First Airbnb and it was amazing. Very clean, comfortable and just absolutely awesome. My family had an amazing time and Renee is an awesome host. I will be renting from her again.

Brian's place was great for visiting Athens. Quick to get to the university. This was definitely one of the cleaner airbnbs we've stayed at in a while. Very responsive host. Plenty of amenities, and a fun space to hang out with friends. Would definitely recommend, go dawgs.

we loved our time there! They have a unique spot, the multi-purpose extension of the living room area is especially different and fun. The outdoor amenities were serene, and made it all the more worth while. We loved the noon check out time too!!

Sweet Acres was a peaceful getaway spot. The house was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed. Mike and Becky are very responsive and kind. We loved our stay.

This was a great place in a nice neighborhood. The house its self was in great condition and was very cozy for our group. It had nice big bedrooms and space to hang out and visit. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in the Winder area. Ludmila's is a great host and everything was just like she said. She was very responsive and helpful getting us set up.

My family was in Monroe for a wedding. The house provided all we needed for our group. We enjoyed the pool table and had lots of space for sleeping.

Clorinda was an amazing host! Her home was very comfy and had everything we needed! I took a vacation with my mom and 4 kids and everyone had an amazing time! Everyone loved the pool. We also brought our dog and Clorinda even had a crate for him it was perfect! The home has a private backyard with an awesome swingset for kids! The home is not far from restaurants or stores! thank you for sharing your home with us! Georgia has won over our heart.

Our family loved Patrick & Jordan’s place! The amenities were enjoyable, the porch was peaceful and the beds were so comfortable!! The home was spacious. You can tell that they have put a lot of time and energy into restoring and decorating the home. As hosts, I cannot say enough kind things about Patrick and Jordan. They were gracious and responsive. Thank you for hospitality and we hope to return! Town was a close walk. There is a cute park with playground nearby that my kids enjoyed, as well. Be sure to check out the Monroe Pizzeria (delivers too)!

Nicole’s carriage house is in a fantastic location in Five Points. Great Restaurants and bars are a short walk away, and it’s very convenient to Milledge as well. House was very clean, and the natural light is great. Highly recommend!

My sister and husband stayed, loved the Master on the main, he has knee issues. They bragged on how well equipped the house was. My other sister also stayed. Experienced Airbnb people, this was the best experience ever.

Everything was as advertised and then some! I loved the decor and comfortable rooms. So many wonderful books to browse and the back patio is private! Kirk was a wonderful host. The girlfriend reunion was a huge success and they loved the fabulous food at the Expat.

Brian was a great host. Then house was perfect, just steps from my children. We were quite comfortable for the week and a half we stayed. Will definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for our needs, immaculate, and 100% as described! Lucy is phenomenal and super responsive, very welcoming to our family and super helpful! I cannot speak highly enough of Lucy and her home.

Highly recommended this Airbnb if you are staying in the Athens, GA area. Hosts are very responsive and helpful with any questions. There are 3 good sized bedrooms which is more than enough room with the living room and kitchen being downstairs for a perfect division of sleep and hanging out. The backyard has a decent size patio to hang out in (fenced in backyard as well). We even had a few deer come hang out with us on the front porch while we were there! It is very close to nearby restaurants and gas stations as well. Very convenient location and will definitely be back!

My daughter, granddaughter, and myself enjoyed this spacious house in a lovely neighborhood. We were very comfortable, and the fenced yard was perfect for an active toddler. Thank you for a great stay! We will look up this home next time we are in the area.

The owners have done an amazing job keeping this house updated while also maintaining the historic character. It is beautifully appointed, very well maintained and clean, very spacious, and is easily accessible to anything in Athens. The host is very friendly and responsive and has thought of so many of the little things to make your check in and stay as stress-free as possible. We were in town for a family wedding and Lea even allowed us to check-in early which really took a lot of stress off our first day. Thank you so much for opening your home up to our family!

Staying at Frank and Cindy‘s Airbnb was perfect . The house was spotless. The beds were so comfortable, there were plenty of linens provided, chocolates and even a bottle of water provided by the bed upon check in. They also had a selection of local craft beers in the refrigerator as a little gift. The drive into Athens was easy and they provided a notebook of suggestions on what to do in the area and where to eat. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Athens, don’t pass this little gem up! Thank you, Frank and Cindy for making our stay wonderful!

Dmitry was a great host and he allowed us and early check-in which was helpful from due to a full day of travel. He had a very interesting book detailing all the renovation work he did on the property. He did a great job making us feel at home away from home! Thank you Dmitry!

We were in Athens for the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships. Go Vols! This home was recommended by a friend, who stayed last year during a swim meet. It exceeded all of our expectations. Gorgeous inside, extremely comfortable bedding, very private, top notch kitchen - a well needed break from full days at an exciting swim meet. We spent 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. About 15-18 minutes to the pool. Kelly communicated often and allowed us to check in early. By far, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We will definitely book again when in Athens.

Kelsey’s apartment is a lovely property. It is clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, the beds were comfy, and Kelsey was flexible with our checking and out times. The location was excellent for our needs; close to campus!

Madeleine is definitely a superhost, she checked in on us while we were there and made sure we were good. The house was very clean and spacious, we enjoyed our 2 day stay in Athens. Our next trip to Athens we will always book with Madeleine.

Great house with room for so many! We were glad to find this rental for UGA graduation - location is a quick drive to campus or downtown. Really close to Mama’s Boy for breakfast! House was big and had everything we needed for a great stay in Athens.
