Great views from the balcony. Access to everything, can walk. Great pizza shop directly across the street. Trolleys to take you places. My only shortfall is that it was a small kitchen (only two burners) with one large and small frying pan and pots, and we cooked a lot. But we made it work. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo. Very clean & updated. Most comfy bed we have ever had @ an Airbnb ( and we have stayed in many). Very quiet & peaceful.

It is located in a resort with lots of services & activities & staff to assist. They gave advice on sites to see & how to best get to them. And restaurants and shopping. I used it as a base for sightseeing by car & it is located at the edge of town with good access to roads. The unit was super clean & fully featured including an easy to use washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. And very spacious. It is on the 2nd floor with elevator giving more privacy. Lots of parking.

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

We used this space while our home was being worked on, do it was more of a “staycation” and did not use all of the amenities. The space was clean and newly renovated, so we were pleased with how nice things were. I highly recommend it for people visiting the Williamsburg area. Great location to Busch Gardens, W&M, etc. The only negative is that it is a time share, and they don’t take no for an answer.

It's exactly what you are looking for. Quiet, private, and surprisingly spacious. Aimee is a great host she is very up front about everything gives great details on check-in and locating everything. once we walked into the condo it was the little things setup that made the stay very easy to get settled, she is a very thoughtful and you can tell that she cares about her condo and your stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Great space! Plenty of room, nice amenities, very clean, comfortable bed. Very quiet and private. Elizabeth is a great host and very responsive. Would recommend this listing and would stay here again.

The condo was immaculate. Very close to Busch Gardens, and water country. My only complaint is the floors above us on the second floor or squeaky and loud when people walked. It was not a dealbreaker, and I would stay there again. The community management said they were in the updating the floors in those units in the very near future. We look forward to staying there again.

Clean and comfortable condo! Just the right size for our small family. The location is amazing! Wonderful restaurants so close! Amazing sunrises each morning to sip coffee to! The beach and boardwalk are steps away!

this is a great place to stay. Roomy and comfortable. Having three bedrooms and four beds is a real find! The communication about check-in was great. We would love to stay here again.

We are locals hosting northern family. We were able to enjoy a much needed rest while getting a last piece of summer. The condo is “easy - Breezy”! We felt at home, and cared for. Our guests felt like we were staying somewhere special! * we observed some small items to be shared - queen bdrm - closet door stop, had been forced through door King en-suite #2 shower head broke. Hall ceiling canned light outside wash/ dry - drooping. Chandelier light bulb out. Bedroom TV remote battery dead. We replaced the batteries. Floor lamp - on/ off switch broken. Had to plug, unplug. Single bed, top bunk wasn’t made. No fitted sheet. Tall glass got broke in dishwasher, and a mug was dropped and broken. These observations Didn’t keep us from enjoying ourselves, but necessary for you to know to keep your standards consistent. Thank you.

A very lovely resort. The only disappointment was the WiFi situation. It is very poor WiFi. Most of the time it didn’t work. When we called the front desk, they told us to contact the WiFi provider. When we called, we got a recording that there would be a long wait due to volume of calls, so the WiFi was not fixed during our stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Very responsive, clear instructions. Home was pristine. Will book with them in the future.

The stay was great, the kitchen was amazing with all you need for cooking a meal, the bad is comfortable and has great streaming TV. Clean and tidy with friendly reminders notes around the hose of important things to remember. Quiet and very nice neighborhood.

We had 11 adults + 4 children - ranging in age from 3 months to 92! Andrea's place was PERFECT! Plenty of beds and bathrooms, plenty of living space, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked and functional. The firepit outside was a center piece in the evenings. It was a simple walk to the beach which was beautiful. Lots of beach chairs, towels, bikes, and beach toys for the little ones - all a big hit. The pool was still a little chilly but the brave members of our group didn't let that deter them. The outdoor area was fantastic! Comfortable, heavy furniture that even the kids could climb up onto without tipping! All in all, we had a fabulous week at this spectacular place. We will be back! A huge THANKS to Andrea for making our stay perfect and worry free!

We had a great family stay at The Sand Dollar. Jason and Melisa were friendly and responsive hosts and answered all our questions and suggested local activities. We loved that they had so many water sports amenities that we used as well as the golf cart, which was a must for Cape Charles! The location of the house is just a short walk or golf cart ride to the private beach. It is also just a quick golf cart trip to the heart of town. We loved our first trip to Cape Charles and know it will not be our last!

Everyone was friendly and helpful! Definitely plan to go through them again!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Matt and Katey’s home. They were great hosts and very responsive when we needed something. Everything in the house was exactly as described. The house was a perfect size for our group and we especially loved the back patio! The house had everything we could need and we were able to cook dinners at home each night. The grill and hot tub were really nice amenities to have. The location is so perfect - it was so close to the beach! I would definitely recommend this house for someone else to stay at.

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. Host was amazing and made my stay there very smooth. Everything was SUPER clean when I arrived. Lots to do and great restaurants to eat at in the area. HIGHLY recommend this peaceful / beautiful townhome to stay at while in Suffolk, VA!

Great place to stay for families! Our kids (5,7,9,14, 15) had plenty to do even in our down time. The house was very clean and used “clean” products which we loved! Just a few minutes away from everything we needed (grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants) and located across the street from a big rec center with pickleball courts and a playground that you can use without being a member. 15-20 minutes to the beach and the saltwater pool was lots of fun despite the less than amazing temperatures we had during our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a short trip for a bachelor/bachelorette party. Everyone who was coming was so impressed and was like we wish we were staying here longer than one night! Mary was very responsive and even popped out and said welcome when we arrived! Definitely would recommend this place for a fun get away! The bonfire was definitely a recommended opportunity!
