Holiday rentals with a patio in Ocean View

Conveniently located in Hilo. Easy to find and access rental. Hosts were very fast in communication and very friendly. I would recommend this place if you are staying in Hilo.

The apartment was beautiful! The view was exactly as the photo depicted. The place was organized, clean, and was supplied with almost everything and anything we needed. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Angela is an incredible host! She is very accommodating and has a clean, well-designed home. The in-unit washer/dryer is a huge plus! 10/10 stay would recommend!!

I enjoyed my stay in Kona. This place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the pictures. Thomas was super proactive and responsive to all of my needs. Check in was easy and clear instruction for check in and check out were provided. Amenities included a wide selection of beach items which was fantastic. Location was wonderful with walkable access to several popular but never crowded beaches. Private parking was a plus. I recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful resort! Everything exceeded our expectations—from the spacious and spotless room to the warm, strong shower that felt amazing after a long day out. You can really feel how much care and thought Greg put into designing the space—it’s cozy, welcoming, and just perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location is unbeatable for snorkeling lovers like us, with some of the island’s best spots just a short drive away. If we ever come back to the Big Island, there’s no doubt—we’ll be staying here again!

The space was beautifully furnished — clean, stylish, and well-equipped. We really appreciated thoughtful amenities like the roomy fridge, A/C, laundry, dishwasher, heated towel rack, and beach towels. The modern bathroom and walk-in shower with dual shower heads were a nice touch. The nearby highway can be a bit loud, but overall, the stay was absolutely worth it. The video guide provided was also very helpful in finding the location

The house was completely clean, organized and with a reception of flowers and delicious pineapple. The house is very comfortable, and cozy. Having a juicer for green juice was amazing, as well as a great blender. We highly recommend it!!

Where do I even start? What a magical home with lush landscaping. Waking up to large windows that look out to the ocean was priceless. The location was quiet and safe and close to many activities we wanted to do in Kona. The beds were very comfortable as well. The pool was nice to cool off in after a long day but keep in mind it is not heated so depending on the time of day or sunlight it may be too cold for some. Also, being in such a lush tropical landscape with a large natural area behind the house there are birds and frogs making noise in the evening, which can be calming to some (like us) or can be too loud for others. When we visit the Big Island again this would be number 1 option for our stay.

We experienced a wonderful holiday as a couple in Andrea's house. We can simply recommend everything without reservation. It was just perfect! Especially the co-host Sherry was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We felt very welcome and very well kept. Many thanks Michaela and Andreas

The house was amazing! Normally I don't sleep well when I'm away from home but I slept like a baby every night. Totally quiet neighborhood and lots of room for the 8 of us!

This is a beautiful home up in the hills, absolutely gorgeous. It was very relaxing to have coffee on the lanai every morning. It’s also close to stores and activities, and yet is a lovely comfortable respite in the trees from the day’s adventures. Beds are comfy, and it feels like a home away from home. Also, the neighborhood roads are very pretty for walking!

Great spot to immerse yourself in island life! The view from the lanai over the garden and down to the ocean is unbeatable. Just sitting there, listening to the birds or gazing at the stunning starlit sky was amazing. Our only regret was having to leave. Mahalo, Josh, for sharing your beautiful space with us!

Beautiful stay. Beautiful majestic views and conveniently located close to the airport and Kona activities. The place was clean and had everything one could need. The kitchen was useful for cooking our own meals and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. I also loved seeing the little animals in the neighbors yard next door. The place had extra towels, blankets and other supplies you may need that made this place a great stay. I highly recommend.

Excellent location for all you may want to do in Kona. Beautiful view of ocean. All the amenities made our stay extra special. Davide has thought of everything. Sand toys, snorkels, cooler, telescope for dolphin watching, he has it all. The Green Flash Coffee right next store was super convenient to go to for breakfast every morning and was delicious. Would stay again.

Great value for money Perfect location walkable and overlooking the ocean Marie is very kind and checks in all the time. Very convenient and max value - only thing I would say is couch is not as comfortable to sleep on but again can’t beat the value for money
