Lovely little room for a short stay. It was very cosy and Helen had the light on and heater going for when we arrived. Great location and had all the amenities we needed!

A lovely homely feel accomodation in a picturesque peaceful location. Walkable to winery and general store just down the road where you stay is a bonus. Ballnaring 5 min drive for restaurants. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

We had a great stay! Graham & Susan place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful in accommodating our requests. The location was convenient and quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

A beautiful guest house overlooking a gorgeous pool & garden. The homemade lemon cupcakes, fresh bread, chocolate & homemade strawberry jam on arrival were a lovely touch. The amenities were excellent - we loved the bone china teacups + saucer, multitude of tea + coffee options, and luxurious bed linen. Our host Peter was very friendly and responsive to our messages. The checkin & checkout process was simple & efficient. A very pleasant spot for a weekend getaway.

Great stay, easy to find, lovely outlook, responsive host for something we needed. The friendly dogs will definitely come and say hello for pats. Enjoyed a good meal at Mount Moriac Hotel nearby.

A quiet and beautiful retreat, tucked away from the main road and pleasantly private. Daylight filtered through the open living and dining area, which was lovely to enjoy. A stones throw from Balnarrings local village and a great central point to all the wineries near by. Beth was lovely and very responsive and treated us with a little breakfast goodies, including the most delightful home made jam I have ever tasted! . The space was super clean and well equipped with all the necessities including toiletries, towels kitchen utensils etc. Would definitely book this stay again! thank you Beth

It was truly a lovely stay for my family of 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were comfortable ( I'm pretty fussy about mattress comfort). The kitchen was well-stocked, which made cooking easy. The plentiful drinks, fruits, bread, yoghurt, etc., were much appreciated. Having birds and bird seeds to feed them were a blessing. We loved the peaceful nature surroundings and convenient location to sightsee around Mornington. Highly recommended!

The location was gorgeous - balcony overlooks a huge forested area filled with native wildlife. We were able to watch kangaroos, kookaburras and feed parrots whenever we stepped outside. Gavin was extremely helpful and friendly.

Barry and Sally were extremely warm and welcoming hosts. We arrived on a very cold winters day and the heater had been put on so the place was nice and warm on arrival. Very thoughtful touches on arrival, milk in the fridge and bread and butter provided. We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay at the property, the views were amazing and the house kept beautifully warm while it was very chilly outside! Barry and Sally were very flexible, offering us both an early check in and late check out. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Awesome place! Super cosy stay on a very rainy, cold weekend. Everything modern and in good working order. Fireplace heater was fabulous - it was turned on for a toasty arrival. All in all a great little place to have a nice weekend in.

Cozy place hosted by Ann was amazing, went for a weekend away and had a great time tucked into this beachside getaway. Only a minute or two walk away from the beach was amazing for sunset walks and sunrise coffees. Definitely recommend for a weekend away.

Had a few days in the tiny house. It’s was a really nice little space. Everything I needed was there. Good quality and really pleasant. Bed was comfy and was cosy and warm on a cold week.

We loved our breakaway at Trudi and Bens place. It was like a 5 star hotel. Beautiful décor and spotlessly clean. It was great to be able to use the pizza oven and have a soak in the hot tub. We also loved having a fire in the evening. Grabbing a coffee at No 16 Beach café and then having a walk along the beach was also a highlight. We felt like we had been on holiday for a week not just a couple of nights. It was so peaceful and relaxing.

Joe's place was a perfect place for us during our stay as our activity was centered at the S.E. Suburbs of Melbourne. Joe himself was a very nice host with trigger quick response if U need anything from him. As others can have a different experience during their stay in Joe's place, I personally believe everything can be solved effectively using a simple friendly communication with Joe, as he is very communicable and helpful. A lovely house that was spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. It was also warm on some very cold nights. The additional amenities such as bread, coffee, milk, olive oil made it so we didn’t need to go to the grocers immediately. A really pleasant place to stay with friendly hosts.

Thank you for having us. We had a lovely stay in a very cute little shack. It was well priced. We appreciated the privacy and low fuss check in. George the collie was very gentle and gave a lovely welcome later in the afternoon. Would recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 5 nights. It was the perfect location for our time here. There is a lovely walk close by along Sweetwater Creek. It is a small one bedroom cottage located at the back of the hosts home. We had parking on site, which we appreciated. Easy to find, and great instructions on how to locate and enter the cabin. Bathroom is tiny as other reviewers have mentioned and it is a challenge to use the sink when cleaning your teeth. Shower pressure was great. Bed was comfy. We bring our own pillows, so can't comment on those. Wifi is located at the bottom of the tv screen, took us a minute to find. Overall, loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

A wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed a winter weekend there and with inclement weather (not unexpected), it was a lovely place to kill time watching the weather roll in over the ocean and chill. Very well appointed and a comfy place to stay.

The cottage was perfect for two. Lovely sunny veranda for breakfast and sitting outside. Warm and cosy inside in the evening. I appreciated the small office space when I had some work to do. Yolande started us off with muesli, honey, bread, milk and yoghurt and she shared some biscuits she had baked one day. We walked down to the beachside walking path everyday. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast at local cafes in Sandringham Village. Such a wonderful location. Thanks Yolande.

Lovely cottage on a peaceful street close to shops and the beach. Sue was a responsive, friendly host and there were lots of thoughtful touches around the house. Would definitely recommend!
