Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ojai

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Very comfortable. Great living space. Comfortable bed. Nice linens and towels. Kureig with coffee, including decaf!! A small basket of snacks. They had it stocked with everything I needed. Decorated very nicely. Super quiet neighborhood.

We loved the house and the location and enjoyed our stay. Our group of 12 friends, the max the house can accommodate, stayed for three nights. All of us had comfortable beds, all bedrooms have nice décor. The living room is large with comfy sofas and chairs. The dining table could seat 12 so it was great for all of us to sit around and relax. The house and kitchen were well equipped. The only items we had to ask for were extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels which were promptly delivered by the onsite caretaker. We enjoyed the pool table, and the library in the loft but didn’t get time to soak in the hot tub on the back deck. The property is surrounded by trees and greenery. The site and house are rustic but very comfortable. There are two full bathrooms, and both are upstairs. A half-bath downstairs would have been great, but it was only a minor inconvenience. Location is very convenient - just a 10-minute drive from Ojai downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful. The house was so clean and they provided us coffee. There was a pool that we got to enjoy. The house itself is so beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We wish we could’ve stayed longer definitely coming back.

We had the loveliest time celebrating our anniversary at this dreamy beach get-away! Super clean and gorgeous home, so many lovely, stylish spots to relax in. We hiked nearby, had a lovely walk on the beach and ate at very lovely and delicious little food places. Hearing the seals bark nearby just was such a cute and special little touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend this place for a secluded, relaxing little retreat!

The drive to the property through acres and acres of avocado trees, beautiful flowers and a peaceful winding paved road was extremely pleasant. The walk up to the house was so beautiful with flowers and trees everywhere. and a large grassy area. We walked in and instantly knew we had found paradise. Judith's home was spotlessly clean. Minimal yet very comfortable furnishings; everything so tasteful with beautifully curated Japanese inspired art and housewares. Everything in the home gives you a sense of serenity. So many places to sit and look at beauty. There are fountains and lush grounds that add so much. We wished it had been cold so we could have had a wood burning fire each night. The Japanese pool (it is a hot tub but not plastic, it is beautifully tiled sunken tub) is a relaxing retreat any time of day and it looks out at a peaceful garden with a waterfall and stream. Judith is a lovely host, and her home is really very special. We will be returning often.

We loved this place for a girls weekend. Beds were comfy and lots of room to sit and visit.

Kim is a very nice, responsible host. This is the second time we stayed at her house. The location is quiet and convenient. The house is spacious and clean. We will come back again!

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Great spot right next to the beach. We watched the sunset on the beach, took bike rides to the pier and spent countless hours in the jacuzzi. Check in was seamless and the garage was an added bonus. Keep in mind that it's a tight squeeze and an SUV will probably not fit in there. The host was very responsive and took care of an initial issue with the hot tub. It was one of the main reasons we booked it and we were glad he responded quickly.

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! Very beautiful place. Right on the beach by Malibu pier! Amazing sunsets! The condo is a very attractive looking and like new conditions. The staff are amazing and helpful. Great communication. Honestly, this is a Paradise. Can't wait come back here! Big thank you!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay in Watermark B in Carpinteria. It was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and the center of town. Carpinteria is active without being loud, and these accommodations were the perfect spot to take in Carpinteria. Pro-tip: there are boogie boards, beach chairs and toys in the laundry area.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

Shant's place was great for my 2 night stay in LA. It was clean, convenient and having a dedicated parking spot made things easy. My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Great stay here for my family of 6! Beautiful furniture and smart renovations made this a very comfortable stay! Sound of waves as soon as you walk in! Sebastian was VERY responsive to a couple questions. Would highly recommend!
