Apartment holiday rentals in Okrug

Soggiorno direi ottimo, in una zona molto tranquilla, ma al tempo stesso molto vicino al lungo mare con negozi, ristoranti e traghetti. La spiaggia è a pochissimi passi, confinante con il giardino. La posizione di questa abitazione permette di muoversi tranquillamente a piedi, senza dover prendere l'auto, e la vicinanza ai traghetti permette anche di poter visitare Trogir e Split, località rinomate della zona. 5 stelle meritatissime vanno inoltre per la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della proprietà e per tutte le comodità offerte dal nostro host, tra le quali lettini e ombrelloni per la spiaggia. L'appartamento è ubicato al piano terra, ben riparato, gode della privacy necessaria, anche durante il mese di agosto, ed è sempre all'ombra grazie al pergolato di kiwi. Ante ci ha dato buoni consigli e si è sempre rivelato molto disponibile e amichevole, rispondendo rapidamente ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo caldamente! Abbiamo passato una piacevolissima vacanza nell'appartamento di Ana. Ana è una padrona di casa molto simpatica, gentile e premurosa, ha esaudito qualsiasi nostra richiesta senza esitazioni e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per visitare l'isola e i dintorni. Il papà di Ana è un uomo discreto e cordiale. La spiaggia è davvero vicinissima alla casa, il mare pulitissimo e cristallino, e il giardino ben ombreggiato. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la tranquillità del luogo e la simpatica compagnia del cane Nero e del gatto Elvis. Speriamo davvero di poter tornare a passare ancora le nostre vacanze in questo magnifico posto!

We had a fantastic week at Monika's apartment in Croatia! Monika was the perfect host – she always responded to our messages quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with a great location. Her local tips were super helpful, and she made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sind mehr Utensilien wie Wc-Papier und Geschirrspültabs vorhanden als üblich. Eugen hat uns grosszügig durch die Gegend und zum Supermarkt gefahren. Die Schlafzimmer sind leider sehr dunkel(Wand vor den Fenstern) und das Haus von zwei grossen Kränen und Baustellen umgeben. Die Aussicht auf den Fotos ist nur ein kleiner Ausschnitt und der Ausblick wird teils von vorliegendem Haus verdeckt. Der kleine Steinstrand mit Beachbar ist herrlich und schattig. Er ist fussläufig, auch wenn der Weg sehr steil ist. Insgesamt mit Auto zu empfehlen, da viele wunderschöne Strände in der Gegend zu entdecken sind und nicht viel in direkter Umgebung.

We loved our stay, Nikolina is very accommodating and kind. The area is a quiet location in okrug Gornji - a small supermarket with necessities and mini bakery just 5 minute walk away, beach is close by. Taxi from Split airport doesn't take long and Nikolina booked this for us. The apartment was very clean and we were happy with all the home comforts. Rooms were clean and spacious, large dining and lounge area. Pool area is lovely; this is shared with the downstairs apartment and there were no issues. Lovely holiday!

De accomodatie was super, ruim met alles erop en eraan, mooi groot balkon en prachtig uitzicht en een heerlijk chloorvrij zwembad. De ligging is heerlijk rustig. Je hebt wel een auto of ander vervoer nodig om er te geraken en om de drukte op te zoeken. Te voet is best een aardige wandeling. Niksa reageert heel snel op vragen, is ontzettend vriendelijk en heel flexibel met aankomst- en tijden maar wellicht is dat alleen mogelijk in voor- en naseizoen. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf, zeker een aanrader als van een rustige omgeving houdt en zelf de drukte op wilt zoeken als je daar zin in hebt.

This apartment is fantastic. It is exactly as described, it is in a fantastic location and Susanne and her family are amazing hosts. Throughout our stay Susanne was always available and happy to help with any questions or queries. She greeted us at arrival and she supported us to the taxi when leaving. The apartment is incredibly clean, tidy and has everything you need for a holiday in Croatia. The views from the balcony are incredible and we enjoyed the week watching boats coming and going from the area. The apartment has additional touches that just make it feel like a home from home. At the bottom of the street is the beach and a short walk along the road you can use the campsite beach and restaurant where we had 2 lovely meals and spent time in the sea. There are plenty of supermarkets in the area and a boat taxi to Trogir leaves at the bottom of the street. Susanne is kind, friendly and such a caring host and I would go back in a heart beat to stay at this apartment again!

