The list of amazing things I could say about Leah and Sherry and their beautiful home is endless. They treated us like family and helped us in unimaginable ways, from arranging transportation and tours, to recommending activities and restaurants. They even left us some surprise fruit to enjoy, which we greatly appreciated. (The mangos were the best we ever tasted!) Their home was perfect for us and had everything we needed. It was peaceful, clean and comfortable. Also, the location could not be beat. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bus stop are all within walking distance. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations and we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking comfort, convenience and outstanding hospitality. In the heart of a local neighbourhood, we felt very welcome and very comfortable. Having Air con in both bedrooms and the living area was perfect given our long stay and Working remotely. The interior pictures don't do it justice - it's very airy and has everything you need. Very close to a great beach which has a number of beach bars and restuarants. The the bus stops at the end of the road take you everywhere. We loved our time in Barbados and would definitely want to return. We were married in late January in Holetown and all our neighbours were a delight, helping us and often driving us to where we needed to be. Wonderful top floor villa. Wonderful location. Very lucky to have found it.

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful and located in a peaceful area. The home is modern, spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The host was attentive and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Salty toes is unbelievable!, and it's a must visit! From the cleanliness of the house itself to the sandy beach coming right up to the outdoor seating area, simply amazing! It's one of those places that's quiet and off the main street but it has everything on its doorstep! lovely bars, restaurants, food courts, lovely boardwalks etc it has it all.. the house was spotless, fully stocked with everything you could imagine. Big cooker, big fridge freezer/ washing/ dryer facilities. Salty toes has ample space for families. Two big seating areas inside for eating at, and then the outdoor area just has to be seen! Amazing! All 3 bedrooms were huge, crisp clean linen and all beds with memory foam mattresses! We'll definitely be back to Salty Toes, home away from home. I'd be giving this place 20/10! We had a great stay at Tropical Escape. Rodney’s apartment is located in a nice residential area within a very short walk to Heywoods beach and also to Speightstown and its attractions. The apartment is very well equipped, with a powerful shower, ceiling fans , fast internet and a comfortable living area. Air conditioner is available in the bedroom at an extra cost, but we found we didn’t need it as fans are provided. The kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal- includes a blender, coffee maker, gas cooker and a decent sized fridge. Rodney is a great host- responsive, proactive and knowledgeable He made us feel very welcome. The next time we’re looking for somewhere to stay in the area we’ll definitely book again.

We had a fabulous 2 week stay at La Canoa. With 6 of us there was plenty of space and we loved hanging out in the garden and on the veranda. We especially enjoyed the wildlife in the garden and the direct beach access. The kitchen was great, fully equipped and clean. Chris was a great host and swiftly responded to any questions we had. Having never visited Barbados before we could not have asked for more. La Cabane, the closest restaurant to La Canoa, serves the best food in a perfect location. (walking distance) We loved being by the harbour and rum distillery, there was something quite unique about this location. I would recommend hiring a car if you are staying here although we used the buses, we also explored further afield to the East and South coast Thank you Chris for providing such a wonderful place to stay in Barbados.

This may be the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Great location, amazing views, well equipped, and wonderful hosts! Hannah and Russell were extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire stay. Next time I'm back in Barbados I will be aiming to stay here again!

Secluded but reachable by bus or car. St Philip has the less rainfall in Barbados the whole year round. Lots of local amenities. Nearby beautiful beaches are less frequented by tourists eg. Foul Bay, Harrismith or Shark Hole. The famous Crane and the new Sam Lord’s are posh resorts. Cutters to be tried, at least once, as bit pricey in comparison with fish frying places such as Oistins Fish Marker or Martins Bay (latter one traditionally on Thursdays). Garden landscaping is being improved during the years. Luckily the clearing of the neighbouring bushes did not displace the green monkey families living in the adjacent trees though the night time firefly display has been ceased. Seeing the sunrise from the porch is still enjoyable.

Vuemont is secluded and peaceful with good amenities and really responsive staff. (We didn't want for anything, but Alicia checked in regularly to make sure we had all we needed and sent us holiday/restaurant tips which was lovely, making us feel more like family friends than random guests.) The apartment was really spacious and light and had everything we needed to relax, cook for ourselves and enjoy our holiday. The complex is really secure with 24hr staff, it is a little remote which makes lovely for a quiet restful time, but a short drive away from St Peters and attractions like the nature reserve and Haymans Market. Our favourite part was the lovely deck area that overlooked the pool and gardens. A great place to spend the evening with a rum cocktail! I would highly recommend and definitely come again. It could easily become a home from home......

I didn't want to leave :'( . Anna's home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had no issues and the home was fully equipped with everything we may have needed. It's close enough to take a morning stroll to the beautiful Miami beach and also a short drive away from the vibesy Oistins Fish Market. Definitely coming again. Thank you Anna for making our first travel experience so awesome.

