Small private apartment (20 square meters) with small, fine bathroom (shower / toilet) and pantry kitchen (electric stove, fridge, coffee maker) in a quiet yet central location. On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the train station or supermarket and it is only 15 minutes to the center of Murnau or to Lake Staffelsee. There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. Incl. guest card (e.g. discount for mountain railway, museums, lidos, etc.)

Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

The “FeWo rAuszeit” offers opportunities for a break and time out. Enjoy the wonderful landscape - whether surrounding mountains, along the turquoise Loisach or the Murnauer Moos - by bike or on foot. The paths start right outside the front door. Or relax in peace on the balcony with wonderful mountain views, a good book, your favorite drink and the sound of cattle bells carried over from the adjacent meadow. The quietly located apartment is south and west facing and is divided into approx. 60 m² on a living room (with comfortable sofa bed and reading corner), a bedroom (with large double bed), a separate new kitchen (with dishwasher and dining area for up to 6 people) and a bathroom (with shower and toilet). The balcony overlooks the Karwendel Mountains to the south, the Wetterstein Mountains to the southwest and the Krottenkopf to the west.

Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the Bavarian Alps. We built this log cabin with a lot of love for detail, as this is our profession. The log house is close to our carpentry shop and small farming and is located in the middle of the village, attention not on a mountain or on an alpine pasture. The village lives! From your window, you can occasionally watch a new log cabin prepared. Here you can experience country life up close!

The idyllic Froschhauser See as well as the Riegsee are within walking distance, and you can also reach the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach resorts as well as refreshments at any time in an extended walk.
