The home, built in 1936, has large rooms with 10 ft. ceilings and a kitchen that can accommodate any size group. The home sits on 5 acres with an outdoor fireplace, bocce ball courts, a sizeable outdoor patio, and plenty of space to spread out or gather, inside and outdoors. Only a 10 min Uber/ Lyft ride to downtown restaurants, bars, the Botanical Gardens, and the stadium.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.
