Holiday rentals with beach access in Okrug Donji

We were able to get in a little early and it absolutely made the day so much better. Really loved our time in Trogir, and the apartment is immaculate!

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

We stayed there for a week and it was really as nice as in the pictures. Stjepan was super nice and helped with all sorts of things. 2 min walk to the beach, but 10 minute walk along the beach to get to the other side where most restaurants are located which was totally okay. 15-20 min by taxi from the airport to the house. 10 min from the house by taxi to Trogir Old Town. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet and pleasant vacation.

The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was to a very high standard and comfortable. Zeljka couldn't have been more helpful - from booking right through to the time of our stay and departure. The beach is just a two minute walk down the steps and it's very easy to get an Uber to Trogir in the evening for restaurants. A wonderful stay - we had a fantastic time exploring the island, coves and nearby Split. Highly recommended!

We had a great week in Okrug Gornji! The place was super fresh, with a bigger balcony than we expected! The only thing that would have been wished in the apartment was a little better equipped kitchen, except that everything was great! 😃 Very close to the sea and nice places for swimming, close to grocery store and restaurants, quiet area.

Anita is a great host and her place is by far the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The Airbnb and balcony view are great, and it was like staying in paradise.

You do need a car or be comfortable taking Ubers or taxis, because there is nowhere we found in the immediate area to walk to except the airport. BUT the apartment is probably the most thought out Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and decorated perfectly. No detail missed. The balcony views are gorgeous. Would 100% stay here again. Loved the proximity to Trogir and Split isn’t too far ($40 Uber ride for family). HIGHLY recommend.

We had a very nice time in Petra's apartment. Super clean, tidy and cozy. The private terrace with the BBQ is also perfect. You have a nice view of the surrounding area. A 4-minute walk away is a small supermarket with plenty of choices. However, it would be useful if there was a name sign on the house. Then you could find it easier. We received a delicious bottle of homemade we and fresh grapes from the garden upon reception. In short: enjoy!

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Danijela's place is fantastic. We didnt have exact timing for arrival for keys and her dad was flexible and helped coordinate our check-in. Space was great for us both inside and out. Great place highly recommend.

Luka and his wife are charming and welcoming people. Always good advice for visits. The accommodation is very well located and in a dream environment on this little paradise island. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

This home was above and beyond expectations! The house was fab, but the uniqueness of the space outside, the view, was sensational. . The winding steps down to the water through the trees, relaxing on the waters edge was so peaceful. This is a nature lovers paradise as lots to see and hear! Petar is the perfect host living locally and always available. Just a couple of minutes walk around the bay is a great restaurant, lovely steaks, fish etc and same views. It’s close enough but out of sight! This will be the first time ever I wish to rebook a property!

Beautiful villa with lovely sea views from the balcony. They wait for your arrival and see you off too! They drop off fresh fruit in the morning and come see you if you have any issues. Very nice stay, stunning pool. Great for people who get around with their own car

We had a fantastic week in Seget Donji and with Nikolina at the end of May. There are only good things to say about our stay. Very good communication with Nikolina both before and during the stay. Very helpful at check-in. Great tips and recommendations about the area. The accommodation was great and comfortable, most of our time was spent on the terrace overlooking the sea. Incredibly beautiful! In connection with the house, there were several turtles in the garden that the children loved to feed with our fruit and vegetable leftovers. Just a flight of stairs down from the house, you came down to what felt like your own private beach. As well as a beach promenade where there were several other bathing places to choose from, plus restaurants and a taxi boat to Trogir. We are super happy with our stay in its entirety, the desire to return and recommend to others!

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

We stayed in Mijo’s apartment for 6 nights and it was great experience .The apartment is really new and well furnished with everything you may need for even long stays. You can enjoy breathtaking sea views from the balcony. In just a few minutes from the apartment you will find calm beach with pines and boat to Trogir old town. Mijo is a great host and really responsible person. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and treated us as his friends. He provided a travel cot and a high chair for our baby. I hope we come back again for longer period.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
