Everything worked like clockwork. Lovely area. Cozy accommodations. Clean, modern, tidy and comfortable. Host very responsive and the price was just right. Would certainly stay there again.

Anne's place was just spectacular! Perfect for 2 couples as our home-base to explore Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown. The high end furnishings are beautiful. The patio, yard and lake view were wonderful. We enjoyed the theater room each night. Thank you for a great vacation.

We loved this space! We stayed the night for a concert in the area and were able to walk to and from the venue which was awesome! We got to the space and everything was very nice and felt like home! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn't have been better - just steps away from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The boardwalk was right outside, which made morning walks and evening strolls so convenient and enjoyable. The area felt very safe. Emma was pretty responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beachside escape!

We loved our beach getaway because of our accommodation, it was private and peaceful and had everything we needed! Very clean and furniture done in great taste! We spent a whole week and we didn't want to leave. We especially loved the deck with all the beautiful plants and that we could hear the ocean especially at night! A big plus! We are definitely going back! Jules and Scott, the hosts were so welcoming and kind to us and always helpful. The short walk to the beach was beautiful and so easy! What a gem this place is! Cute, clean, and cozy place! Hosts were extremely accommodating. The location is close to the beach but tucked away in a not-so-busy neighborhood, so you can walk to destinations while still having a private and quiet location. Would definitely recommend!

Aimee’s place is wonderful and so is she! Very nice comfortable condo. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach and is in a great, safe community. The beach is beautiful and not overly crowded and within a 5 minute walk from the condo. I highly recommend! It was the perfect place to start off our college graduation and birthday trip for our son!

The place is spacious, well laid out, and comfortable for a group. The location is a convenient home base for exploring the area.

Hosts were very responsive and conscientious to special needs of their guests! And when there was a minor appliance issue they went out of their way, late at night to rectify and more than make up for it!! The house, contents and setting are just lovely!

My friends and I came from out of state on a girls trip and thought this place would be perfect for us! It was amazing you could walk a few feet from the house and there was beach access, and a 9 minute walk to a beautiful beach! We ended up going to OceanView Diner for our last breakfast and would definitely recommend it!

Our stay was really nice. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean. It had all the necessary amenities anyone could ask for. It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to see and we enjoyed how we felt at home from the minute we walked in. We would definitely stay there again.

I could not wait to write a review about our stay. So much so that we are not even home yet. We had a glorious week at Bay Bliss! Bliss is the perfect description. Anywhere in this beautiful home you can hear the waves of the ocean. There was nothing better than listening to that while falling asleep on the comfiest bed in the master bedroom. Hosts were extremely responsive, helpful with local recommendations and extremely friendly. I have stayed at lot of AirBnb’s and hotels. Honestly, I have never felt so at home and I felt that way from the second I walked in the door. We will definitely be back.

Jade & Nathan were great host. Their home was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our trip. My only recommendation is to come with your own cookware if you’re into cooking. They had plenty of kitchen items that I just had to make work. Other than that the neighborhood was peaceful. The kids enjoyed the pool area it was actually warm temperature and the view behind the house was one of the most amazing parts. I will definitely be back.

This place was perfect for the kids and parents and grandparents. We enjoyed our stay here walking distance to the beach was perfection. It was so peaceful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the downstairs yard & patio area. We didn’t get to use the bbq grill but next time we stay here we will. Beautiful home. Thank you

Wow. What a stunning place with high ceilings, beautiful decor, lots of windows, a great roof deck, and a fabulous location in the center of the historic business district.

Had an amazing time with my family which was made very easy with the hosts! Lots of recs for things to do and places to eat. Had kid friendly items in the house which was great. Very clean and in a beautiful location. Would definitely like to return in the future!

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Kattia's home. My teenage daughter and I were there for the weekend, as she was participating in a volleyball tournament. Kattia provided very clear instructions on how to access the building, obtain the parking pass, etc. I felt comfortable knowing that we were staying in a building with a secure access code. Kattia also customized our door code to one that we would remember for ease! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a message from Kattia welcoming us and wishing us luck at the tournament- so thoughtful! The kitchen had all of the amenities that we could possibly need, the bathrooms were clean, everything was labeled, and we watched a movie on what we considered a "big-screen TV"! The location is walkable to stores, restaurants and the beach, and Kattia provided recommendations and was communicative during the entire stay. Kattia is a lovely host who seemed genuinely invested in us having a pleasant stay, and we did!

We enjoyed staying at Kelly's place in VB. Its an ideal location for anyone who wants to stay right at the boardwalk. We witnessed amazing sunrises and moonrises. The ocean was right in front of us and from the 6th floor, the view was expansive. A lot of restaurants were also nearby. Kelly was always very communicative, polite and professional. The apartment was clean with the kitchen well stocked with utensils The bedrooms were of a pretty large size. And parking was on the premises. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and holiday for us. We strongly recommend Kelly's place.

We’ve stayed here several times when visiting the park. Extremely close, quiet, and secure. We greatly recommend for anyone wanting the same!

That is a fantastic place to live, and the view is really good! Everybody wants to see the James river once you wake up😌 The host is really nice and easy to communicate. I would highly recommend the people who want to have a great vacation at Williamsburg to live here!

The condo was very clean with all necessary essentials. We loved sitting on the porch watching the wildlife, especially the numerous ospreys. It is centrally located, only a short drive to historic Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Plan for about a day at each to fully enjoy everything. The grounds of the resort are lovely and a great place to walk or ride bikes. Rodica was very easy to communicate with and was most helpful with all checking instructions, especially with our late arrival. We would definitely like to return.