Świetnie bardzo chciałem podziękować szczególnie Nicolinie i właścicielom lokalu niesamowici ludzie, wszytko jak na zdjęciach polecam gorąco ! Przyjeżdżać ! 🌞🌞

Zacznę od tego że byliśmy w 4 osoby z przyjaciółmi. Wiedzieliśmy co zarezerwowaliśmy i gdzie obiekt się znajdował. Mogę potwierdzić że wszystko było zgodne z opisem. Zdjęcia apartamentu był zgodne, czystość, jakość, wystrój itp. można by było pisać bez końca ocena 10/10. Nawet takie detale że były 2 ekspresy do kawy i były do nich kapsułki, zmywarka też miała kapsułki. Ogólnie powiedziawszy przyjechaliśmy jak do swojego domu mając wszystko na miejscu. Gospodyni - Bardzo miła, powitała nas winem, przypomniała wcześniej o rezerwacji, wysalał wskazówki jak dojechać. Czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Wyspa Ciowo jest bardzo dobrym miejscem jeśli można powiedzieć to taka Chorwacja w pigułce piękna starówka w Trogirze ze wszystkim czego turysta potrzebuje do miejscowości Split jest blisko, Plaże czyste i woda błękitna, ale o wszystkim przeczytacie w różnych przewodnikach. Wir waren mit zwei Personen für 11 Nächte bei Karmen. Es war super schön und sehr herzlich. Wir haben viele Tipps für schöne Buchten und Beach Bars bekommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns auf Karmen, ihren Papa und ihre Hündin 🥰

The appartmemt if Ivan is fantastic. it really is a dream. the location is beautiful. what can you wish more then a balcony with sea view? The communication with Ivan is perfect. Verg friendly and helpfull. I would recommend to book this place to everybody. thank you Ivan for the nice days.

Le logement proposé par Mira correspond parfaitement aux photos, et à la description. nous avons été séduits par l'emplacement et la vue de la piscine.

Ich war mit einem Freund bei Frederik in der Wohnung. Petra hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Sie hat uns auch einen super Kontakt für eine Bootsfahrt und Restaurants in der Nähe gegeben. Wir sind außerdem mit einem taxiboot nach Split zu einem Fußballspiel von Hajduk Split gefahren. Insgesamt ein toller Kurzurlaub in einem hochwertigen Apartment mit tollen Ausblick und super Ausstattung.

Das Apartment von Neda ist so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Es ist eine top Lage und man hat auch seine Ruhe. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hatte auch eine super tolle Ausstattung. Die Zeit wo wir da verbracht haben war sehr schön auch allein durch das Apartment und natürlich der Balkon und das man nur wenige Schritte brauchte um am Meer zu sein. Wir können diese Apartment von Neda nur weiterempfehlen.

Piękne miejsce, do którego z chęcią będziemy wracać. Plaża znajduje się 200m od miejsca zamieszkania, widok z balkonu jest nie do opisania. Właściciele byli bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni. Wspaniały pobyt!

Absolutely stunning apartment, super clean and tidy, and had beautiful outside spaces, a hot tub, lovely cool air conditioning, and really easy to take the short walk to Okrug Gornji, and from there a ferry to Trogir. Uber is available too directly from the apartment. absolutely book this place immediately. if you have 50% as good a time as we had, you'll be very pleased. Also, Marija met us there at around 2am as our flight was delayed due to weather. and being a brit, the 4 beers in the fridge was very much appreciated. many thanks to Marija and all the staff which made the experience at this beautiful apartment even better!! Thanks to you, and your wonderfully beautiful country. Trogir is stunning by the way. Loved the place.

This place was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed, had beautiful views, was so comfortable and welcoming, and was in an excellent location. The perfect spot if you want something quiet and relaxing near the ocean, but close to Split. Mehdi was an excellent host as well; he was very helpful and gave lots of great recommendations. We would love to stay here again in future!

Logement au top ! Très bien équipé et bien aménagé avec vue sur la mer !! La SDB est grande et agréable . L hôte Ivica est disponible et très sympathique et nous a bien accueilli avec bouteille de vin et petits chocolats La piscine était ouverte nous avons pu en profiter.

Świetny apartament, przestronny, czysty, ze świetnym dużym jacuzzi 😍 byliśmy w 6 osób i było nam bardzo komfortowo. Pod domem jest parking. WiFi działa bez zarzutu. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. W dniu przyjazdu czekał na nas i zaopatrzył nam lodówkę w potrzebne produkty 🙂 W okolicy sklepy ogólnospożywcze, piekarnia i sklep mięsny. Cisza, spokój. Bardzo chętnie wrócimy!

Nous avons passés un super séjour chez Nenad ! Un hôte très accueillant et à l’écoute. Il n’a pas hésiter à nous donner une super adresse de restaurant pour manger d’excellents poissons et fruits de mer avec vue sur la mer. La maison est parfaitement située, à quelques pas de la mer, en bout de ruelle et très calme. Le studio est parfait pour un couple. Un grand merci à Nenad et Nathalia pour leurs accueils !