A beautiful and quiet house conveniently located a few minutes from the beach and the conference center

We had the best stay at Mariam’s. The house is beautiful - the photos really don’t do it justice. Mariam went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and was so quick to communicate. The location was great - close to everything we needed whilst still feeling private and quiet. Sometimes by the pool we could hear the sounds of the neighbourhood, but we were never disturbed. We did enjoy the company of a very friendly cat, who would sometimes visit while we were by the pool. Amanda and Desmond were on hand and were brilliant. One evening the gas bottle of the BBQ ran out during cooking. However Mariam had this rectified by the time we even awoke the next morning. We’ll definitely be back - it’s a beautiful house. Thank you!

We had a lovely week at Lorraine's place. We really liked the neighbourhood. Dover beach is a short walk away. We also got the bus to Miami beach which isn't far. You don't need a car unless you want to explore the island. We hired a car for two days so we could visit other places. Otherwise we stayed local. The restaurant recommendations were helpful and we had a lovely meal at the Italian place Lorraine suggested. It's easy to walk to St. Lawrence Gap where there are lots of bars and restaurants. We all loved the pool which is a good size and the kids loved the daily visits from the monkeys. The bungalow is spacious and has everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Quiet, beautiful spot on the south end of the island. Great, private view of the beach and mangroves from sprawling gardens. Occasional monkey visitors. Practical kitchen with needed equipment. Good ac in bedrooms. Giant sliding door for the main room. Strong WiFi in office and most of house and immediate deck (occasionally unstable but think that’s island issue). 15 min to grocery store. Most higher end restaurants and resort beaches on northwest coast 30 min+. Short walk down to beach - rough not swimmable but beautiful. Host was the most helpful we’ve ever had with Airbnb. Helped with all kinds of activity / reservations (for a nominal fee).

Spacious apartment, great location short walk to grocery shopping, restaurants, beaches and entertainment. The apartment has new stove and refrigerator, the washing machine works but it’s old. TV and wifi all great. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of towels and sheets. The bathrooms need some updating. The apartment is quite airy but in addition the fans and AC make it very comfortable. The neighbours are very friendly. We are definitely hoping to stay here again when we return to Barbados.

We had a great time at Jacqueline's place. The place is comfortable and peaceful at a great location near the sea. There garden is nice with shade from the trees and we enjoyed the ocean view from the sofa. Very friendly and helpful host. It is recommended to have a rental car to move around, because the place is not close to the popular beaches, supermarkets and markets. Overall it is a great place to stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in April 2025! This place is truly a gem, featuring a beautiful pool and a private, cozy jetty beach. You can lay down on your bed and watch and smell the ocean through the floor-to-ceiling open (if you wish) window. It had everything we could possibly need — we didn’t have to ask for anything extra. One standout detail (especially for travelers who love to stay organized): there was plenty of storage space for clothes and an enormous number of hangers — truly a dream for any woman on vacation! The location is also unbeatable — right in the heart of the island, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. You don’t need to drive anywhere (but if yiu do they have free parking spot, bus and taxis just next to the place); you can just walk and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. Honestly, it’s hard to believe a place like this exists! We are so grateful for this experience!

We (Gf and I), had a blast in BGI and staying at Anique’s crib felt like home. Clutter free, clean bathroom with towels, bath gel and shampoo. Living room was squeaky clean with decent furniture and large TV, except no AC in the living room but the large ceiling fan did the magic. The rooms were very clean and tons of extra bedding sheets and towels in the closet. We will return to Anique’s crib because it hidden in a beauty spot of BGI and very very safe with restaurant/super market and urgent care clinic literally 3 mins walk.

My stay at David’s Place was fantastic! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. David was super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Lana and Gerry go above and beyond for their guests!! They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, provided us with dinner from Gerry's restaraunt the night we got in, and Lana had a car we could rent from her! Wow wow WOW!! I have rented many airbnbs and this was by far the best experience ive EVER had!! Lana gave us so many local recommendations too!! Hospitality 1000/10!! The unit is upstairs of Lanas home, but as others said, we also never saw her or her family during our stay! Dont let the shared entry keep you from staying here! Green Door Oasis is 100% worth it! This was our first time to Barbados, and because of Lana we had such a great time and were able to make the most of it! I for one, will definitely be back! Lana and Gerrys home is a 15 minute drive from St. Lawrence Gap, and our favorite, Rockleys Beach! Its super easy to navigate too, yet peaceful and out of the hustle and bustle! If travelling to Barbados, stay here! You wont regret it!🙌🏼

I stayed there for seven days, and never had a complaint. I love that it has air conditioner which makes it all the more appealing. I would recommend this air bnb to anyone. The neighborhood was safe and no one bothered me while I was there. I would definitely use it again.

Hanifa was great with communication and the property was well stocked with toilet rolls, waste bags, hairdryer, iron, and cleaning products.. Had fresh bedding provided after a week. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Felt very safe there as a female staying on my own
