Townhome holiday rentals in Oconee County

Very nice stay for 4 adults for graduation weekend. Well stocked kitchen and nice touches like multiple well-placed power strips. Gwyneth was quick to respond the couple of times I reached out to her. The location is good and technically walkable to downtown Athens - though it was a bit too far and hilly for my elderly parents. All and all a very nice stay!

Gwen's place was lovely. 4 parking spaces (plus easy alternatives for more) was really helpful. The house fit all 14 of us and had everything we could ask for. Each backyard was perfect for hanging out and relaxing, and the 4 washer/dryers was awesome to have access to. Gwen was responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Gwyneth's place is the best deal in Athens if you plan to park and walk around for your stay, since it has parking and is walkable to Downtown Athens and UGA. I will always look for her listing when working in Athens.

The town houses were in a perfect location! Easy walk to Downtown Athens, and very nicely decorated and clean. we would definitely stay again. Gwyneth was a great communicator!

Andy’s place was exactly as described and perfect for our occasion! Andy was also very responsive and very helpful when I needed anything and we love that this place accommodates dogs! We would definitely stay here again !

The house was beautifully decorated in a coloful style that was very cheerful and comfortable. Kay was easy to communicate and responded very quickly! Best of all, it was 5 min from the Classic Center and lots of downtown things to do. We will definitely be staying with Kay again.

This property was charming, comfy and a very good location if you're on the move in Athens. I felt like it was my home away from home, offering the amenities and comfort I needed. I would highly recommend this property in lieu of a pricey and sterile hotel. Stephen was responsive when I had a random question about the TV. We recently stayed at this lovely condo while celebrating our granddaughter’s graduation, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect home base for such a meaningful trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The condo was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal—convenient to the graduation venue, dining, and local attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet at the end of each busy day. We especially appreciated the spacious layout, which gave everyone room to relax. Our family made wonderful memories here, and we’re so grateful for such a comfortable and inviting place to stay during this special time. Highly recommend this condo for families, celebrations, or anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

a truly amazing stay

Very nice and good hospitality

I can’t say enough good things about our stay in this Townhouse in Braselton, GA. Although our party did not spend a lot of time in the house due to Racetrack demands, the time we did spend there was perfect! The home is warm and welcoming with beautiful but simple decor.The kitchen was perfect and the bed/bedding were as comfortable as it gets. We will definitely be back next year. Perfect for anyone traveling for any event at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.

It's a nice place to stay, the only bad thing is that there is a bed frame in the side bedroom.

Mannie’s place was great and definitely met our needs. As it was a townhome we were excited we had our own personal kitchen and bathroom vs having to share. It was nice and private. Appreciated the parking being very well lit. Parking was plentiful.

We enjoyed our stay! The townhouse was just as described, and we recommend their home for anyone travelling.

We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing negative I have to say is the shower head in the master bathroom could use replacing. And the toilet moved when we sat on it. Also the description said there would be laundry detergent, there wasn't any that we could find. I did find it a little irritating that the cleaning crew showed up about 10:45 and sat outside until we left. We left at 11AM on the dot. Not major issues. All in all, it was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend!
