsets. There are 2 patios, east and west-facing. To the swimming jetty, it is about 300 meters. Restaurant Elise is open in Djupvik during the summer. Approximately 6 km to grocery store and restaurants.
