Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ojai

I recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a great location with privacy and walkable to Montecito Village. The rentals are equipped with everything you need and more, very clean, and the hosts are responsive and considerate. The decor is unique, cozy and stylish, and the outdoor areas are private. I think it’s a gem.

We visited this property and hated leaving it for our LA activities. The house itself is a destination worth visiting. The property was very retro feeling and made me imagine famous 70s movie stars partying here long ago. The views are spectacular and make you California dream. We will be back!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was incredibly clean, airy, and beautifully maintained, it felt like a breath of fresh air the moment I walked in. The backyard was a true oasis, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and well kept, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was also conveniently located close to Calabasas, which made getting around super easy. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful. The house was so clean and they provided us coffee. There was a pool that we got to enjoy. The house itself is so beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We wish we could’ve stayed longer definitely coming back.

Very pleased with my recent stay at The Channel Islands Beach Retreat. As soon as I entered the property I felt like I was in a secret garden oasis. Absolutely loved all the amenities and comfort of the home. The beds were a dream! I slept so well. I hope to stay here again in the future because I was so impressed! This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Jessika's Airbnb is efficient and nicely kept. It worked perfectly for our needs as a landing pad within reasonable distance of the Ojai Music Festival. The beds were very comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the kitchen was stocked with the essential cooking equipment. We didn’t spend much time at the Airbnb but the larger couch was comfy for reading a book or watching tv and there were tvs in the bedrooms, too. The neighborhood is unassuming and quiet, a bit further removed from the center of activity in Ventura but everything was easy to get to by car and I also saw buses pass through on the main road. We enjoyed trying the Indian Rasoi restaurant nearby and the Vons was a short distance as well. I wish we had had time to check out Russell's donuts!

Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Our pets may have loved it even more than we did! We’re incredibly grateful to Kerri for her gracious hospitality, especially toward our furry companions. 10/10, highly recommend!

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at M’s place in the Venice Canals. So lovely and serene, such a good location. It’s within walking distance to Venice Beach and easy to get around LA via uber. Very safe area too, lots of dog walkers and people walking through the canals but quiet and peaceful at night. Inside was equally lovely with a large bathroom and comfortable bedding. Overall we would definitely recommend this stay 💚

This apartment is unbelievably adorable! Super clean, charming, and centrally located. The beds were so comfy too. Would definitely stay here again. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine. 5 stars all around!

Pleasure staying here while in SB, it was like being at home, could easily stay here for weeks on end. Honestly probably the best kitted-out Airbnb we've ever stayed at; kitchen had everything you need, including a full spice cupboard, filtered water dispenser. Biggest clothes washing machine and dryer I've ever seen in a home! Very short walk to East Beach, and a very good quality fresh foods supermarket (which also has a delicious Mexican food truck out the front every night!). Jane is very friendly, helpful and responsive, everything was a breeze.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

What a great location!!!! Rent without any hesitations, So clean and had hotel style soaps available in bathroom, great hot tub in the back yard, peach 🍑 trees. Beds were just like home, throw blankets and Netflix on the TV. Love it and worked out perfect while attending daughter's college graduation. Highly recommend

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!

Second time we’ve stayed in Cara’s place & loved it. The apartment literally has everything you could think of, the bed is comfy. The style is shabby chic & beautiful.
