You can have access to our property from the front street and also from the backside. Our residence is located atVoltaire street and the Guest House is located in the back of our property. We will be available via phone call or text message in case you have any questions. Our Guest House is in the same property as our house, very private. We have a washer and dryer located on the property downstairs, very easy access. The parking is just at the bottom of the stairs to the Guest House. We would love our guests to write the name of the extra guests that are coming, so we can welcome them by their name when they arrive. If possible please send us a picture of the extra guests, so we can recognize when they arrive. You can have access to our property from the street side and from the front and from the backside. Fell free to walk around the property. We are very friendly and enjoy meeting new guests!. This is the main reason why we host Airbnb guests! We are always available by phone, text, phone call, email and also in person during certain hours during the day. We can give you total privacy, but if you would like to interact with us, we will be happy to talk to you or share a glass of wine, or tea. We also can give you information about our beautiful city, where to go, places to eat etc. Our guest can explore cycling to the iconic Ocean Beach to enjoy boogie boarding, surfing, and sunbathing on the soft sand. Dine at the unique local restaurants in the area and head downtown just minutes away. We also have a parking place available for you on the bottom of the stairs of the Guest House. Please note that our home is located 10 minutes from the airport, so there is noise from inbound and outbound planes, but it stops at night. The bus stop is across from our main house on Voltaire Street. You can also watch the Sunset at the end of Sunset Cliffs, visit to Cabrillo National Park 30 minutes, Sea World, Mission Beach. We have wonderful places for you to explore!!! We have beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie board, cooler, all available for you to use and have a wonderful stay with us!! Any place near the beach you will hear the plane noise because the airport is located near downtown. Our Guest House is in the same property as our house, very private. MIKE'S PLACE - A PRIVATE COTTAGE

The cottage features full amenities that include: Tempurpedic™ queen-size bed. Wi-Fi . Cable HDTV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, toaster, and iron. Window seat for sitting, reading or lounging. Private entrance and patio connecting to a courtyard and Japanese garden. Spacious bathroom with 12 foot high tiled shower. French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, stylish space. Spacious Bedroom in private residence with private entrance, easy parking, located 1.5 blocks from beautiful Sunset Cliffs. Less than 15 min drive to all of the best San Diego has to offer. Walking distance to Ocean Beach (~1 mi), a funky beach town with its own casual style. Room is "hotel style" with private entrance, small patio, bed, bath, fridge and microwave; no access to main house.
